Okay so I decided to continue the manga (BNHA) a few days ago. I still have a long way to go to lol. I mean, I've only read a couple of chapters at most. But yesterday I've accidentally come across the scene where Midoriya loses his quirk and Bakugo gives an emotional speech. So apparently Bakugo kinda develops a hero worship for Midoriya? I was like, yeah I knew Bakugo would have a redemption arc but I didn't expect this to happen. So I was surprised. Like, what happened? Bakugo belittling Midoriya for multiple chapters straight turned into some kind of a fan of Midoriya?

Oh really? You think he is a Midoriya fan?

Im guessing you left it during one of the beginning arcs, so you have a loooong ride to see his development and how natural it feels actually.

But if you want a more straight up explanation, the author changed his mind about his role in Izuku's life -at first he was going to be his opposing rival, out of his life and as a challenging source, someone Deku needs to beat to get into the top, without giving him any support, but he realized his better side would end up coming out, and now... He's really important and a part of the "people who support Izuku" group, lets say.

Spoilers without details under cut -I say big things that happened. Literally say them, I mean.

Katsuki: What? Am I a Midoriya fan? *looks to the sides* *process to constantly think about him, sacrifice himself for him making Deku lose control even tho others already got hurt, keep their rivalry going on as it motivates him and is his perfect reason to keep being in his life, is responsible for his past actions and apologizes after leading everyone to him when he run away bc it was too much to handle him and the others to get hurt, goes out of his way to hold him before anyone else when he falls, helps him train to achieve his goals, goes into a war in his team, when izuku is taken from that part of the battle he keeps trying to fight, gets targeted as izuku's closer person not friend, tries to win while talking to him even tho he is not there, dies while thinking about catching up to him while crying, has the All Might card they got together as kids in his pocket, sees Aura Might, his corpse makes Izuku lose control again, revives himself in the most dramatic way possible and makes eye contact even tho they are km away and the rain stops, has a Mary Jane coded cover with Deku, goes out of his way to get to him even ho he just revived, fights doctors and others multiple times to get to him, is the first and last person to make Izuku smile after the war along with All Might, cries over not being able to be by Izuku's heels for the rest of their lives, worries more about him losing his quirk than about him losing half of his + not being able to recover his arm*.

I cant write it all its just ridiculously too much. I skipped so many things already lmao.

Gladly! Let’s use this diagram of my lovely girl:

1.) Those teeth are gonna be just about the only body part they don’t want scratched. Be afraid if you’re someone they’re hunting, but if not the worst they’ll do is hook their teeth into your sleeve to lead you somewhere. They also make good jewelry when the baby ones fall out!

2.) The spot right in the middle of their noses is about the perfect size to rest your hand, and they love getting scratches there. Also, it’s good for holding treats if you’re trying to teach them to wait before they eat. 10/10 would balance treats on there again just to see them go cross eyed and get all drooly.

3.) Those are their spines, they’re real useful for defending against predators, not so much for sharing a bed with you, though. Not only do they jab you in the stomach, but they can tear up a set of sheets pretty bad. Nevertheless, they butt ‘em up against you for… you guessed it, scratches. Make sure you keep it clean between their spines, dirt and germs can accumulate there and it gets itchy for them.

4.) The claws - once again, a good tool, not so great for soft things. Trim them and file them frequently to avoid pain and your couch being shredded to bits. Paint them if you want them to feel pretty.

5.) That’s gonna be the potbelly. Prime scratching spot. I prefer seeing them nice and chunky, that means they’re getting fed well. Skinny ones make me sad :(. Beware the spines digging into your leg when they flop into your lap for belly scratches.

6.) Can’t really see it in that picture, but they’ve got tiny, stubby little tails. Cutest things, since they’re so small they get their whole butt involved when they try to wag ‘em! A happy massiff is one that’s walking funny cause they can’t keep their rear end still.

