3.2 SOSB entrants may operate on other bands during the contest and are encouraged to submit their entire logs to help in the log cross-checking process. These contacts will not affect the SOSB score but will be credited to other stations.
3.3 Results will be listed separately for European Russia, Asiatic Russia and by each continent.
4. Intentionally left blank
5. General Rules 5.1. All transmitters, receivers, and amplifiers must be within a single 500-meter diameter circle. Antennas must be physically connected by RF transmission lines to the transmitters and receivers, except as described in 5.1.5.
5.1.1. Remote operation is permitted if the physical location of all transmitters, receivers, and antennas are at one station location as described in 5.1. A remotely operated station must obey all station license, operator license, and category limitations. The call sign used must be one issued or permitted by the Regulatory Authority of the station location.
5.1.2. The use of QSO finding assistance (DX cluster, CW Skimmer etc) is allowed for all entries.
5.1.3. The use of any calls other than participant’s for any reason including keeping the run frequency on any band, making schedules, DX-spotting, moving the multipliers is prohibited.
5.1.4. Self-spotting or soliciting contacts by any means other than amateur radio is prohibited.
5.1.5. The use of one and only one remote receiver located within 25 kilometers of the main transmitter site is permitted, in addition to the receiver at the transmitter site is allowed for all entries.
5.1.6. The use of any remote receivers other than described in 5.1.5 are prohibited. Violators will be subject to disqualification.
5.2. Single Operator participants may change bands and modes without restrictions. Only one signal can be transmitted at any given time.
5.2.1. Single Operator categories: one person (the operator) performs all operating, logging and spotting functions. Any assistance will result in reclassification into the Multi Operator category or disqualification at the discretion of the contest committee.
5.3. MOST stations are subject to a 10 minutes band change rule. Mode change within current band is allowed without limitations.
5.3.1. Start time is determined by the time of the first QSO made on the band. The band may be changed after 10 full minutes have elapsed.
5.3.2. Only one signal can be transmitted at any given time. Exception: two signals on two different bands are allowed if (and only if) the station on another (and only one) “multiplier” band works a new multiplier.
5.3.3. The “multiplier” transmitter is subject to its own 10 minute rule for band changes as described in 5.3.1.
5.3.4. Contacts which violate band change rules, should be clearly marked in the log with an X-QSO: key (as per 11.11 ). They will neither be counted nor penalized for an entrant, but will be counted for the station contacted.
5.3.5. Tampering with the QSO time to comply with the 10 minute rule (“rubber clocking”) will result in disqualification.
5.4. MO2T (Multi Op, Two transmitters): A maximum of two transmitted signals at any time on different bands. Each transmitter may make a maximum of 8 band changes in any clock hour (00 through 59 minutes). For example, a change from 40 meters to 80 meters and then back to 40 meters constitutes two band changes. Both transmitters may work any and all stations. A station may be worked twice per band (CW and SSB) regardless of which transmitter is used.
5.5. MM (Multi Op, Multi transmitters): A maximum of six transmitted signals, one per band at any one time. All equipment (transmitters, receivers, amplifiers, antennas, etc.) must be located in same DXCC entity, including remotely controlled equipment. Six bands may be activated simultaneously. Use a separate serial number sequence for each band. Limits in 5.1 do not apply.
5.6. All MIXED categories entrants can work the same station twice per band (CW and SSB).
6. Exchange: 6.1. Non-Russian stations: signal report + QSO number, starting with 001.
6.2. Multioperator (MOST, MO2T, MM) may alternativley use separate serial numbers for each band.
6.3. Russian stations: signal report + oblast code as per attached list.
7. QSO Points. 7.1. Russian stations:
QSO with your own country (Russia on your continent) – 2 points,
QSO with Russia on another continent – 5 points,
QSO with a different country on your continent – 3 points,
QSO with another continent – 5 points.
7.2. Non-Russian stations:
QSO with Russian station – 10 points,
QSO with your own country – 2 points,
QSO with a different country on your continent – 3 points,
QSO with another continent – 5 points.
7.3. Kaliningrad (UA2F), Franz Josef Land (RI1FJ) and Russian Antarctic stations (RI1AN) each count as a separate DXCC entity and a separate Oblast (double multiplier) with Kaliningrad counts as European Russia for scoring purposes.
