180 seconds captivated in 180 seconds

180 seconds was a refreshing and captivating novel. It started out great, giving enough insight to the life Allison and even bringing details about Simon early.

Her best friend, Steffi, is a complete anomaly in books released recently. She was a character who wasn’t exactly a main character but contributed to the book’s development greatly.

Esben is a fairy tail character. I get that he had a not too great past and wasn’t exactly honest with Allison, getting closer the the climax, but he really is one of those guys girls really wish for.

Esben is an amazing guy who helps people as much as he can and it was heartbreaking to see Allison break down when he said he couldn’t help Steffi.

Steffi was a great person to Allison, but I can’t help but think how much farther the story could have gone with her living. Her death really did provide a stepping point for Allison and allowed her to grow, without the Steffi death and cancer, this book just wouldn’t have been as good and Jessica Park did a great job. Almost cried and that’s a first.
