- In public, you’re literally so perfect that even marines don’t want to capture you. They’re too dumbfounded that you’re so gorgeous, their brains literally explode, and they become dumb asf just looking at you

- but- you happened to think that they’re staring at you because they think you look weird or ugly

- So you cover up most of the time, all the staring has made you even more self conscious than before. Even when people compliment you, it seemed fake even though they were telling you the truth

- Luffy noticed you got uncomfortable with all the staring so he literally started growling and hissing at them (he’s feral) and acted as your little rubber guard dog

- he didn’t know that they were looking at you because you were pretty, he thought they were admiring how strong and cool you looked

- so before that, he was all proud and showing you off in public

- “Isn’t y/n cool?! Yeah shishishi~ I know!”

- “Literally no one asked.” -random civilian

- luffy beat them up, no one talks smack about his gorgeous, beautiful, awesome y/n

- one day you got the courage to tell Luffy what you’d been feeling, and asked him if he really thought you were as cool and beautiful as he said you were

- “Huh?”

- man was confused. Like what? Are you joking right now? Because it’s not a very funny joke 💀

- “What do you mean?? I thought I told you yesterday that you looked as cool as shanks?”

- luffy that’s not a compliment when it comes to clothes

- but if you’re perceptive enough, you can catch him staring at you wherever, and whenever

- you could be tidying up the submarine, and he just can’t help but stare at you, his work can wait

- his eyes are blessed every time he sees you, I mean- how could you be so perfect? When you turn around to look at him, he’ll look back down at his work at the speed of light, trying to hide his red ears with his hat

- you swore you could’ve seen him staring, but whenever you ask, he just ignores you, “I don’t know what you’re talking about y/n. I’ve been working.”

- “you were staring at me.”

- “No I wasn’t.”

- “Yeah you were!”

- “Yeah because you look pretty in that shirt!”

- a silence echoed throughout the submarine, and both of your cheeks started to turn pink

- “You think I look pretty? Really??”

- man wanted to run away, but he didn’t want to make you feel bad, so he just awkwardly hid behind his hat in a cheap effort to make it seem like he wasn’t turning as red as a tomato

- “Yeah.. You’re pretty.”

- That right there is probably the biggest and most meaningful compliment you’ve ever received

- But still, even with a lot of other people saying you were pretty in public, it still felt like you just didn’t believe them

- all the staring actually made you even more self conscious, were their compliments just fake? They didn’t really mean their words?

- since he was drunk, he swore he could’ve seen wings and a halo on top of your head 😭

OKAY THE KINKY BLUES HAS ME INTRIGUED PLEAAASE HEAR ME OUT ON SUGGESTIONS/BRAINSTORMING/HOPES/DREAMS. alright so it cant be in Temptation, the kink requires its own pocket dimension, first of all. as the biggest fanboygirl of their cycle of dominance and submission im gonna start off with that. a really fun and naturally flowing dom-sub dynamic for them is born in ancient egypt. if set put her aside as his property and tried to experiment with her ka with slowly increasing pressure whilr kisara was like "this kind man who saved me twice feeds me and shelters me who cares if hes tying me down and writing spells on my skin lol" it goes apeshit from there. TWO-this can be from many modern aus with little work, basically an in love blueship that seemlessly slipped into a dom-sub dynamic consciously switching it up a lil. whether that has seto giving orders while tied up on his knees or kisara begging to tie him up would be..that would go BRRRR. anyway okay now you got me started so strap in because this is gonna be a long ramble. so i feel like there’s several points about how i imagine their dynamic that i have to unpack here (putting it under a cut bc length or if ppl are uncomfy with this stuff)

i am unfortunately boring in the way that i’ll ultimately always wanna write Seto as the dominant one just bc of my own personal preferences. BUT that obv doesn’t mean Kisa wouldn’t have a fair amount of control over the situation, both bc a healthy dom/sub dynamic requires it in terms of consent and boundaries ofc, but also bc a) Seto is so extreme in his need for Kisara’s explicit permission to do basically anything to her (even the vanilla stuff) because he’s so painfully precious about her well-being and also constantly plagued by not feeling worthy of her and b) while i think Kisa wants to be dominated i think she also realllly enjoys the control of knowing she’s got Seto wrapped around her little finger and could make him do any depraved thing she wants to her just by looking at him in the right way. so yeah i think they both know who’s really in control behind the scenes lol

i’m also DYING to get into Seto’s inevitable mental struggle to reconcile his thoughts and feelings of “she is a perfect goddess and i’m a mere mortal unworthy of even looking at her let alone touch her” and “i’d die to protect her and if anyone hurts her i’ll fucking kill them” vs his desire to be the one who gets to take this perfect goddess and make her submit to him, kneel before him, own and control and ruin her perfectly (because if there’s one thing we all know about Seto Kaiba is that he’ll make sure the divine yields to him, and not the other way around). I guess the key things there is that he alone is allowed to hurt her and no one else.

