girl im sorry but this is fucking insane how on earth is having a """"proper sleep schedules"""" (sleep at like 10pm, wake up at 8-9am) at all efficient???

I can barely get anything done, I get KO'd around 12pm and 3pm thanks to this so called """"normal"""" routine so i end up spending at least 3 hrs trying to find ways to not feel so fucking sleepy that doesnt require eating (bc around like 12 i've already had lunch and i dont have dinner until 5)

thus getting NOTHIGN done