7.4. Maritime mobile (“/MM”) stations do not count as multipliers and score 5 points for all participants.
7.5. SWL points are calculated along the same principles as described in 7.1 and 7.2.
8. Dupes 8.1. Dupes are contacts made with the same station on the same band and mode. If the first contact between stations is valid, dupes have 0 points value. If the first contact is not valid, then second (dupe) contact is accepted.
8.2. Dupe contacts are not penalized; they do not have to be marked in the log. All entrants are strongly recommended to leave DUPES in the log.
9. Multipliers There are two types of multipliers:
One multiplier for each different oblast contacted on each band, including UA2F, RI1FJ and RI1AN as per 7.3.
One multiplier for each different country (DXCC entity list + WAE multipliers list) contacted on each band.
10. Final Score 10.1. The final score is the result of the total QSO points multiplied by the sum of oblast and country multipliers.
11. General Log Submission Requirements 11.1. Logs are accepted in CABRILLO file format only.
11.2. Filename of your log should be yourcall.log or .cbr. Example: UA1AAA.log.
11.3. If a competitor claims two separate bands in the SOSB category (as per 3.1 ) these two bands should be clearly marked. Example: CATEGORY-BAND: 10m, 15m.
11.4. Russian stations will include their RDA in the LOCATION: field.
11.5. Web upload is the only method of log submission. Web upload of logs is available at: http://www.rdxc.org/asp/pages/wwwlog.asp.
11.6. All QSO times must be in UTC.
11.7. All sent and received exchanges must be clearly shown in the log.
11.8. The header of the electronic log must specify entry category and your full mailing address to receive the awards.
11.9. Multioperator logs (MOST and MO2T) must identify which transmitter made each QSO. For MOST entries RUN =0, MULT =1. For MO2T entries RUN1 = 0, RUN2 = 1. Alternative identifcation is not allowed. The logs without such identification will be reclassified to Check Log.
11.10. Logs aiming for the top 3 position in any contest category (excluding SWL entry) must indicate the frequency of every QSO made (using transceiver CAT) with a minimum resolution of 1 kHz.
11.11 Any QSO marked with the key X-QSO: will be ignored in your log and credit will be given to the other station.
12. Log Submission Deadline 12.1. Logs must be submitted to the contest sponsors within 14 days after the end of the contest (until 23:59 UTC on 04.04.2021).
12.2. Receipt of the log is confirmed on the “Logs received” page on RDXC Website.
12.3. Logs submitted after the deadline may be listed in the results, but are not eligible for awards.

RS Base Frequency= 7.83 Hz.(Earth’s natural baseline of frequency that we entrain to…think of being around a Happy Person and then someone comes in the room and disrupts with lots of negative energy? Or you are listen to a lullably and then the station is quickly changed to The Blues.)
We are energetic Beings that harmonize to our enevirnomeng. When the energy Shifts, it pulls and tugs on our thoughts (run on electrical impulses), our emotions (our heart is a pump, our emotions are magnetic 🧲), our physical bodies ared deeply affected by changing frequencies…i know, I am a Biofeedback Practitioner.
Pay attention to what you observe during these Spikes in Energies. They are occurring more often and are holding a Higher Range of Frequency for longer periods of time. Guitar 🎸 string twanging is how I express the experience.
And they want to get 5G onboard.
We need to Pay attemtion to our environment and how it impacts every facet of our Being.
What have you noticed in your experience with this Week? Hurried Fast activity, Time feels different, and then…Wham. Needing total Reset. Recharge. Exhausted. These are some of the expereinces I am hearing from many.
  Schumann Resonance Today Peaks:
4/17 17:00 UTC – Calm.
4/14 12:30 UTC – The movements have now become practically continuous. The chart shown indicates about 5 hours of “almost calm” after which the variations started again, at 17 UTC, with a series of oscillations lasted 4 hours that reached 40 Hz until to 21 UTC. These were followed by a period of about 4 hours in which the peaks were slight and then started to widen again until they exceed 40 Hz at 8 UTC.
4/13 17:00 UTC – Calm for now, we shall see the next few hours if there will be another movement.
4/13 13:00 UTC – It seems that today’s movements are coming to an end. The activity started at 2 UTC to return to almost calm at 12 UTC, the maximum peak was at 63 Hz at 5 UTC and the second, in order of magnitude, reached 57 Hz at 9 UTC.
4/13 08:00 UTC – After few hours of calm we are back again into moderate strong activity with a significant peak at 63 Hz happened just after 5 am UTC (noon local time in Tomsk). After this the amplitude remained mostly between 20 and 40 Hz with one more peak at 50 Hz at 7:30 UTC.
