iroh bought him a tsungi horn. like, he didn't just buy a tsungi horn for the boat; he said he needed it for music nights, but he still needed someone to play it, right? he goes into his nephew's room, where he's sitting in the corner with his arms crossed. he's one of his moments where he looks exactly like he's meant to (moody)(the normal kind of moody)(like he's a teenager). zuko says he doesn't want to play tsungi horn, and that's not even what iroh was going to ask, but i guess it would be a reasonable assumption if he's been asked more than once. he probably has been asked more than once. he played tsungi horn when he was younger. iroh bought him a tsungi horn. he doesn't want to play it
