okay okay, i'm biting the bullet and announcing the winners of the halloween event's costume contest. these were such a hard decision, everyone's costumes were great! but these couldn't help but leave an impression on me.

so for best dressed, we have @deciphver (i couldn't stop laughing at bill's outfit okay, and i feel like he'd try to kill me if he didn't win a prize of somekind SO UH-)

and for best concept, since it was a duos outfit, we've got both @starsandpigs and @precipine with their grunkle outfits.
