I haven’t read or posted to Twitter in years. Probably five or more. So when 40404 texted me with a tweet from someone I didn’t need to hear from, saying that they’d added a fourth to their closed relationship and were wondering how long after a negative test before they could go to fluid with contraception, it was not a welcome thing.

I have now turned off notifications completely and deleted that text thread, but I am crying and feel like someone just tore my guts out with a hook.
