          “hm?” fior asked, looking upon the other. he smirks in that way that he does, a soft chuckle leaving his lips. “what’s this about?” he asked the other, head tilting. “trying to butter me up, azir?” he asked, teasing the other. he comes over to the other, arms wrapping around his waist, before pressing a soft kiss to his neck. “you’re the gorgeous one.”

           fior had put everything together. he had gotten a birthday cake, he had cooked azir’s favorite, and he had gotten his hands on a very precious jewel; something that reminds him of azir, truth be told. the jewel was a proposal of sorts, he had put everything together nicely, and it was now just about waiting for azir to get home. his smile grows a bit more when he hears azir walking through the door, and that’s when he finally got the meal upon the table. “happy birthday, baby,” fior says. it’s not rather often that fior smiles, but azir was the only one who managed to really just get it out of him. “i thought we could celebrate, just the two of us, yeah?” he says. “and celebration won’t stop with just dinner...” he teased.