On this note i do however think Seto would be so conflicted about physically hurting Kisa, even if she very clearly and explicitly wants him to, because he just struggles with being so overprotective of her and not wanting to see her injured or in pain. but this would also be delicious to write him being all conflicted due to the guilt of causing her pain vs the fact that doing so is super fucking hot and he can’t resist doing it, esp not when she’s literally begging him to. Taking all of his frustrations after a long day out on her more than willing body would be so cathartic and tempting but also associated with so much guilt and worry about getting too into it and going too far.

I also definitely see Kisa as being the more extreme of them, to the point where i can actually see her be just a little bit unhealthily masochistic because she doesn’t really value herself due to past trauma, giving her a self-destructive streak and kinda fucked-up notions along the lines of ultimately being deserving of pain and suffering, that someone hurting her equals caring about her and wanting her, and that the ultimate thing she can do to show someone that she really loves and trusts them is to just offer herself up completely to use and do whatever they want to, which Seto would have to try to handle and mitigate because he’s ultimately not gonna let her use him to actually really hurt herself (and you know it would also break his heart a thousand times over to realise just how little she values and cares about herself due to her fucked up past). But I could also write it kinda funny in that whole “sub suggesting increasingly violent/fucked up things while the dom goes ‘idk that’s scary’” lmao. I think Kisa is a bit annoyed that people (especially Seto) tend to see her as this fragile, porcelain flower and wants to prove that she is perfectly capable of taking a (consensual) beating.

Outside of strictly sexual stuff i can also see Kisa as very much an ‘everyday/domestic acts of service’ kinda sub who just wants to bring Seto his coffee when he’s working and a drink when he comes home from work and make sure to always wash and iron his clothes and put them out before he leaves in the morning, tying his tie before he leaves and untying it when he gets home and cooking and serving his meals for him (which tbh wouldn’t just be about her being submissive but also bc she just wants to make sure he actually takes care of himself with like, eating and taking coffee breaks bc you know that man doesn’t take care of himself if left unchecked). And I think this also ties in with her sense of self-worth being tied to being useful and helping others because she doesn’t really see herself as valuable unto herself, but also maybe acts of service is just kinda her “love language” too. i feel like this is the sort of thing i could maybe include in Temptation bc she’s already pretty much like this there, with to me pretty obvious undertones that her working as Seto’s assistant is definitely triggering a submissive side in her.

Temptation also has the whole thing with Seto secretly enjoying Kisa wearing her KaibaCorp pin while working because it marks her as his for the world to see, and I definitely feel like that’d be a thing for him too. Branding her, either by things like visible bite marks/hickeys that she’s not allowed to cover up or something like a discreet necklace that is actually a collar (although tbf, with the fashion we see in the Yugioh universe, would anyone even blink at a BDSM-style collar? Like Yugi’s already wearing fetish gear as his everyday clothes lmao). I mean, Seto’s already pretty big on putting his branding on literally everything, so Kisa would be no exception (also imagine the ridiculous extravagance and amount of money and care Seto would put into a collar for Kisa).

While I’m not really into the idea of Seto being submissive per se, I do think both he and Kisa could easily have praise kinks because they both crave validation in their own ways and for someone to telling them that they’re doing/being good (Seto wouldn’t admit that though, but if I allow for some submissiveness on his part I think being called a good boy could fix him). But with him as the dom it also totally tracks for him to make Kisa worship him and stroke his ego in that way. On that theme, however, I could also imagine him making her allow him to worship her as a kind of ‘punishment’ bc he knows she has a hard time accepting that but that it’s also something that’s good for her to hear.

Also I can totally see Kisa being a little bratty as a sub sometimes because she likes to talk back to Seto and be deliberately cheeky, disrespectful and provocative (both because she enjoys the control of getting him riled up and because she knows that the more she gets him worked up the more forceful and intense he’ll be about putting her back into place afterwards).

Okay so this turned into a fic-chapter length essay about this topic instead of actually writing the fic (bc *ofc* i’d do that) but please lmk what you think!!! (and hopefully i'll use your ideas + my rambling and turn in into fic eventually)

AGH TY for asking so many!! Im certain ill be able to fill a lot of time with those <333

6. Favourite ships; like i mentioned on your post, for me it really fluctuates what ship is in the front of my mind on any given day. Ofc, hiccstrid is a big one (theyre really good to me personally) and I'm currently also in a big snotstrid mood bc of my friend @spacenintendogs 's dragons off the coast au! (Also p l e a s e if you aren't familiar yet with dragons off the coast im begging you to look into it, its such an interesting take on a modern au and Rose's writing and worldbuilding is absolutely phenomonal). Fishlout also takes up a space in my heart, adore them so much! The dynamic is so good.

Ruffnut and her army of men is also so good, and the dynamics she has with Eret, Fishlegs and Snotlout is really fun and has a lot of potential. Tho i do also think she and Heather have potential. As do Eret and Heather! That whole group can just be mixed and matched together haha. Heather and Fishlegs ofc is also wholesome, they deserved more than this!