7.) Underrated feature: Chin pouch. Very floppy and scratchable. Good for squishing and squeezing and poking and prodding. It looks funny when they bark because it wiggles around :)

Grizzer’s favorite scratchy spots, ranked:

1.) Just to the left of the hinge of her jaw, a bit lower than her teeth. She goes crazy for it, drooling like a maniac and ramming her face into your hand for more. Turns her brain into a big mushy puddle :)

2.) The top of her head, just above/between her eyes. This might not be her absolute favorite but it’s one of mine cause she looks up at me with her sweet little eyes and sometimes she blinks them closed so I can scratch harder and it’s the cutest thing I’ve ever seen.

3.) Belly, of course. Nothing beats having a massiff in your lap drooling over belly rubs. Very warm and soft and fun to squish around, plus it gets her wriggly and it’s fun to watch her be happy. It makes me happy too.

Haha my YakuzaBoss!Toji fic was based on when I studied abroad in Tokyo and met these two fine af yakuza at a club in Shinjuku a friend of ours was DJing at. But unlike Y/N, it was at the beginning of the trip and my Japanese wasnt great and they didnt speak english so I fumbled the bag lmfao.

I feel like writing smut in general is a guilty pleasure haha, but for me the build up is just as important as the smut. love a pwp but I guess my guilty pleasure is writing plot. I know most on this app prefer shorter content but I tend to like my works that are longer the best.

I love enemies to lovers and I also love a good crack fic plot. I didn't know I was funny (still convinced I'm not lol) until a few fics of mine people had said they were busting out laughing which is like the best compliment for me haha especially in a smutty fic.

why do you think people hate on Goku so much? I'm sorry, it's just, he was like my idol growing up, one of my favorite characters, a kind and gentle man who fights for justice, a flawed but brave man who helps his friends, who saves the world when he can, what has he done wrong? Is it because of Super or...? (this is weird coming from a total stranger, I know, but I really like your takes and how you write! I'd love to hear your thoughts on that.)

[Truly? I don't get it either. Goku really is an amazing character, but I think it's just in short, Dragonball fans can't read (aka all they care about are the fight scenes and they don't really pay that much attention...and they'd rather make stupid jokes that meaningful commentary).

I have some hypotheses. One just being simply that he's the main character and a lot of people think he just had everything handed to him. Which...if you've actually read and watched the series, this isn't true (barring Super, but that's true of literally everyone in that portion of the series; that's another convo tho). People just love to hate the main character of any series, and they'll often make up asinine reasons to justify it, whether it's "he doesn't change! he's just static!" (untrue) to "he's too much of a goody two shoes!" But most of the reasons are pretty goofy that I've seen, at least for it to bring on outright HATRED of him like these people seem to have. Like if he's not your cup of tea, fine. But hating him for being too nice or always getting the dub or something? Brain dead.

The other specifically has to do with Vegeta Stans. These folks seem to feel that they MUST belittle and wreck Goku's character so that Vegeta looks better by comparison (which also seems to be what Super has done but again, another conversation). These guys will find ANY WAY to prop Vegeta up, and their favorite target for it is to pick on every little thing Goku does. From Vegeta "working harder" for what he has to the stupidest shit like trying to make Vegeta look like the better father/husband (spoiler: he definitely isn't), a Vegeta Stan will find the most miniscule reason to hate on Goku. Kinda like the whole bullying someone you're jealous of to bring them down to your level and make you feel better mentality.

In general, I do also believe Super and even TFS has done a lot of damage to Goku as a character in the fandom. I definitely agree with that. It's one thing for fans that were introduced to the series by Super hate on him, but it's even worse to see long time fans seem to forget what Goku should really be like. I do think more people appreciate Goku than actually hate him but, unfortunately, the loudest people are the haters of him.]

What made you ship it? *waves hands at everything* I always joke that the game ships it harder than I do but sometimes it feels true. I was lukewarm on Astarion on my first run, and it surprised me how positive Wyll was about him. But what really hit me was when Wyll complimented Astarion after he stabbed Cazador, how proud he was that he didn't give into the temptation of power. That really got the ball rolling fast.

