Overgrowth

Seeing as my subject for studio is the Northern Club on Princes St in the city I thought it would be smart to look up some form of overgrown or overgrowth photography to look at the colours and framing for my own Photography. I found Thomas Windisch’s works and immediately fell in love.

Exmoor Content (4/3) - Part 2

Process:

I used some time to go through my contact sheets from the exmoor trip and sort them into CR2 and JPG categories. I shot the Photographs on a Canon 5d so I had the setting on Raw. I then took the images that I liked and began to edit them on Photoshop. I edited the brightness and contrast and the highlights and saturation just to give the images a nit more of an edge but I didn't want to make them too much. I then exported these and put them in their own file. 

Evaluate:

Although this style of photography isn't directly linked to the project I wanted to do it for my personal benefit and for the sake of practise. I am really happy with some of the photos that I got but at the same time I wish I had taken more time to set up the images and capture them properly. It would’ve meant that I would've gotten the image that I was imaging and would have more ideas of what to do with it. This experimentation allowed me to play around with light and composition as well as creating a tone in the photos, something that I got from Thomas Windisch. I really loved being able to explore some of these places and getting a first person experience in becoming one of these photographers. It did wonders for the perspectives on my project. 

Plan:

I now plan to research into an urban explorer and present this research in my sketchbook.

Zentiva anunță o investiție majoră în fabrica din Praga

Zentiva a anunțat că va investi 30 milioane de euro în fabrica de producție din Praga. Fondurile sunt alocate de companie pentru a-și consolida prezența pe piața europeană a medicamentelor generice. De asemenea, investiția consolidează prezența Zentiva și face parte dintr-un obiectiv mai larg de a deveni unul din liderii pieței de medicamente generice din Europa.

Ce spune conducerea companiei?

„Investiția va urmări modernizarea capacităților actuale de producție, în special în vederea cresterii capacității de productie. În acest moment, fabrica din Praga produce anual 120 de milioane de cutii pe care le distribuim în Europa. În urma procesului de desprindere de grupul Sanofi pe care l-am gestionat anul trecut, am început deja investițiile și ne-am luat angajamentul de a continua acest lucru în 2019, cu o investiție de 8 milioane euro”, a spus Thomas Koene, Head of Industrial Operations.

Obiectivele Zentiva

Totodată, Ines Windisch, Head of Corporate Affairs & Human Resources, a precizat că obiectivele de creștere ale organizației aduc noi oportunități pentru angajații și funcțiile existente.

”Această importantă transformare va atrage cele mai bune talente și va fideliza echipa pentru a ne asigura succesul pentru generațiile viitoare. În acest moment, avem peste 600 de angajați la fabrica din Praga, dedicați producerii de medicamente de calitate ridicată pentru a susține nevoile medicale zilnice ale oamenilor”, a completat Ines Windisch.

În luna octombrie a anului 2018, Zentiva s-a separat de Sanofi.

Grupul este susținut în prezent de Advent International. Este vorba de una dintre cele mai mari și mai experimentate companii globale de investiții cu capital privat.

Zentiva în România

În România, Zentiva deține aproximativ 750 de angajați și deține o unitate de producție cu tradiție în producția de medicamente. Fabrica produce atât pentru piața românească cât și pentru alte țări europene.

Zentiva România reprezintă numărul unul în unități vândute de generice. Compania are un portofoliu extins de produse care acoperă un spectru larg de arii terapeutice.
