There’s a blush present on those chubby cheeks. He has a question. A question he’s been scared to ask since the beginning of their date. While it was no secret the baker was attracted to Delia, often distracted by any hint of cleavage. He was still a shy bean and the baker was always worried to come off as a little sleazy. But they were already dating, so it was only a matter of time before one of them made the first move. Chris pauses as he gets lost in her eyes before finally coming to his senses. “Would you like to come up to my place? I promised I’d make you dessert tonight…if you’re cool with it!”
Oh? He was doing that thing again, where he was doubting himself. Without missing a beat, she leans in closer.
"Chris, darling," she purred, "I thought you'd never ask. Making dessert together sounds absolutely delightful, but I have a better idea. How about we skip the dessert for now and head straight to your place? I'm more interested in savoring the taste of you tonight."
Her boldness leaves no room for doubt as she reaches out to gently brush her fingertips against his cheek, her gaze filled with desire. The invitation is clear, and she's ready to take the lead in exploring their mutual attraction that was there all along.

Another Face Off || Delia & Killian
There he was. That man, who ruined her day, and then later, her sleep that night. In the cold chill of the night, she stood at her cabin's porch, wearing a crop top and her shorts all wrapped around her beige robe. Delia's anger burned with a mixture of betrayal, resentment, and a fear of being hunted.
The demoness turned to face Killian, her eyes narrowed with a mix of anger and pain. She took a step back, creating a distance between them, her voice tinged with a hint of defiance. "So, this is what it boils down to, Killian? You, a hunter, turning against someone you claimed to want to learn about, because of what I am?"
Her voice wavered with a blend of hurt and indignation, her emotions raw and exposed. Delia's pale hands clenched at her sides, her demonic nature almost palpable in the tension that filled the air.
"Understand that I am more than the labels you assign," she continued, her voice growing stronger. "I trusted you, Killian, a stranger I decided to give the benefit of the doubt, and you used that trust in attempts to hunt me down. How could you have betrayed me like this?"

starter for @lustbitten
really, cambrie couldn't stand this. the having to pretend, to smile and hold delia's hand in front of others, laugh at her stupid jokes and over all seem entirely enamored and in love. not when it was further from the truth. there was nothing fairytale or romantic about this arrangement, thanks to her parents and their incessant need to control her life and their image. delia was the perfect match on the outside - but behind closed doors was an entirely different story.
"quit squeezing my hand so fucking hard." she whispers through a smile as she leans toward delia. "you make me wanna cut it off."

For JD, the gearing up for the school year wasn't as chaotic as for everyone else. He wasn't a teacher and he wasn't the headcoach for football. All he had to do was attend meetings and make sure things were in order. He didn't have to buy any supplies or make sure any classrooms were set up. It was still a bit hectic, but not nearly as bad as it could Be. JD nodded and handed the bag back to Delia, "true. And no glass either." He said with a smile, looking down at little Rosalyn and giving her a small wave. "He's a good guy, always has been from what I remember as a kid," he nodded in affirmation. "He is, even out on the field. And I'm glad you guys took him in. He's a great asset to the team. So is Colton," JD offered up, knowing Delia was marrying Colton's father soon. Crouching down to Rosalyn's height he held out a hand for her to give him a high five.
Everything that was gearing up before school was a bit of chaos, even for a small town. Everyone was in that last minute get everything together that you had forgotten. Obviously it happened, because here Cordelia found herself out and about when she wished she wasn't. Taking the back from the man, she slung it over her shoulder. "Good thing I didn't have too much in there, or anything that was super important." Which was true, she had grabbed her bag that was really thrown haphazardly together. "Well you know Cage, heart of gold that man. It's why I love him so much." Taking in Shawn had been easy, even for her. "He's a great kid, we couldn't pass it up when his parents were on board. The kids wanted it so much, Shawn deserves it, he's worked so hard." she said. "Yeah, she'll be okay. She got over excited and it's just a few scrapes. She just scared herself." Glancing at her daughter, "Huh you just got a little scared but you're a big tough girl huh?"

