I think smt v coulda really been a cool return to form as a Raidou Kuzunoha ARPG successor instead of a really weak SMT Nocturne successor
#smtv#smt#ok ok so hear me out like everything about the designs says to me action rpg with the sentai themed look of the protag#they're so tonkotsu heavy and i mean they have been for a long time but#the limited number of demons wouldn't be so bad bc they would be specialized to help you#i know mainlines are always turn based games but bro#this place hardly had any dungeons let alone a good philosophy#raidou is more detective based but they really could've made talking and investigating things -#between the fake Tokyo and real tokyo#or piece together what happen before instead of having characters monologue at you#idk do something fun but that actually requires them to write and think about it#mikh talks#I'm having a real copium moment but i bought a switch bc of this game only to wait 5 years to be disappointed#made law and chaos adult ocs bc i was annoyed to see it was a high school setting