4/12 18:00 UTC – It seems that the powerful activity is continuing, the white continued for the last hour, the amplitude of the Resonance remained at relevant levels and than it started to fall initially below 50 Hz and lastly below 30 Hz to regain momentum and go back to 50 Hz and above.
4/12 17:00 UTC – The variation did not end with the previous peak, after about 2 hours where it has been above 55 Hz, at 15:30 UTC the amplitude went to 60 Hz to continue for the time until this update into very high values.
4/12 14:40 UTC – Minor activity started at 2:30 UTC with peak at 10-15 Hz. at 8:00 UTC there have been a slight increase and the average amplitude remained between 15 and 20 Hz. At 14 UTC we are seeing a strong increase with a spike that reached 54 Hz.
4/11 17:00 UTC – After four hours from the peak reported previously, in which the amplitude has continued in the variations, the situation has returned to complete calm.
4/11 12:30 UTC – After a period of about 10-11 hours of calm, new mild activity started to emerge with peaks moving towards 10 Hz shortly after midnight UTC. At 7 UTC amplitude oscillations became slightly more intense at around 15 Hz to culminate, shortly after 9 UTC in a powerful spike that reached 62 Hz.
4/10 – Even today no calm, the light activity started just before midnight UTC with peaks that reached 10 Hz. It continued on this average amplitude until the publication of this update, at 17 UTC. The only peak that stood out occurred at 4:30 UTC and reached 22 Hz.
4/9 17:00 UTC – Calm.
4/9 10:00 UTC – The activity of these first hours indicates slight movements with the amplitude that has reached 11 Hz several times. Nothing relevant.
4/8 17:00 UTC – Today’s amplitude remained above 15 Hz for about 5 hours, from 5:30 to 10:30 UTC, as previously reported the maximum peaks were around 25 Hz in the first hours.
4/8 09:00 UTC – Not much calm today, again moderate activity, so far the amplitude of the frequency, after a few hours without peaks, from 4 am UTC has returned with movements around 25 Hz.
4/7 17:00 UTC – After the two peaks previously reported it would seem that the Resonance has finally returned to a state of calm. Difficult, if not impossible, to make predictions but there is a latent feeling that we will still see strong movements shortly.
4/7 12:30 UTC – The activity is slightly diminished but not finished. In the last 12 hours two fairly significant peaks stand out, the first just after yesterday’s 21 UTC that reached almost 40 Hz, the second at 5:30 UTC today which reached around 47 Hz.
4/6 17:00 UTC – The intense activity continues in this sequence of days that have seen a constant and gradual increase. In these last hours there have been 3 strong peaks, 3 white pillars in the chart, which have all reached the same maximum at around 50 Hz. We will see in the next hours if the activity will have a break.
4/6 11:30 UTC – We are still above 40 Hz, a spike in today activity reached 60 Hz at 7:20 UTC. We are seeing medium activity that continued since yesterday, we had just few hours of calm but mainly the movements have been continuous.
4/5 17:00 UTC – After the 96 Hz peak the resonance frequency amplitude slowly started to go down and in about 6 hours it returned to normal levels.
4/5 11:30 UTC – Increased activity, after the last update in which there seemed to be a possible drop we are instead back in the “white” with a powerful spike that reached 96 Hz at about 10:30 UTC.
4/5 09:00 UTC – Even today strong activity, it is not common to see so many consecutive days of great variations. We’ll see if even in April, as in March and February we will have a very strong activity on the 17th (letter Q). Today the activity started with a small “introductory” peak at 20 Hz around midnight UTC and then suddenly increased to 30 Hz at 3 UTC and 80 Hz at 5 UTC. After this peak there was a gradual decrease in the amplitude and, at 9 UTC, it is at 40 HZ.
4/4/ 17:00 UTC – From 11:30 UTC the gradual decrease of the activity began and reached normal values at 12:30 UTC.
4/4 12:00 UTC – The strong activity is continuing, after the peak at 69 Hz at 7:47 UTC the amplitude of the resonance frequency has slightly decreased but it has practically remained almost always on the 50 Hz threshold.
4/4 08:00 UTC – New powerful activity now underway, started with a steady increase at 00 UTC this morning with peaks at 40, 55, 65 to culminate with a strong peak at 89 Hz just before 8 UTC.
4/3 – Moderate activity today, the copy of yesterday but of shorter duration. The movements started at 00:30 UTC to finish shortly after 10:00 UTC, within this time frame there were several peaks at 20 Hz while the two highest peaks reached 25 Hz at 5:30 and at 10:00 UTC.
