I need to calm down when my body do something weird cause I’m alone it’s not the time for a panic attack 😭
#i know it’s probably cause I’m tired and on my period#but my Brain is like BUT WHAT IF#just shut up 😭#at least it’s not as bad as last time#my period last time start it all and it’s getting better and better#so now it’s slightly worst I feel way more numb than normal (but way less worst than when it started) and I’m panicking a little#this was traumatizing bfjdbjd#can’t wait to know if it’s anxiety or that possible non dangerous cyst in my head 😭#one day the hospital is going to fucking call 😭#but like I usually feel like I’ve been run over by a truck this is nothing new and me being numb neither so calm down brain 😭#alex.txt#tw periods