Due to me being so involved in the oc side of the fandom and being a really big supporter of everything oc (which is common knowledge after 4 years of this haha), I also love a lot of people's ocxcanon ships! Such as Rose's oc Ermintrude and Snotlout, @nosuda-cringe 's oc Mayeth Vang and Snotlout, and ofc the ships you've hinted and teased in otwd (zephbal save me... save me zephbal. I think about them a. Normal amount. Same with castav but i wouldnt let them save me, they need to save themselves first), plus a lot of others. Theyre all very dear to me <333

10: favourite songs from the soundtrack; OKAY so ive actually got history with this! When i was about 13-16-ish i had music classes as part of my middle school experience (lmao) and we were given the freedom to do any project we wanted. In those 2-3 years i used the httyd soundtrack twice for projects!

First I used Forbidden Friendship (that song man. That song) as like. An underbeat or smt? To add things on. Im sure it sounded horrendous and y'know the other kids in my class laughed at me bc of me using an animated movie's soundtrack, but the song did remain a favourite of mine and still is.

The second time I used the soundtrack was just after the third movie released! We were once again granted freedom and I decided to learn Once There Were Dragons on the piano! (Im not certain i still know it LMAO its been 5 years, this was even before I learned about OTWD which is in hindsight pretty funny)

Ofc once again the kids around me weren't amused and I couldn't play piano to save my life (my hands are too small to reach the octaves needed which. Sucked haha) but i had a lot of fun and the song really stayed with me throughout the years, it always brings me at least some sort of emotion <3

11; favourite locations; OH gotta be Old Berk and Dragon Island. We spend so much time in Old Berk during the shows and the movies and the form of the island is just so... memorable, in a way. In school of dragons, i always loved climbing the Great Hall up to Gothi's little hut haha. Miss that silly little island.

Dragon Island is soooo underused but i adore the implications sm! Like, the Red Death's corpse is there (and we all know how much i love environment changing giants) and we haven't really seen it since RoB/DoB. Underused location in my humble opinion.

Honorable mentions to Berserker Island and the weird treasure island from rtte season 1. They really slayed haha

14; favourite animation style; everyone knows i'm a big hand animation girlie so I have to go for those little moments in the franchise where more 2D animation is implemented (like in Fishlegs' leadership dream and the Boneknapper special). The keyframing and the subtle movements are really worth analysing and i absolutely adore how it's used. A real treat for us animators! (Special mention to the animation that's been going around from the live special, so good)

As for 3d styles, I have to say the first movie. It has a very raw edge which i love and it gives everything a great feeling. Plus, the animation error during forbidden friendship they left in the final cut owns me <333

Here's a little ramble for you to read on your break amor:

I think it'd be fun to play around a little with bondage/shibari if you'd be ok with that.

Like we could start out with practicing tying and untying knots on each other with some soft cord rope, maybe do a few practice positions. Just two boys sitting on the ground, practicing tying knots around each other's waists. If you had a style you wanted to try, I'd happily sit up and let you practice making chain stitches on my midsection while I'd sit there and let you, telling you if it gets too tight or if the cord pinches me. Or you could let me practice adjustable tension wrist restraints on you without ever pinning you down. We could just explore and learn how the knots work and what isn't as fun/easy as it looks. We could also tease each other a little by tightening the cords intentionally or pulling the rope a little too hard to yank the other around...

Eventually we could get a little more bold once we both feel confident and I'd let you do something like Peach Shorts on me, feeling you thread the rope between my legs and tie it around me. The cords tightening around my ass to lift it and make it look more appealing while you can control how they look. That tie takes a while too so you'd have plenty of time to mess with my ass or belly while you worked and practiced. Or I could tie the Star chest harness on you to accentuate your gorgeous chest.

You and Teru have been childhood friends ever since kindergarten

both of you got along VERY WELL as you were also an exorcist

He found out about it when he saw you exorcist a supernatural pretending to be an old lady causing harm around the playground

After he witnessed that he would bug you to come and exorcist

which you gave in obviously

Months turned into years

and you two were in 1st year of high school when you guys fell inlove and became a couple

As he continued to watch, he heard a soft knock on the door "Teru? Come outside, don't coop yourself in your room too much.." He perked up to hear your soft voice, He got up and opened his door and pulled you in hugging you "W-woah hey bud calm down" You softly raked his blonde hair

After you guys went to the near shore to bring back Aoi and Hanako, He and Kou had a massive fight which turned into them slightly giving each other silent treatments. But you know Kou wasn't like that, He even tried to give him snacks and candy but he didn't know how to approach and start a conversation with his older brother. And here we are, a sad lonely Teru watching everyone have fun without him

You sighed "Teru.. You need to go down there and talk with Kou.. Giving each other silent treatment is not the way to go" Convincing him was never easy, he is very stubborn. He dragged you down with him down his bed as he cuddled up to you hiding his face on your neck, making you turn to all kinds of shades of red

You tried to calm yourself down

"Teru"

You were met with silence as you sighed. "I mean, it's both your faults anyway.. You two need to communicate and clear the air, okay?" He wasn't budging "Teru.. Sulking like this won't make Kou come up here and instantly talk with you" He finally looked up, he looked tired. "I understand what I did was.. Selfish and very wrong of me.. But I did it because I wanted to keep him safe"

"Safe by hurting and lying to him?"