What are your favorite things about the ship? I love the parallels. The similarities despite the differences. Both dealing with abuse by masking it in their own way, both trying to survive in their own way, both trying to break free. I love how they can both teach each other things; Wyll shows that Astarion is worthy of a love that is true and kind, and Astarion shows Wyll that it's good to put yourself first.

Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship? There's a lot of fics where Wyll saves Astarion, but imo it's Wyll who needs saving. He's so used to giving all of himself because that's all he can cling to, all he has left after 7 years of loneliness and Mizora, and someone needs to save him from himself. Astarion will (wyll, hehe) get saved because Cazador is too dangerous to keep alive, but Wyll's demons are harder to slay.

I think that there's an obvious difference between a naturally flirtatious person and someone who's engaging in an affair──body language is different (from what I have experienced and can imagine) and intentions usually shine through the way one responds with intentions.

So an MC who flirts just to flirt is just a personality──no intentions to engage in a fling and just there to see how Nate reacts? Eva finds it amusing! In all honesty, she likes seeing the different way a flirty!MC, well, flirts! Especially when theres no intent to go further than just flirting. If it's done in front of her she might even be egging MC on! because only flirting with Nate means you're not contributing to his cheating and keeps him... busy, for lack of a better word, with MC rather than actively involved with anyone else.

bc Nate wouldn't be Nate if he doesn't see things through and I do think his 'weakness' would be flirty!MCs──they intrigue him and give him the task to get them in his bed, one way or the other. But Nate will eventually lose interest, the game is only fun if you can see the prize is attainable, ya'no?

Getting to the bottom of these questions requires diving deeper into the Silvaton family and the blood feud that developed the night Gordon introduced a young woman he had fallen in love with named Miria Hartwright to the entire family.

Although she was human, her inclusion in the Silvaton family was warm. However, the son of the Oldest Aunt in the Silvaton family was slain by hunters who turned out to be Miria's own family, coming to collect their human daughter, cutting short the 'happy times'. Miria herself became a target to the rest of the Silvaton's causing Gordon and his parents to defend her forcing the family to split into two factions. Taking Miria to safety Gordon and his father have a heated discussion with the young brunette and explain to her that Gordon and she must part ways. For her own good, or the family would kill her. She reluctantly agrees and together she and Gordon visit a young witch named Mayleen who erases her memories of Gordon and the short time they had spent together.

He later learns that Miria is married to a young man named Johnathan Davis however, their lives are cut short as two of his cousins manage to kill the newlyweds and leaving three little girls behind. He has little time to mourn, however, as the Hartwright family retaliates by killing his mother and father. Leaving Gordon to raise his younger sister on his own.

See Gordon's thing with Stratus is simple:

He made his mistakes and has seen the consequences of what they brought. He doesn't Stratus to suffer the same fates as Miria, their parents, and his Aunt.

In his eyes he's not being hard on her, he is protecting her and preparing her for a cold and cruel world. He had three major roles to fill when the two lost their parents, Brother, Father, and Mother. To him, he did the best he could with what tools and cards were dealt to him. He would do anything for Stratus, even if it meant providing a little 'tough' love. He never considered his actions toward his sister to be too harsh nor what she would do in the future, as his fear of what would happen far outweighed his judgment. After all, she was all he had left.

(It can be a touchy subject for the big guy. Just pat his back with a broom he will live.)

This is why he is so shaken when Stratus defends Rebecca against his vicious bite and receives the wound herself before shoving him back. They both know exactly what her actions meant between the two siblings.

She had betrayed him.

