overall a lot of the songs do sound very similar to one another but i can accept that bc at least it's not midnights again. the only song i really viscerally didn't like was ttpd. also not the biggest fan of imgonnagetyouback bc it sounds like get him back! in a different genre and less fun to sing along to. there were some lyrics in the other songs that made me go ???? why would you write that. but there were also a lot of good lyrics that i need to use as fic titles right now. uhmm lots of s.kk possibilities also but that's bc they're just so. gestures vaguely. i did listen to the first half of the album at 2am though so i don't actually remember it very well and i just finished listening to the second half five minutes ago so it's too fresh in my mind for good thoughtful commentary. i will probably have more thoughts later and also give it a week so i can loop it (because of the Curse) and then i might decide i actually hate all of it. we'll see. it'll be a fun surprise for everyone involved

“she’s so right, nothing does compare to a quiet evening alone with you,” i taunted at him. i’m not really sure how this came about, me and him, being as close of friends as we are.

i can’t even remember when we first met, he was just around a lot, and eventually we grew some type of bond between one another. for instance, we had the same taste in music and fashion, which is enough to base a friendship off of.

crushcrushcrush by paramore played over his cd player and he had settled into his bed with a graphic novel of some sort, something worth teasing him over due to how nerdy it was, and in the meantime, i found myself on the floor of his bedroom, for whatever reason, it was more comfortable than his cheap desk chair, so i didn’t mind it too much.

the day has come and passed us yet, a doctors appointment in the morning and a dinner with his family i had to endure until it was just us alone together again, as we so often are these days.

“is it?” he responded rather weakly, obviously not really hearing me. i know i tend to talk too much about anything and everything, and he does try his best to hear me out for what i really mean, but at the moment he was too invested in the book he held.

“yeah,” i collected myself up off the floor and stretched out my limbs wide into the air like a star. he stole a quick glance my way but acted as though he didn’t. back to his book went his eyes.

i came closer to him, sitting on the side of his bed and carelessly laying back, resting on his blanket covered middle.

“ow, you’re squishing me,” he whined and poked my forehead but i refused to break.

“oh deal with it, you big baby,” i stared up at the ceiling where there wasn’t anything, no decorations, just the barren white color the rest of his walls are painted, and you would be able to see had he not put posters wall to wall everywhere else. i was about to point it out to him, ask him why he chose to do that, seriously, i was on the verge of spewing the words from my mouth when he beat me to it.

“do you really like hanging out with me that much?” he didn’t look up from his book but i sensed he was jittery.

“huh?”

“when you quoted the lyrics in the song. is it true? do you really like being around me all the time?”

“of course,” the room was cold and it was autumn so there was good reason for it.

he fell silent and i let him.

“why, do you not?” i sat up and made direct eye contact, like i was about to scold him for his potentially negative answer.

“no, i do, trust me, i do.” he still wouldn’t look up from his book so i decided to break out my best attention grabbing tactics.

“so, are we in love now, or what?” never breaking eye contact once, he didn’t look away.

my own plan worked against me. now i was the one bamboozled. “wait what?”

“you heard me.” i could not stand this for a second longer so i ripped the book out of his hands and placed it open face down on the sheets next to me, ensuring he wouldn’t lose his place.

his hands now empty, he sat up. “i’m serious. i like you. i really hope you like me too, since things are gonna be weird if you don’t, but if you don’t, it’s fine, you don’t have to.”

“wait, no, i do. i like you too, yeah, i just, i don’t know, i didn’t know if this was like… that kind of thing, what we have. i thought it was more we just stay friends for years and ignore whatever else is happening between us,” i rambled to him and he reached out and grabbed my hand to hold in his.

i nodded, happily, with a stupid big smile on my face, “yeah, yeah, i’d like that a lot, actually. so, what? do we like make out now or something?”

anyway. obey me. belphegor is the youngest brother who has a twin brother (beelzebub) and they're like telepathic its kinda funny. belphie gets stomachaches when beel is hungry and stuff. also they have a song together called 'telepathy' where its just them singing abt each other and its cute.

