took the day off work for an allergist appointment. can't wait to find out what all i'm allergic to finally
#it feels like i'm just allergic to existing at this point#this is actually my second time seeing this allergist but the first time she decided to not do allergy testing#she said she didn't want to trigger an asthma attack and instead opted to focus on fixing my fucked up breathing#which has been somewhat successful so far#tho i haven't been able to take antihistamines this week in prep for the testing and i've been struggling#today isn't too bad but the past two days i felt like i was dying