Teru groaned as he hid under the covers, You were about to say something but heard another knock on the door, You got up despite Teru saying and begging for you not to go. You opened the door and came face to face with Kou, Holding a plastic bag with a bunch more food

'Why is the younger brother the one persuading the older brother..'

"Hello Kou, are you here to talk with your brother?" You leaned on the door frame as he nodded slowly, You stepped aside signaling that he can come in, Kou let himself in as he eyed his older brother hiding under the sheets

"Do you two want me to give you so space?"

"No" Both Teru and Kou answered at the same time making both go silent, you sighed heavily as you sat down on Teru's swivel chair "I hope you both know that both of you were in the wrong.." Teru sat down on his bed as Kou looked down

"We know.. And Teru-nee.. I'm sorry"

"No Kou, I should be the one who's sorry.."

Without them noticing, you slipped away from the room and quietly closed the door. This conversation needs to be between them and only them, you can't just sit there and akwardly watch them apologize to each other

What seemed like minutes you left his room, Kou finally got Teru to come out and have fun with everyone else

"Well, done sulking I assume president?" Akane jokingly said but Teru zapped him "Teru"

"Oh dear, I didn't see you there [F/N]" He laughed a little as you sighed

Everyone was having a blast having fun, Heck you guys even had a barbecue that wasn't even planned to bring him down

"[F/N], Can you come with me for a moment?" You were about to bite into one of Kous delicious barbecue but stopped "Sure Teru" You got up and walked up to him, He held ypur hand as he brought to a part of his house where no one can hear or see them

After we came back from the near shore it has been akward between us.." You ruffled his hair "Of course love.. He chuckled "Wooww.. Scary.." He held your face up to him with his hand as he stared at your pretty [E/C] Eyes

As if time had stopped, all the background noise became muffled and the only thing that was moving was the both of you

Eren

You know that parent that kinda plays too hard with their kids sometimes? Yeah. Just yeah. He has chipped a tooth helping them climb a tree once, it sucked but made for a very cute picture and has served to be the sweetest little memory for your guys’ kiddo.

When they’re younger he is obsessed with playing with them in their fantasy worlds and going along with their bizarre storylines, and he will most definitely be dressing up along with them. And I’m talking going out to the grocery store with his child in their pirate costume and he’s got that tiny little fairy dress still shoved on over his shirt because this way, he can get stuff done and his baby’s having fun.

He’s just a total dork and has no shame in indulging in his child’s interests and letting loose and being goofy with his kids. Alternatively this does mean he’ll be that parent that comes with the poster boards with your child’s name in stickers and covered in glitter glue at any event your child will be at. Dirty looks from other parents when he shouts for his kid do not bother him, and neither do the glares from his poor baby. Just a happy, passionate lil dad :,)

PS - will also aggressively wrestle your children.

Jean

I love him but he’s such a worry wart no matter if it’s your first or third kid LOL. He has a simple tote bag he’s carried around with him since you two had your kid and it stays on AT ALL TIMES. It’s stocked full of things like bandaids, diapers, unscented lotion, sensory toys, little activities for them in the car, a history of their allergies and medical records, snacks, drinks, that shits gotta be so heavy I swear. And this bag doesn’t leave when your kid gets older either. The items just slowly get replaced with more age appropriate things.

If your kid gets periods, of course he’s gonna be stocked up on supplies. They like to be physically active? A sport? Skateboarding? You name it, he’s got wraps and guards and bandages for anything. He’s obsessed with being prepared. However, as worrisome as he can be your kid would never guess it. The last thing he wants to do is make your kid anxious!! He totally gives off a calm and caring vibe and it isn’t until they’re older, most likely their late teens, that you tease Jean about how worried he always is about them that they learn the truth hehe. He also totally has a picture of the family in his wallet, he’s that guy <3.

Also also, trips to grandmas are his favorite cause there is something so special about seeing his kid and his mom eat cookies together :,,((((.

Connie

Surprisingly so good at discipline. He has a knack for making everything seem fun, which helps them learn self-discipline, routines, and rules; but he’s also very good at reinforcing only appropriate behaviors and replacing “bad” ones with better options.

Bedtime? Oh, you mean dancing with daddy to the bathroom and brushing your teeth together before getting into snuggly clothes and having him tuck you in cause you’re his “little caterpillar”, right right. Clean up time? No, no, it’s actually called seeing who can put the toys away fastest and the winner gets hugs and tickles. Interestingly enough, your kid always manages to win. And as they get older, he slowly fades and fades the dependency on “fun-time” to get things done until they’re doing it themselves.

He definitely does get emotional here and there as they get older once they no longer need his help getting to bed, and it wouldn’t surprise you to walk in on him taking a little nap in their beds if they’re out late or something cause you know, he’s a big ol sap really. And when your kid finally moves out (much to his dismay, saying it’s financially better for them to just stay! They don’t have to pay a single bill, nothing!) he definitely gets a little lap dog to fill the hole. He’ll be okay though I promise <3

Levi

Literally takes everything in him not to spoil your babies I swear. He thought he’d have no problem, but then they’re looking up at him with those big sweet eyes and he just wants to make them happy cause if he was a good dad would he actually ever say no cause then they’d cry and- yeah. He’s immediately looking at you from the side and hoping and praying you’ll step in to help him say no. Once they get older though, all his resolve has washed away. It takes them promptly two “please”s before he’s sighing and bargaining with them.