4/2 17:00 – After the peak reported previously, the activity continued but has been waning with an amplitude of around 15 Hz down to the current calm.
4/2 12:30 UTC – Even today there is a fair amount of activity going on, event though the peak above 40 Hz is still missing, there have been various movements started at 4 UTC with a maximum peak so far that has reached 28 Hz at 11 UTC.
4/1 – After the strong peak at the beginning of the last 24 hours the activity continued but in a moderate way, there were various peaks from 5 to 11 UTC, the highest of which reached 26 Hz at 8:50 UTC.
We added a new chart below, we’ll try to post it daily to show the actual peaks above 40 Hz.
Frequency means how many wave cycle happen in a second, 1 Hz. means 1 cycle per second, 40 Hz. means 40 cycles per second, Amplitude is the size of the vibration, how big is the wave, the chart shows the frequency variation in Hz and the amplitude using the white color.
The Chart time is based on Tomsk – Russia – UTC +7 Source
Note
The Ancient Indian Rishis called 7.83 Hz the frequency of OM. It also happens to be Mother Earth’s natural heartbeat rhythm
Schumann resonances are named after professor Schumann who was involved in early German secret space program and was later paper-clipped into the United States. The frequencies of Schumann resonances are fairly stable and are mainly defined by the physical size of the ionospheric cavity.

EOS: The Bulls are bashing on with a 12.45% hike!
After experiencing a bearish trend in the market for quite some time now, the bulls are finally coming out and pushing the bears up north. There is a slight growth in the top 15 coins in the market, however, these moves are limited to most of the coins except EOS.
Yesterday afternoon when the markets were going south, EOS managed to move upward breaking away from the overall downward trend of the market and forging its own unique path.
EOS is now leading the market in terms of growth, as EOS remains the only double-digit gainer in the top 25 in the last 24 hours. At 9:00 AM UTC, EOS is valued at $12.24 as the prices are going up at a comfortable rate of 12.45% in the last one day. Overall it looks like EOS has found a balance at around $12, this is far more promising than the other coins in the market.
At the end of last month, the price of EOS has been almost double of what it is right now. On the 29th of April, EOS was trading around $21 and it has significantly dropped to $10. EOS is currently being traded on various platforms like Bithumb, Bitfinex, Binance with a highest overall volume of $454 million in the past 24 hours.
The launch of EOSIO 1.0 is right around the corner as there is hardly a week for the snapshot to take place. The registration process is open until midnight of 1st June. The mainnet is will be launched on the 3rd of June.
Philakone, a cryptocurrency investor tweeted:
“Please remember that EOSIO is being launched in days and the mainnet release in late June / q2. I expect $33+ (conservative prediction). I caught ETH from $10 to $350, OMG from $1 to $14, EOS from $1 to $13, IOTA from $0.33 to $3, and I will catch this wave for EOS too.”
Experts believe that this can be a sign of the market slowing recovering from the damage incurred over the week.

Original Post from Security Affairs Author: Pierluigi Paganini
Security expert Troy Mursch of Bad Packets reported that a botnet is exploiting the recently disclosed vBulletin exploit to block other attackers from also using it.
The security expert Troy Mursch observed a botnet that it utilizing the recently disclosed vBulletin exploit to secure vulnerable servers to avoid that can be compromised by other threat actors. This technique is not new and allows botmaster to preserve their own botnet.
The initial wave of botnet activity targeting vBulletin sites vulnerable to CVE-2019-16759 started around 14:00 UTC yesterday and lasted for about 5 hours.
The exploit activity modified code in “bbcode.php” to enable exclusive RCE access to the botnet operator.#threatintel https://t.co/uhCR23IDy0 pic.twitter.com/9ZRh2LzrQQ
— Bad Packets Report (@bad_packets) September 26, 2019
Early this week, an anonymous security researcher publicly disclosed a zero-day remote code execution flaw, tracked as CVE-2019-16759, in the vBulletin forum software and the exploit code to trigger it.
The vulnerability could be exploited remotely by an unauthenticated attacker. The PoC exploit published by the hacker works on vBulletin versions 5.0.0 till the latest 5.5.4.
The zero-day flaw in the forum software resides in the way an internal widget file of the forum software package accepts configurations via the URL parameters. The expert discovered that the package fails to validate the parameters, an attacker could exploit it to inject commands and remotely execute code on the vulnerable install.