also the hierarchy of brothers is (iirc) lucifer, mammon, levi, satan, asmo, beel, belphie. they are my silly little guys. belphie's kinda a yandere guy and is my token bpd guy in om! and is basically just ritsu. has the soft voice and everything. he's the avatar of sloth so he sleeps like 27 hours a day beel's just a big teddy bear guy tbh like he may be a lord of hell or whatever but he's literally the most chill of the brothers. and the avatar of gluttony so that guy likes him some food. asmo's lust and can be a perv and also kinda yandere at times and i love that for him. silly little guy. satan is wrath. he was kinda feral in the beginning but he's more normal now. just kinda likes cats and books and dicking with luci bc tbh who doesn't like fucking with lucifer. he deserves it. levi is envy. otaku guy. shut-in gamer who likes anime too much. also licherally one of my highest kins bc he hates himself super hard and tends to think he should just be locked up in his room 24/7 and that no one can ever really like him and like if thats not mecore idk what is (do not read into that too hard). little meow meow guy tho love him. mammon is greed. cares a lot for the mc but is very tsun abt it. silly guy. can be a bit grating on me bc all he seems to care abt is money but he does really care abt his brothers and the main character so like. he gets a pass. luci is pride. i do not like luci.

Confused by the question. If you’re asking what I, myself, am wearing while doodling, probably pajamas tbh. If you’re asking what sort of outfit I like to draw characters in, usually just their canon outfit tbh. But I’m an absolute sucker for RIDICULOUS and FABULOUS blazers and coats for my original characters. ✨✨✨

I wouldn’t say any of them really creepy me out, so I’ll just share my two favorites, which are The Pumpkin Song (mention of a cat + mecore fr) and Hamantha (she’s just impossible to ignore).

No plain water ever again. If I’m really craving WATER, I’ll just drink water with a liiiittle bit of lemon juice or smthn in it to make it *technically* not “just plain water”.

The worst job? For me, personally, definitely a hooker. I’m asexual- I think that speaks for itself. I also just don’t really like touching people in general yk?

I pet that critter until it’s so happy it starts headbutting my hand. I’m gonna pick it up and carry it with me to wherever I need to go. (Unless it’s outside, in which case I will make that critter the BEST, MOST COMFORTABLE little spot to snuggle EVER and I will cuddle them when I return from The Outside.)

Clay! I’m mostly a sculpture artist and clay is super great to work with because of how easy it is to shape. I’m a bit pickey with my clay though- I don’t really like air dry clays or baking clays because of how weirdly rubbery they are. You can’t make slip (equal parts clay and water-basically clay glue) with them and if you’re building a Thing in pieces, it is an absolute NIGHTMARE to try to attach them securely. Low-fire cone 05-06 white clay and mid-high-fire cone 5-6 speckled buff clay bodies are my favorites to work with because of how soft they are- they make really good slip and it’s easy to build in pieces because they attach super easily with just a little bit of scoring, slipping, and pulling. I can get a ton of detail in firing clays that air dry and baking clays just won’t allow. I also generally prefer the look of glaze to paints on my art. I like creating utilitarian items from clay too, so I need glazed stoneware to make them food safe. Like this cool sgraffito plate I made last year!

There’s also a ton of amazing decorating techniques that are possible with firing clays, but not air dry or baking clays. One of my favorites is definitely raku, which is where you fire a piece to bisque, then apply raku glaze (special glaze) and fire that. BUT here’s the important part that makes it raku- you have to fire it at an insanely high temperature (750°C) VERY QUICKLY and take it out of the kiln while it’s red-hot. Then you stick it straight into a metal container of some sort with flammable material in the bottom (shredded newspaper, dried leaves, etc.) and let it catch fire. Then you put the lid on the metal container and let it burn until it runs out of air. Now you can either let it sit in there for a while to cool or you can remove it to let it cool- it doesn’t particularly matter. Firing with this method makes the most INSANE glaze patterns and it’s also so gorgeous omg- Here have some examples:

It’s really pretty and super fun to do because it’s not often that you get to set your art on fire and have it turn gay. I’ve done exactly one raku firing and it was one of the absolute best things I’ve ever done. SO fun.
