You know, I’m willing to bet that during Thoreau Lionett’s own trial for being Zeenoth’s accomplice, one of the witnesses that is called to testify against him… is his own wife.

Or should I say ex-wife since we know that once Clara learned of the truth behind her own daughter’s “induction” into the Cobalt Soul, that she had been kept in the dark for those three years, she decided to follow her daughter’s advice and “have her own opinion” by leaving him and taking TJ with her.

Her only crime was that of inaction, but she’s also choosing to do what he could not: atone.

And it’s still my belief that shortly after this, mother and daughter eventually reconnect. Because despite what happened, Beau still cares for her mother. And she will want to be a good big sister for her little man.

None of the Mighty Nein knew how to fucking knock properly.

Veth broke right in even if the door was locked, Caleb would teleport straight into her living room, Caduceus would send a message straight to her goddamn brain, and Jester, accompanied by Fjord and more brain messages, would knock so loudly they would practically knock the door down.

No one knocked quietly, well past ten o’clock at night.

Beau couldn’t help the defensive stance she took as she slowly opened the door, peeking through the chain.

When she saw who it was, she almost ripped the door off its hinges.