The threat actor behind the botnet uses the exploit to hack into vulnerable servers, then configures them to require a password to execute commands.
The above images show how the attacker modifies the source code in the includes/vb5/frontend/controller/bbcode.php file in order to request a password for the command execution. The above image also shows the password used by the botmaster to protect the systems he had infected, this means that another attacker could use it to send commands to the system.
According to Mursch, most of the attacks come from Brazil, Vietnam, and India.
Chaouki Bekrar, founder and CEO of the Zerodium exploit broker, confirmed that the vBulletin flaws has been privately circulating for years.
The recent vBulletin pre-auth RCE 0day disclosed by a researcher on full-disclosure looks like a bugdoor, a perfect candidate for @PwnieAwards 2020. Easy to spot and exploit.
Many researchers were selling this exploit for years. @Zerodium customers were aware of it since 3 years
— Chaouki Bekrar (@cBekrar) September 25, 2019
“The availability of a working exploit is aggravated by another publicly posted script that uses the Shodan search site to find vulnerable servers. Attackers can use it to generate a list of vBulletin sites that are susceptible and then use the exploit to take them over.” reported Ars Technica.
window._mNHandle = window._mNHandle || {}; window._mNHandle.queue = window._mNHandle.queue || []; medianet_versionId = "3121199";

Update of the shifts that are being Monitored, Globally, on the #SchumannResonance.
How are you experiencing these Huge Energy Shifts?
RS Base =Frequency 7.83 Hz.(Earth’s Natural Base Frequency)
Schumann Resonance Today Peaks:
4/28 17:00 UTC – After the peaks previously reported, the activity went on increasing, from 8 to 10 UTC the average amplitude remained at 50 Hz with the peak at 56 Hz at 10 just before a movements break. From 14 UTC the activity restarted and two hours later, at 16:55 UTC, there was the most powerful peak of today at 78 Hz. It looks like it is continuing.
4/28 07:30 UTC – In recent days we have noticed continuous micro-peaks that produced a curious pattern on the primary chart. This graph shows both the frequency and the amplitude, the frequency is represented with a line, the amplitude with the white color. In today’s additional chart, called “Quality“, shown below we see how the frequency is fluctuating significantly and that is what produced these “lines“.In regard of the amplitude of today the activity started at 1 UTC with an initial peak at 24 Hz. This was followed by other very strong variations, the first shortly after 2 UTC reached 47 Hz and a second one even stronger at 56 Hz little after 3 am UTC. It seems that the variations are continuing, there is a feeling we might see powerful activity in May, let’s see.
4/27 – Calm.
4/26 17:00 UTC – After the peak at 58 Hz previously reported, the activity remained on high amplitude values for another 4 hours or so. During this period the values ranged between 30 and 52 Hz. From 12 UTC the values returned to normal.
4/26 09:30 UTC – After a few hours of calm the amplitude returned to oscillate. The first significant variation occurred at 5 UTC and reached 45 Hz, the second at 7 UTC was around 28 Hz and the third most significant reached 58 Hz at 8:40 UTC.
4/25 17:00 UTC – After the powerful 63 Hz peak mentioned below the activity did not calm down, the variations continued with 4 strong peaks at around 50 Hz which occurred between 10 and 15:30 UTC.
4/25 10:00 UTC – After few days of calm with minor spikes just now a strong amplitude variation reached 63 Hz at 9:45 UTC. It has been anticipated by three smaller movements between 20 and 36 Hz that started at 1 UTC.
4/24 – A nearly calm day, the very little activity started at 2:30 UTC with a peak to 20 Hz few minutes past 4 am UTC. This was the maximum for the day and after that the amplitude slowly returned to normal.
4/23 17:00 – After the strong peak reported before, the amplitude slowly subsided to normal values.
4/23 07:00 – After the calm day of yesterday today we see a moderate activity, the amplitude of the frequency of the Schumann Resonance has reached 40 Hz at 3 UTC remaining at that level for about an hour.
4/21 – Moderate activity from 1 to 10:30 am UTC. All peaks have been between 25 and 30 Hz with the greater one at 7 am UTC. After 10:30 it has been calm.
4/20 – Calm.
The amplitude of Schumann resonances does change and is bigger when ionospheric plasma gets excited. Ionospheric plasma excitation happens because of solar activity, thunderstorms, use of scalar plasma weapons and HAARP and lately also when the Light forces are clearing the plasma anomaly.