Stratus's View and Why She Travels:

To understand why Stratus is constantly traveling before meeting the girls, let's have a look at how she views Gordon's treatment and the weight of her betrayal toward her brother for said girls. Although understanding to an extent, she can't help but feel oppressed and still holds a deep resentment toward him for killing Jason. She can't help but feel she never lived the life she wanted, just the one he made for her. She never had a childhood, friends, etc. She lived in total isolation with Gordon being his bait or catching her own bodies. Eventually, she just got bored, tired, and restless of it all. So, she went for a walk. A long walk. As to why she does this? To harden herself. She's got goals and doesn't want anything to get in the way of them.

As for her end goal, to say she has ambitions would be an understatement. She gained her freedom at the price of being marked and scarred as a traitor. Her goals are set in stone for her and they include the other half of the Silvaton family. She's out for blood and blames them for everything that has happened to her and her brother. She's making her own pack, and she's coming for the head of the Silvaton family, quite literally her head. Once she has it rolling on the floor she plans to take the head of the family herself so her word is law. She won't stop at just one head either. She's taken many lives human and non-human, and she won't have mercy on the other Silvatons.

Does Sailor use the stars to navigate on the seas at all? And does Sailor have a favorite constellation?

Sailor absolutely has the ability to navigate by stars, it's an important part of navigation, and when (if) her navigation equipment gets broken, she'll be able to chart out a course for herself without much issue.. But usually bug uses fairly standard navigation equipment on bug's ships, so it doesn't come into play often!

Sailor enjoys the ocean for a lot of reasons, the night sky is a beautiful thing to behold out there away from all the lights! Bug doesn't actually have a favourite constellation though. How could she choose, really? She's travelled a lot her whole life, so she's heard a lot from different peoples and cultures, including many different beliefs about constellations. Bug finds it really fascinating, enjoys hearing about it all. Bug would recognise Crux, the southern cross as an important constellation, not just because of it's use in navigation, but also because of the many many beliefs people have around it! She sort of holds it dear because of that, in a way. (honourable mentions include corona australis and pavo and ara :])

A long while ago @slettebak got Hitman 2 because it was on sale and I decided to buy it aswel. I had never heard of the series before and thought it was a just a regular stealth game. When I found out it was a contained open world stealth game with lots of amazing locations, great level design and weird silly ways to kill targets, I was OBSESSED.

When I have a new game, I do like to focus on that specific one untill I need some variation. Then I usually switch between games I was playing before. I have that with RE4 remake and Animal Crossing now lol. Also I love replaying old games and then stopping halfway.

9. I think the inevitable biggest thing that would happen with fan merch / art for Heresiarch would be weird Christianizations, which is entirely fair to be honest. Like, the Church of The Sepulcher is based on Christianity in many respects, but it distinctly is not such a thing. For instance, the martyrdom of the first saints is considered very important, and their sacrifice is recognized as extremely valuable, but they didn’t die for the sins of the world, and none of them were crucified. This is kinda important on the margins of my writing - I have to remember, for instance, that characters would never reference a holy war as a crusade, because the word is a direct reference to the Crucifixion. Imagining a bunch of Sepulcherite characters wearing crosses is pretty funny as a result. Honestly, imagining merch for Heresiarch is pretty hard because it’s kind of macabre in general. The best I could do would be a t-shirt with a chibi drawing of Manguyaat reciting the central teachings of Keninism:

16. I don't have a good handle on any image editing software, so you're going to have to use your imagination for this one. It's also about a WIP that I haven't really told many people about yet, so the people who will even vaguely understand this are about three or four. You're going to imagine an image of a very tall, half naked man who is so pale as to be luminescent, as if constantly caught in the light of a flash camera, with a bulbous, knobby head and knotted black hair smiling at you. Now in massive white Impact font over that image is the phrase "WHEN THE PALE STRANGERS - WHEN THE PALE STRANGERS HAVE NO SHADOWS" and layered over that in more impact font in "I AM A NORMAL STRANGER WITH NORMAL DOGS - COME CLOSER." You got that? Good.

GOD you're so right. and i have MANY uncharismatic organisms that i would love to share with you!!! this list will not be in order of preference it's just gonna be Cool Things.

