Sometimes I forget that I have dumb amounts of lore sitting around in my head. Like for someone that doesn't bother paying much attention in quests, I am surprised at how much I do remember. But I'm also surprised at the amount of work I'm willing to put in to get an answer.

#rambles #tho my knowledge is usually very approximate instead of accurate #so i consistently have to go back and recheck myself #like the time i went through so many npc dialogues on the genshin wiki to find the one that mentioned tighnari #or the other time i went through every npc dialogue in fontaine to see if they said anything new about furina HAHA #and then today rummaging through the cn genshin wiki #sometimes i think i'm no good with lore bc more historical and philosophical quests go right over my head #like soresh and the jinnis i didn't get #or the whole narcissenkruz quests #but i think i have to remember that i'm not as bad as i think and actually know more than the avr person...#i think it's just that i'm only good with lore that directly pertains to things that'll come up in writing #anything that doesn't pertain to writing i have no interest in