Just Some Cow Girls || Delia & Alex {from X}
"You're right," Delia agreed, her voice filled with a touch of nostalgia. "Winter will soon be upon us, and we'll be bundled up in layers, just like these adorable calves. But for now, let's savor this beautiful day, and just being in one another's company."
Delia listened intently as Alex mentioned the term "enthusiastic" and its resemblance to saying someone has a nice personality. She chuckled, nodding in agreement. "Ah, yes, 'enthusiastic' can sometimes be a euphemism," she replied, her tone light. "But I get what you're saying. And trust me, the image of me attempting a cattle drive is quite comical. I'll have to leave that to the experts."
Delia's eyes filled with curiosity as Alex mentioned her experience herding cattle from a young age. She leaned in closer, her interest piqued.
"No way! That's so cool." Delia exclaimed. "I actually wouldn't have guessed. I really think it's incredible to have such a connection to the land and its creatures. Oh and what made me think of it? Well, I suppose it was the way you effortlessly interacted with these cows. It's a skill that seems to come naturally to you. I'm jealous- since I'm supposed to have a connection to these creatures myself, but I kind of... don't?"
"But yeah, it sounds like such a unique and enriching experience," Delia began. "I'd love to hear more about it! What was it like growing up herding cattle? Are there any memorable moments or stories you'd like to share?"

@rxcklessdxvotion from (X) [Delia/Matthew]
"Does that really surprise you? Doesn't seem like I take it as an insult. If it should have been an insult after all, try again."
“I bet you don’t. Why does it not surprise me? You probably get off on infuriating others. I tried being patient with you but you’ve tried it.” Of course Delia’s going to try again. She has been having a rough day and his tendencies happen to be the last straw. “You sir, are stupid.”

Sympathetic Nervous || Delia & Killian {from X)
As Killian cupped her cheek, Delia leaned into his touch, her heart racing and her breath catching at the intensity of their connection. His remark about starting over resonated with her, but she knew deep down that it wouldn't be an easy path. He even confirmed it. She met his stormy gaze with a hint of determination in her eyes, admitting, "I long for it, I long for the moment when we can actually trust one another, my wolf. I hope it happens sooner than later."
Delia's smile wavered slightly, a hint of annoyance flickering in her eyes as Killian made his teasing comment. While she understood it was meant in jest, it touched upon a sore point within her. She took a moment to compose herself, reminding herself of their delicate situation and the need for patience.
"Killian," she replied, her tone carrying a touch of coolness, "I assure you, I do have a heart. And the love of a princess can be both strong and tender when it's earned." Delia's gaze held a mixture of determination and vulnerability as she emphasized her importance in trust and authenticity.
She walked over to the wooden cabinet, retrieving a bottle of wine and two long glasses, her movements deliberate and composed. Pouring the rich liquid into the glasses, she handed one to Killian, her demeanor softening slightly when she went over and sat on the plush armchair right across from him.
"Let us remember that we have a lot to navigate between us," she said, her voice a blend of caution and sincerity. "But how shall we start?" She attempted to lighten the tone, flicking her dark hair behind her shoulder and crossed her exposed legs. "So, Killian," she said, her voice laced with a flirtatious tone, "aside from your expert teasing skills, what other hidden talents do you possess?" Her smile hinted at the playful curiosity that danced within her.

