Assuming there was actual voting involved in the Ohtori Student Council elections (as opposed to Akio just appointing them), I would bet anything Nanami was, if not Touga's official campaign manager, a STRONG advocate for his candidacy. And by that I do mean she was blackmailing and running smear campaigns all the way up to election day.