1: naked mole rats!!! it's kind of in the name! they're naked rats that live underground! a lot of people think they're really gross but they have an absolutely fascinating and very complex social structure that's almost similar to bees, are the only cold-blooded (or mostly cold-blooded) mammal, and are resistant to cancer. it's insane.

2: the suriname toad! the female rears her young in hollows in her back! it's extraordinary, but don't google it if you have trypophobia.

3: earthworms. i think it would be an honour to be reborn as an earthworm. they're fantastic ecosystem engineers, and so much of the soil depends on their ability to break down leaf litter and aerate the earth. they are humble, but mighty, and i think they're very beautiful.

4: vespa vulgaris, the common wasp. i know people hate wasps, i do, but if you stay still they will not sting you, and they're capable of wonderful feats of architecture. they're also incredibly important for maintaining and managing populations of other invertebrates. i think the key theme of a lot of uncharismatic species is that people underestimate their importance within an ecosystem, and vespa vulgaris is certainly one of those.

5: woodlice! i'm very familiar with these little beasts, and i think of them as friends. i grew up in a very old house, and it was very common to see them in corners or behind furniture. they're actually crustaceans, not insects, and they can only survive in damp or submerged areas (except for one species, which lives in the desert!!!)

i'll stop here for now with detail because i have things to do but i also adore vultures (beautiful, beautiful creatures that, like earthworms, do their ecosystem and incredible service by breaking down the dead), hagfish (which have a skull but no spine and are slimy beyond belief), great crested newts, aye-ayes, and ants (again, fascinating social structure, and some species such as leafcutters actively farm fungi that can't be found in the wild)!

i hope that was educational!!! they are all my nearest and dearest, especially the earthworms and the woodlice <3

how would the Forster sibs react when they catch another one developing feelings for the player character?

Hi, and thanks for the ask! 💞 Do you mean how would they react if they themselves also harbor feelings for the player character?

I'll preface by saying the default player character name is Kit (it is changeable!), and that in the game itself, following a specific story path does not require triggering a romantic relationship with that character. More emotionally intimate scenes offer the option of either engaging with the character as a close friend or as a romantic interest, with a roughly equal amount of content between each variation! I did this in part because I wanted there to be an option for ace and aro players that didn't just mean cut content, and also to offer a choice for those who might want to be buddies with a character and follow their take on the story, but not necessarily smooch them.

For your question, then--

Both Forsters would back off immediately if they got the sense that the other one was interested in Kit. Neither have been very successful with romantic relationships in the past, as John has some pretty deep insecurities that hold him back, and it simply hasn't been a priority for Marybeth. As fractious as the relationship between the two can be, though, they've each got the other's back, and will move heaven and earth to make their sibling happy, if it's within their power to take action. Aaaaand then they'll end up having a spectacular fight when it's clear they're both making way for the other, while Kit has no idea why the Forsters are even more than usually combative.

As for the rest of the characters-- while I don't think they would back off quite as immediately or completely, if either of them got the sense that Patti or Sparrow was serious about Kit, they very well might in the end. It's a tightly-knit group, and I don't think any of them would want to allow budding affection for the newcomer to create a rift with a lifelong friend, particularly given the rather dire circumstances the town is already facing.

The closest to resulting in outward drama is if the other party involved is Jasper-- though in that instance John and Marybeth would be trying to get Kit clear of Jasper regardless of their own feelings, because Jasper is so very good at making friends wherever he goes~~ 🙃

As for how they react if they’re friends with Kit, and notice their sibling is interested? ...well, I don’t wanna spoil it, so I’m afraid you’ll have to wait and see. ✨

Personally, I think it’s okay to hide things from people under certain circumstances. For example, if you’re planning a surprise for someone, it makes no sense for you to tell the person what you’re planning. Another situation could be where you’re unsure of the credibility of the info you’re given. You want to make sure, depending on what the person is like, that you have the correct information before you divulge said information to them.