A Proposal Amongst Memories || Delia & Will @worldofsenelfy
On the dawn of the proposal, Delia woke up early, her heart fluttering with a mix of emotions. She prepared a heartfelt breakfast for two, carefully arranging their favorite dishes on a beautifully set table in the park. She added a single red rose as a centerpiece, symbolizing their love and the commitment she was about to ask for.
As the sun began to rise, casting a warm golden hue across the landscape, Delia made the final preparations. She adorned herself in an elegant beige dress, carefully choosing every detail to reflect her love and commitment. With the ring safely tucked away, she took a deep breath, ready to take this leap of faith.
With a steady hand, Delia picked up her phone and dialed Will's number. Her voice was filled with a mix of excitement and nervousness as she greeted him. "Morning, love! I have a surprise for you. Meet me at our favorite park as soon as you wake up for a walk. I can't wait to see you."
Swinging around and patiently waiting, she took a few breaths to calm her nerves. Delia knew the park held a special place in their hearts, a location where they had shared many cherished moments. It was the ideal backdrop for the next chapter of their love story. Their first race was here, where they were side by side and ran together. As she ended the call, Delia felt a surge of adrenaline and anticipation. She took a moment to compose herself, checking once again that everything was in place.
Then, with a determined smile, she set off to meet Will, ready to create a memory that would last a lifetime.

"Here." Ilyas handed Delia a phone. "I uh.. I recorded your book. Because you.. you know. For you." She'd been so enthusiastic about it and since Ilyas was not really in a position of giving expensive gifts for birthdays, he had to be creative. So he gave her the phone, with the recording on it, so she could listen to it whenever she pleased. To the recording. Or her book. Her own book.
..oh fuck. This was stupid.
Why the hell would she want to listen to her own book, narrated by him? What was he even thinking? "It--you know what? This is--this is dumb. Give it.. give it back?"
Delia looked at Ilyas, her eyes widening with surprise as he handed her the phone. She took it gently, her fingers tracing over the smooth surface. "You recorded my book?" she asked, her voice filled with awe and excitement.
As Ilyas began to backtrack, suggesting that it was a dumb idea, Delia quickly interrupted him. "No, no, no," she said, shaking her head. "This is not dumb at all. It's incredible! Ilyas, you have no idea how much this means to me."
She held the phone tightly, a smile spreading across her face. "You know how much I love my book- like it's practically my baby, and having it recorded by you, someone who knows me so well, it's like a dream come true. I can listen to it whenever I want, and it's like you're bringing the story to life in a whole new way."
"And thank you, Ilyas, for my birthday gift."

Delia's eyes widened with relief as Tolaas revealed his polyamorous nature. A warm smile spread across her face, and she squeezed his hand in reassurance. "Tolaas, I'm so glad you understand and embrace that part of who I am," she said, her voice filled with genuine gratitude. "I, too, am poly, and I appreciate your honesty and openness about your other partners. It's important to me that we can explore our connection without limitations or possessiveness."
Feeling an electric surge of desire, Delia leaned in closer to Tolaas, her voice laced with a sultry tone. "You see, my dear, I crave passion in all its forms. And with you, I feel a fire burning within me that I haven't felt in ages." She let her foot trail lightly up his leg, reveling in the teasing intimacy they were sharing.
The anticipation in the air was palpable as they exchanged heated glances, their desires intertwining. Delia leaned forward, her lips hovering dangerously close to Tolaas' ear. "I want to taste every inch of you," she whispered, her breath hot against his skin. Her words dripped with seduction and also genuine longing.
Their connection intensified, and the air around them crackled with desire as she took a seat next to him on the booth. Delia's playful teasing turned into passionate exploration as she let her lips graze his neck, leaving a trail of soft kisses. She can care less if anyone else sees. To her, all that mattered was that Tolaas was enjoying her as much as she was enjoying his presence. Her hands moved with purpose, gently caressing his face and running through his hair, pulling him closer.
Lost in the moment, Delia's eyes locked onto Tolaas', a hunger-filled gaze "Tolaas, I want to lose myself in you," she murmured, her voice husky with desire. "How can we make that possible? Give me an idea..."
@nytehavyn-circle
Tolaas grinned at her, and picked up some bread, doing the same thing with his. He looked around the restaurant and soaked in the atmosphere. It was actually more intimate than he'd originally thought when they entered.
He turned his attention on her again, eyes roaming over her face - her eyes, her lips, cheekbones, eyebrows, chin, then his eyes flicked back to her lips and lingered there, causing him to lick his own until he pulled himself back from the thought.
Once Tolaas read the menu over, he knew what he wanted. At Delia's words, he smirked at her. "Yeah, but indulging in what is the question." One of his eyebrows flicked upward briefly.
He visibly blushed at her words. Nobody, not human nor other being, had ever told him that he made them feel alive. It didn't embarrass him as much as it just surprised him. They were wonderful words to hear.
He slid his foot out further, and chuckled softly, eyes locking onto hers. He listened to what she said and intertwined his fingers with hers after she was finished. He looked at their hands for a moment, then back into her eyes. "If we're gonna pursue this... to where it might eventually lead, know I don't deal well with jealousy. Yanno I'm poly, yanno I have other partners. I don't need ya tryin' ta 'mark yer territory' er even subtly threatenin' anyone else I'm with, alright? I only say this 'cause I need ya ta know where I'm comin' from, an' 'cause I know how demons can be," Tolaas told her. "Now, I know yer different, ya've proven that just by makin' a different choice, willin'ly, than ya have 'afore. That shows me that yer a person," he said 'person', not 'monster', or 'creature', "that wants ta change."
With that said, he brought her hand to his lips and kissed the knuckled, kissed the thumb, nipped teasingly at a finger, then grinned across at her.
His eyes found hers again and he said, "I know ya can take care a'yerself, darlin'," he chuckled, "but I won't let ya get hurt if'n I can help it." They'd spent enough time around each other for Tolaas to know he cared for her, that much was certain. "I promise the same ta you." He kissed her hand again, then gave it a gentle squeeze.
Then Tolaas smirked at her, and removed his cowboy boot, and began to slide his foot up her stocking-clad leg.