Thankfully his kid knows how much of a stickler he is and is very very grateful, even gives him a big squeeze as he grumbles. Your kid also goes to him for everything. Not only is he invested in the gossip, but he’s very good at consoling them through everything.

Their first break-up destroys him though. He finds them crying in their room and just brings them a little bowl of fruit and lays with them as they cry and talk, and probably end up falling asleep. And that night, he definitely is torn up talking to you about it and is getting emotional himself because seeing his little baby be sad like that breaks his heart! And don’t get him started on their wedding day. You know the cliche stone cold dad that goes viral on whatever app cause they’re actually crying, yeah need I say more?

Hange

Don’t ask me how, but they have your guys’ kid cooking with them at the age of like three. It’s probably because they’re very good at involving them in whatever they’re doing that the kiddo is interested in, which in this case was cooking. But seriously, they have endless patience and love any opportunity to do something together rather than alone, especially if it’s you or your kid!

This definitely leads to your kid having so much random knowledge and great listening skills, while also being able to talk your ear off if you let them. However, they can get a little too invested in your child’s schoolwork.

There’s been one too many times where you’ve caught them red handed in their office around 2 in the morning, adding the “final touches” to your kids solar system diorama. This also leads to finding both of them in the garage at another ungodly hour doing who knows what when they both have work and school in the morning. Do they enable each other? Oh yes, but do they love each other? Even more <3.

Mikasa

She is so scared at first, she’s not even entirely sure what specifically is scaring her, but she knows she is. It isn’t until your kid calls her “ma” for the first time that she feels like she can do this. Something about the way they looked up at her and were all smiles and giggles and chubby cheeks told her that there was an endless love between them and they were gonna do this together.

She’s very much attached to the hip with the kiddo! Her favorite is going on walks together, all the way from when they’re in a stroller to when they’re home visiting and just wanna take a brisk walk and talk. Your guys’ kid was also obsessed with dangling from mikasa’s upper arm with their feet in the air and seeing how long they could hold on. They did this up until they were about 12 I swear, one of her biggest motivators to stay fit for real LOL.

Her lock screen also changes monthly with new pics of the three of you together or just your baby :(.

Sasha

PTA mom but like a really cute one. She just loves being involved in your kids life and what a better way to do that then be in the PTA! Always the go to chaperone for any field trip and all the kids want to be in her group cause she’s so fun. One time though on the bus ride back from a field trip some other kid managed to sit next to her and your baby was glaring the whole time, making it clear she was their mom.

Her favorite little outing to do with your kid was going to the zoo for the longest time, just to hear your baby try to say all the animal names and make the noises and get so close, too. Your baby had an obsession with the aquarium for a short while so Sasha even went the extra mile to have an aquatic themed birthday party and made little “fins” (hats) for all the kids to wear, and a starfish cake :(((. That’s one thing about Sasha as a parent, she will always go the extra mile and above and beyond to make your kid happy. Even if that means no sleep so she can prep for a 5 year olds birthday party.

And when your child finally moved out, she gave them a chest full of little memorabilia she kept for them as they grew. Along with a journal she wrote in as they grew up just talking about all the happy times she had with them and her favorite memories; there’s even a little love story about how she met you in there and her tips for your baby to find true love, too <3.

Annie

She’s definitely an extremely devoted parent. It doesn’t matter how busy she is, she will always set aside time to be with your kids. If she were ever unable to attend something with your kid, she’d definitely beat herself up over it and do any alternative she could to remind them how important they are to her, even if they aren’t personally upset about it. She’s very adamant on your child understanding their worth and that they are special as they are, and that they deserve to be loved and appreciated.

She’s definitely one of the parents who will be so so accepting of her kids s/o but will constantly be deciding to herself if they truly deserve them, they’re her baby so of course she’s protective :(. Also the type of mama to need to know everything about the friend and their house before she lets her kid go over and hang out LOL. Sometimes it’s a friend she’s met before too and she’ll be like hmm… I don’t remember but I believe you.

She’s also done a very good job at creating an “open door policy” about any topic her kid wants to talk to her about. Questions about school, sex, relationships, math, all of it.

All in all, definitely on the stricter side but loves a WHOLE lot.

Bertholdt

I don’t know a better word to describe him other than invested, like seriously. He’s invested in the process, the practice, the everything! Every one of your child’s interests he is sure to learn about so he can talk about it with them and even ask them questions! He’s so good at making them happy and excited about their own interests I swear to god. He makes sure to remember their classes and friends names, any kind of after school activity or outing on the weekends. Any show, game, etc. he is there, even if it would mean he had to tell his boss to fuck off cause he had somewhere to be. They need him to pick them up like right now? He’s speeding and on his way. He never forgets anything and it makes him a truly special parent, and it does such a good job at making them feel valued.

