I don't mind answering this as it's a fair and valid question. Though bear in mind, my response is just my own opinion based on my experience and observation of the SPN cast's interactions (mostly Jensen's behaviour and body language). In no way am I trying to speak on anyone's behalf and I know that how the actors actually feel might defer from my opinion.
I think this is going to be another long post but I want to be clear as I can on what I want to say. Even so, I may not get my point across well. But I will attempt anyway.
Firstly, any form of sexual harassment, including sexual comments that cause distress, is wrong.
Having said that, I do not believe the situation between Misha and Jensen is of that nature (harassment). I do not see any indication that Jensen is distressed by the comments made by Misha. At most, he is impartial to them, in the sense of "Well, my friend is making a few suggestive comments about me for fan-service, I'm just gonna let him do his thing". The reason why I believe Jensen is not bothered by the comments is because Jensen appeared to be very comfortable around Misha in the past 2 cons (after these comments were made). If he was unhappy about those comments, he would have been more hostile towards Misha. And instead, any hostility that I observed by Jensen was directed at Jared, hence the basis of my first post.
I also think that if Jensen was uncomfortable, he would have brought it up to Misha personally. And I like to think Misha would have stopped if that's the case. I'm a Misha fan, so this coming from me may be expected, but the reason I'm his fan is because I see and believe he is a good person. If there's any solid evidence that Jensen did in fact confronted Misha and Misha ignored him, then my opinion of Misha would change and I will acknowledge that he is in the wrong.
Moreover, in the past, Jensen had made sexual gestures in reference to Misha (or he may have been referring to Castiel, as sometimes it's hard to differentiate if they were referring to themselves or their characters). I'm referring to the gag reel where Jensen was doing the blowjob motion and pointing to Misha. Which is why I believe they have a mutual understanding/ consent in regards to making such comments/ reference.
Being an actor (or a celebrity in general) comes with a unique condition that they need to appease fans. Sure they could choose not too, but that would mean losing fans. And having fans is one of the KPI in their line of work, indirectly. As it is, Misha and Jared have two very different groups of fans. They both have their ways of making/ keeping their fans happy respectively, and their methods may be considered unprofessional should they be in most other line of work. Because I could also argue that Jared's pranks on set were unprofessional (including the time he kissed Misha on the mouth or when he fondled Misha's balls with a broom, and these instances could also be considered sexual harassment) but fans seemed to enjoy hearing about them, as pranks were still being discussed in recent cons.
Jensen is caught in the middle between these two sides of the fandom, as fans from both sides want him on their respective side. I don't think he will publicly lean to one side, even if he has his own preference personally. The fans may have their own favourite (Misha or Jared), but in Jensen's POV, they are both his friends. He cares about them too much to do/ say anything that will completely jeopardise the relationships (while I feel there is a current conflict between J2 due to their interactions in the past 2 cons, I think Jensen still wants to keep the friendship at this point). But Jensen kept getting criticised when fans do not get what they want, while all the poor dude is trying to do is not cause drama (and somehow failing by not doing much) and be a good friend to both his friends. At the end of the day, we, as fans can stop being fans and no one's lives will be affected that much, perhaps Misha will lose a few book sales or Walker will lose a few viewers (and for us, maybe we will have more time to do other stuff if we are not spending them obsessing over a show that ended a year ago, or our financials will be healthier since we don't need to spend money on SPN related stuff that we don't need - wouldn't that be nice? Alas, we're still here). But losing a friend of more than 10 years will personally impact Jensen more significantly.
TL;DR I believe Misha has Jensen's full consent in making those comments.
just so we don’t collectively get amnesia, now that we’re two creation cons in, a few things:
1) always always wait for video. we mostly rely on live tweets, audio streams, and still photos taken at unknown times in questions. always wait for video, especially when it comes to jackles and body language, tone of voice, and facial expressions. literally always wait for video.
2) a reminder that in a hall full of mostly j2 stans, finale lovers, people paying a lot of money to see these guys — jackles isn’t going to bash the finale in front of their faces. he and jared made a little joke last time (”we died!”) but they aren’t going to invalidate fans regarding the finale.
3) jackles doesn’t like the finale. he doesn’t! he simply doesn’t. that’s not me assuming he doesn’t, he doesn’t like it. He can’t say it like ‘fucking hate that piece of shit garbage ass finale that disrespected my character and my friends’ but he can say things like how he fought to have dean at least dying standing on his own two feet [dencon] — he never made a social media post about it, not even one about the crew like jared did. the one he did was making fun of the rebar. he and misha weren’t in the ‘thank you’ video the CW did. when asked in march 2021, that virtual creation con, about heaven, he said dean would get bored and ask jack to put him back — and then he said that’s in the “reboot” [read: continuation] and envoked his company to do it. also remember his reaction to the crowd booing the finale in his solo panel at dencon. need a reminder?
so yeah. all of that on top of all the comments he’s made about how uneasy the finale was for him but how he was essentially “talked into it” (even though I don’t think he was ever talked into it).