Return the Pages || Delia & Ilyas {from X}
Delia, recognizing the depth of Ilyas' emotions and the struggle within him, understood that sometimes actions could convey more than words ever could. With a mix of hesitation and determination, she mustered the courage in attempts to bridge the gap.
Silently, she moved closer to Ilyas, her heart throbbing with a blend of hope and trepidation. Past the book he returned, a few steps- why was her office feeling so big all of a sudden? It felt like Ilyas was miles away and she was sprinting towards him, but instead they were actually normal steps. Her heart was just beating fast.
With gentle steps, she approached him from behind and wrapped her arms around him in a tender hug. The embrace was a quiet gesture, an attempt to convey her remorse, understanding, and desire to mend their fractured connection.
Delia held him tightly, her touch a soothing balm, offering the comfort and solace she hoped he needed. She didn't say anything, understanding that sometimes silence can speak volumes. Her throat felt too heavy, and it seems like she had reverted to her preliminary stages of mutism. The warmth of her embrace was meant to tell him that she was there. That she will always be there. Always. If he wanted her.

032 from trinity!
032. a large elaborate temple dedicated to a deity, offerings still intact .
Delia was fond of this particular temple. It belonged to the deity of music, light, arts and prophecies. Lately the succubi was wondering if her dreams were having some prophetic meaning, and brought some offerings with her. Even though the temple at Delphi was an old one, she could still feel residual power.
It was then she felt that she was not alone. A girl was there, looking weak but had such vibrant, white hair. Something must have happened to her, she thought.
"Are you alright?"

Good News? || @gretaphasmatosmartin
Delia found Greta in her cozy home, surrounded by books and magical artifacts. Delia greeted her with a warm smile, trying to ease any tension that might arise from the conversation she wanted to have.
"Greta, I have something important to tell you," Delia began, her voice gentle yet filled with enthusiasm. She hoped she wasn't blushing too hard either, but her reddening cheeks showed up. "Will and I are engaged."
She watched Greta's expression carefully, having a feeling it might be a cause of concern. Delia knew that Greta valued her opinion and trusted her judgment, so she decided to simply address the elephant in the room.
"I understand your reservations about Will, especially considering his role as Dr. Harrison, your therapist," Delia continued, her tone empathetic. "I want you to know that I've had numerous conversations with Will about this, and he fully understands the ethical boundaries involved. He is committed to maintaining the utmost professionalism in his therapeutic relationship with you."