He also love love loves traditions. Some simple things like always eating dinner together and talking about your day if your kids home, showing him they completed their homework, taking them to school on their first day etc. But he also has some more nuanced ones that could change depending on their interests, like trying to read a book once a month and telling each other about it. Or maybe going mushroom hunting or birdwatching every other weekend, just silly stuff like that! But his favorite tradition was one your kid created, partly by accident in middle school.

It was a Friday night and your kid came home earlier than expected when they were supposed to be watching a movie with a couple of friends. Of course, he was a little curious and concerned, especially when they gave you both a look and mumbled something about how nothing happened they were just tired and went straight to their room. A few moments later they came down and asked if he wanted McDonalds, so of course he said yes and took the opportunity to take them with him in case they wanted to talk. Next thing he knows, they both have a large fry and a McFlurry and he’s getting all the gossip about how movie night was canceled because of some drama. So now, whenever your kid needs to vent or has some good ol gossip, they’ll ask if he wants some McDonald’s and they’ll take a little drive and catch up.

OKAY THAT’S ALL ABOUT BERTY I LOVE HIM <333

Reiner

Okay no, he has no will power. NONE what so ever I’m so so sorry. I hope you’re ready to remind him to say no! He tries hard so we’ll give him that, but when it comes down to it your baby can really get whatever they want out of him LOL. His pockets be hurting between his desire to spoil you and his baby, but he makes it work.

On another note, his favorite thing ever was when your kid was younger and they would absolutely sprint to see him and run and jump into his arms once they got out of school. He’d always be sure to have a little treat for them too and listen to them ramble about their day and all the fun things they learned. He’s definitely a happy listener, and sometimes he would get emotional as your kid got older when he’d think about how one day, he won’t have this to look forward to almost every day. He pushes through it though it’s okay I swear :(! He also has a necklace he has worn since the dawn of time that has their initial on it, as well as yours, and he gets a new chain periodically to make sure it never breaks.

He also LOVES cooking breakfast for you both on Sunday mornings, doesn’t matter how early or late he gets so eager to do it! He also loves bringing you both the plate in bed with a little kiss on the forehead before he makes his own plate and eats with a little smile on his face like :3 he’s a giant sweetheart truly.

You’re both his whole world and he wouldn’t know what to do without either of you. And he makes sure you both know that always <333.

Zeke

He would kill for your kid and I don’t mean that lightly LMAO. He’s the type to have to use every ounce of will power in him to not push that little ass off the swing when you’re kid asked so nicely for their turn and that little brat isn’t sharing. This also goes for parents too. If you need to talk to the principal or teacher about anything that your kid might’ve done and it involves another kid he is not opposed to bold face asking what the other kid did cause he knows damn well his baby wouldn’t act out of line for no reason. Especially when they know their dad is crazy and will come to the school guns a-blazing, they know better than to act up. And so far he hasn’t been wrong.

He also is very into anything your kid tells him and is super animated, never remembers their friends names though, that’s his classic dad toxic trait. He’ll be gasping in surprise and looking at you like it’s all crazy, and then follow it up with a, “who’s Aiden again?”

He’s very handy and has built your kid so ?? Many?? Things?? Once built them a whole themed bed frame for their 13th birthday and he’s been trying to outdo himself since. Cries at every Father’s Day card he gets and denies it literally every time. Definitely a chaotic dad and all your kids’ friends love him but are also terrified of him, they can’t explain it.

The only other goofy ass thing he does is try to catch your kids in a lie like once every year, he’ll go up and say something stupid like, I heard you leaving last night, you don’t have to lie it’s okay you can tell me. Or, your teacher called me yesterday, any idea why that would be? It never works but that just means to him they’re absolutely perfect.

A dumbass but I love him.

he went to take a look at ur consts to see if they were worth the rng suffering and, lo-and-behold,

so now he’s using all his saved primos for u to try and get ur c6 const, along with making ur weapon r5 :’)

his chat gets a free view of him internally suffering when the gold light doesn’t come, and his external suffering when he loses the 50/50

in the end, he decided to whale for u <33

after nearly an hour, he has u to c6 and ur weapon to r5 ;-;

now all he’s been doing the whole stream is running around with u in open world, doing his daily farming, doing more domain and boss runs, exploring the new region (dragonspine) + ur story quest

I'll ask a question! Don't know if its a good one though :)

Do you think Dagur and Mala would have only one child, or multiple? And would they have a girl or a boy? Also has Siri ever interacted much with Mala?

OH thats certainly a great question!! I personally think Dagur and Mala would only have one child. They're both very busy people and y'know,,, taking care of a child is hard work, even more so for two chieftains ruling two different islands. I do think Dagur would’ve wanted more, but maybe it was just never in the cards for them.

Plus, having one kid would add some extra drama with the question on inheritance of thrones. @otwdfanfic has this covered really well in Once There Were Dragons and it has been so interesting to read, so that fact also really helps with me thinking they'd only have one kid.