All of this to say that remember how for the last year there have been posts after posts saying if he says anything positive about the finale it’s because either he’ll be in a room full of people who liked it, next to jared, or trying to be professional (which would encompass all scenarios)?
well guess what was today? a room full of people wo hliked the finale, standing next to jared, trying to be professional.
I need people to remember that.
4) if the CW sniper logic conspiracy theory applies to misha, why don’t you guys allow it to apply to jackles too? that’s unfair. folks put these expectations on the guy like he can just say whatever he want, but he can’t, be it from his own self imposed rules or the network professional rules. i’ve answered a few anons this week about process questions to ask him that can have him talk a little more about 15x18 or destiel in general without trying to trap him in saying stuff about his character he’s likely not allowed to.
5) there’s the logic of having more ‘hellers’ in these rooms but the fact remains is that — like we saw with dencon — if you ask a destiel question with jared up on stage, you’re not going to get any answer you want.
–
the long and the short of it is, never expect a good time out of creation cons. panel crashes don’t happen too often, OPS and autos are great for stories, and panels are a crap shoot especially now post-confession and with whatever weird energy j2 have with each other.
i beg you to stop being harsh. ‘should have kept the sexy silence’ well he can’t — he’s obligated to be at these cons with this audience, standing next to jared, being a professional.
anyway — let’s go look at cockles ops and get some smiles going.
#my apologies if i digress a little bit in answering the question#but the original point i wanted to make with my first post was to not hate on jensen so i want to kinda emphasized that#i know i said a few things about jared in my post but i want to point out that i am not hating on him in case that's not clear#it's merely things i observed about j2 interactions in the past 2 cons#though i disagree with jared's comments about the dean/cas confession#but disagreeing with an opinion is not hate#differences in opinion is all#again i want to reiterate that this post is purely my opinion from my observation#and i could be totally off the mark on how the cast actually feel#and anyone can disagree with me#i don't mind discussing this as long as the discussion is civil#please no unfounded hate or attack#my musings

You know what, I'm actually reblogging this again because I have some thoughts:
Many people have already put into words what Jared's statement implies and how that is fucked up for several reasons. That is probably not what Jared meant when saying this, maybe he was influenced by some c*-overlord or maybe he wasn't. It doesn't really matter anymore because it doesn't change that:
a) people should not harass Jared, an actual person, for his poor choice of words. As I said, the quotes imply, if you break it down, that Dean was a burden that kept Sam from his apple-pie life. BUT I'm sure that this was not what Jared intended to say with this. So please, just stay away from him. Keep it in the fandom.
b) Our anger, sadness and the feeling that we were betrayed is still valid. We care about this show and the characters. We deserve the room to talk about our feelings. So could you please stop telling us to "shut the fuck up already". That'd be great. Which leads me to the next point:
c) If you disagree, if you think Jared said what he said and is absolutely correct in his opinion, why don't you go make you're own post. Go and write down why you think he is right and how it fits the show and characters and how the finale was great, instead of coming to our posts and belittling us for expressing human emotions. Nobody is stopping you.
d) I have noticed that a lot of people who don't ship destiel are under the impression that the people who do ship it don't care about anything else. This post is not about destiel though. It has nothing to do with this ship. This post is about Saileen and I personally care a lot about them. I never expected destiel to go canon (the whole back and forth thing with the love confession was unexpected, but I knew a happy destiel ending wouldn't happen). I did have hope for Sam and Eileen though. I started my spn experience as a Sam-girl and I always had great sympathy for him. I always wanted a happy ending for him. The finale however showed us that Sam was forever hung up on his dead brother, married some woman who was apparently so unimportant in Sam's life that they didn't even give her a face and never mentioned Eileen again. Those are things I'm angry about, too. Not because Cas died, not because Dean died, but because Sam deserved better. Eileen deserved better and that has nothing to do with a stupid shipwar.
That would've been a great and also dramatic statement to end this post, but I feel like I should warn you about the comment section? Don't go in there unless you wanna fuel that fire.
so uh. if u wanted more reasons to dislike him.
also i’ve been SAYING for MONTHS that j*red didn’t like saileen and now there’s this i feel vindicated in the worst way possible. also having j*red on the bibro side of the chart feels accurate
