#thought about drawing Modern Dal's parents and then my brain deflated like a balloon because it's hurty

am i frustrated by my lack of speed and lack of motivation and lack of inspiration to draw, sometimes all 3 at once? god, yes.

am i ever tempted to use ai just to get it done? god, NO, not even almost. it would never get it right. even if i don't have a concrete idea of what i want out of a picture, ai would never get it right because it's not me. and "close enough" is only acceptable if I'm the one holding the pencil. a computer program able to generate hundreds of versions of an image in a split second and still only getting "close enough" is just frustrating as hell.