In Promises, Promises (the ten chapter fic I wrote last year) I used @beebooca 's oc Rune as Mala and Dagur’s only child!! It was really fun to play around with and I'm still really proud of the end result of that fic.

I think Mala and Dagur would have a boy, personally. Don't know why, maybe bc of all the ocs I've seen that are sons of Mala and Dagur (theyre all great!!) but I think they’d have a son! Girl dad Dagur would be really fun too tho.

As for if Siri has interacted much with Mala! They've certainly met!! After she and Gustav got married, they had their honeymoon on Berserker Island, where in their down time Siri got acquainted with Mala. They don't exactly have a lot in common, but I think they'd appreciate each other's fields of expertise.

After the storm that made them lose sight of baby Nivvie, gussiri actually crashed on Berserker Island again, where they stayed until Siri got some of her strength back and they could fly home. That period was mostly a daze to Siri, and afterwards, all she could remember were coming close to stealing Fanghook to go and search for her missing baby on the ocean, and the severe panic that haunted her during her entire stay on the Island. However, somewhere, vaguely, she could also remember Mala being kind to her and giving her some wise words to help her get through that dark period in her life.

In the years after, the two always remained kind to each other and whenever the Berserkers visited New Berk or gussiri and their daughter, little Sunniva, visited Berserker Island/Caldera Cay, Siri always made sure to say hi and bring a little present to Mala.

-Pyro actually loves this a lot! The first time you actually saw them with their mask off was because they were stealing some of the bread you baked that night

-walking into Pyro with his mask off was scary but you found it sweet because he only took it off to eat your food!

-from that day on pyro and you became so much closer! You started to bake him all sorts of things. Cookies, cake, pastries and his all time fav, brownies!

-You would slide (If it could fit) some of the pastries down the crack of their door so they can eat peacefully without anyone seeing his face

-You would always leave sweet notes for them, after burning people alive for such a long time he’d be comforted by a unicorn cupcake and a note praising him

-“good job, buddy! You’re doing great <3” Love, Y/N

-“burned this one but I hope it’s okay! Ran out of sprinkles too :(( sorry” Hopefully you like it! -Y/N

-“You’re always welcomed to bake with me, pryo. It gets a little lonely by myself!” I hope to see you! -Y/N

-the other mercs would make fun of it but would stop once pryo gives a stern “mmphr mphrhm!!!” Threatening to burn them alive

-Working exhaustively on a new cupcake recipe you’re startled by Pryo’s figure staring at you from behind quietly. He loves just to watch you

-You ask him if he wants to work on a new recipe and he complies SO QUICKLY!!!!

-He messes up, he doesn’t know how to cut, and he burned everything but you cheered him on. You gave him some pointers too

-You held their hands, guiding them to mix things properly and you swore you felt his suit get hotter.

-“are you okay, Pyro?” You say holding them from the back, both of your hands mixing the batter. “*Muddr mydda…”they say back through the mask (*I’m fine…). “If you say so” Y/N says as they rest their head on his shoulder.

-5 hours later both created 10 burnt cupcakes for the mercs with messily made fondant unicorns on top. The flavor was cotton candy and the sprinkles were all multicolored, you painted some edible glitter on them and you both called it a day

-Your face was dirty, Pyro’s suit was sticky cus of all the batter and you both laughed at it. You hugged them at the end and reminded them that you both should do this again!

-While you clean up the kitchen, pryo grabs your shoulders and adjusts your body to be making front contact with him

-He gives you a small peck on the forehead with his mask still on but then takes it off to give you a real big one on your cheek without saying anything else.

-You watched his flustered, red face disappear in the black mask but you knew he was smiling the entire time.

-After cleaning the entire kitchen you both meet up with the mercs to give them their cupcake’s!

-After everyone’s reviews of the baked goods you both would walk to your respective rooms and say goodnight, excited for another day of baking <3

Your nights were often tiring; the city never seemed to rest. Often, you'd crash into sleep with your clothes on, exhaustion laying it's hands over you ever so gently until the morning came again. But tonight was different. Tonight you were spiraling, sleep evading you as fear began to slip into it's place. The note on your door had ruined the night for you; even now as it sat crushed in your hand as you stood out in the cold air.

Your place is here, it said. Signed Mori Ogai.

The bastard wanted you back.

He wanted you back as the machine he'd made you into when he'd plucked you off the streets so long ago, the perfect assassin who could fight, kill, and destroy with unparalleled skill. He wanted the child so desperate for any morsel of affection that they would sit at his heel and beg like a dog; someone so pliant and broken that they'd never question an order if it meant his satisfaction.

He wanted you back; and he wanted you beaten for him once again.

So now you stood, at the place where your life had split. You had left the warm safety of your home, the dark comfort of your bedroom and the soft breathing of the man you loved beside you. Before the complex you stood your ground, holding you own as you saw his shadow appear behind the doors. You felt yourself prickle with terrible anticipation as his mouth curled into a grim smirk, eyes lazy as only one who knows they've won can be.

You would show him what exactly he'd won from you.

"Thought I told you to stay away from me." Your voice was hard and cold, your face the same way; Mori's eyes rose ever so slightly. It would seem you had grown up.

"Well," he chided, "that's no way to talk to the man who was practically your father all those years."

"Save it, Mori." Once again, your voice was steady and sure, supported by your rising anger. "You grabbed me by the scruff of my neck out of an alley way; you built me and made me someone I never want to see again. So don't you dare pretend like whatever twisted relationship we had was anything close to love. Don't you dare pretend like you cared about me."

"Of course I cared," he fired back. His face was still so smugly calm it made you want to scream. "You think I would've invested all that time into you if I didn't care? No, I took a terrified child and made you incredible. You could have the Mafia, this city, in the palm of your hand if you'd only see your potentia; you were meant to be this way."

"What, they way you did? I don't think you understand what you did to me. You thought you helped me? That you were loving me somehow? Mori, I was terrified of you! Every day I was teriffied that if I messed up you'd leave me behind and I'd be alone again. I became a killer for you. I never wanted this; I did it because of you."

"Because I made you more than an orphan. I gave you a place in the world and-"

"Dammit Mori, you aren't my father!" Your eyes stung with tears, face hot and body tight as your words hit Mori like a slap to the face. "I made my choice. I have no ties to you anymore. And I never will again."

He was quiet.

Deadly quiet

Unnervingly quiet.

And then he laughed.

Nothing much, just a small chuckle.

Still, the sound sent horror through your very bones.

"How little you know, y/n." Now he was having fun; you could see it in him, the way he began to circle you every so slowly, his eyes those of a child who knows something you don't. "Haven't you figured it out yet? Why I'm so adamant you return to us? Hm? There are a million assassins, a million people who can take order better; but there is no one like you. And do you want to know why?" he asked, advancing towards you until he was mere inches away.

"It's because from the day you were born, from the day I thought up that story for you, you've been the heir to the Port Mafia.

My heir.

My child."

For another second, all was hushed and low; the night breathing through the city falling away from you as his words sunk in.

His child.

Mori's child.

Mori was your father.

And suddenly, it a moment of horrible clarity, it all made sense. The dodged questions you'd learned not to ask, the fleeting words of affection, small touches that you'd hold to yourself in all their humming livelihood.

"You see now," he murmured, brushing a hand against your cheek, "this is your place. The past is done and gone; and this rebellion of yours can be too if you'll only accept this chance."

No. You couldn't. Never in a million years could you return to his side; you couldn't be his little pet anymore.

"I have a life here," you replied, your voice becoming small against your will. "I protect the people of this city; I have people I care about and someone I love."

"Yes, the traitor," Mori stiffened at the mere mention of his former protege. "Of course, you have a life here. And I couldn't just let this secret stay between us; I'd say he deserves more than that.

Wouldn't you, Dazai?"

It was as though there was no winning for you tonight. You didn't need to turn around to know he was there; you knew it would hurt you see the look on his face. Even so, you met his eyes, so full of disbelief and...fear.

He was afraid.

"Well, my dear, it seems I've won." Mori's arms were around you, making your skin crawl with revulsion and bile rise in your throat. "It was a game well played. but one meant for you to lose. Now come home."

With Dazai's eyes staring right through you, you could see yourself loosing him; you could see the pain in him, the heartbroken expression in his dark eyes; it broke you anew and sent you scattered along the pavement.

"There is no home for me."

Tearing his arms away from you, you tore off into the dark; in moments, you were aware of your screaming muscles, the cold air hitting your tear stained face. You felt your chest cry out with need for rest, your body carrying itself away from everything. You had no idea where you were going.

It didn't matter.

It didn't matter where you went because no one was going to look for you; the mafia was always an enemy. Now, it was only a matter of time before the Agency came for you too.

So you ran until your being ached and screamed for reprieve, climbed fire escapes and let yourself dangle before pulling yourself back to some semblance of safety. You sent yourself crashing to the ground, and then staggered to a stop upon a rooftop, bruised and battered by the night. And you watched the sky, curled into yourself as if maybe you could protect yourself from the world this time. You became a child again, the darkness swelling and clothing you as you shuddered with fear.

You were unaware of the man who had followed you.

You registered nothing as he came towards you.

The only sound was the slightest breath as you met his eyes; dark and familiar and unbearably lovely;

eyes that felt like safety.

"Why are you here," you murmured. "I'm not safe anymore, or haven't you heard."

"Why wouldn't I come? I was worried about you."

You laughed shortly, making even Dazai wince at the sound before you once again shrank back into yourself like a wounded animal. "No; you're afraid of me. You and I both know the things Mori does to get what he wants; we were both subjected to that hell every day before we got out. And we were good at it too; you and were the best at what we did like it or not. And now he wants me back; his fucking kid, Dazai." You sighed and rubbed your eyes, refusing to look at him. "Get on with it."

You were expecting a harsh word, a quick and easy fight that left you beaten once again. You were expecting him to sever the ties he had with you, the countless nights and endless days spent in the glow of new love. You expected the man who had become your father that night to take his place, for the places now so full of adoration and joy to once again spill over with your every great terror.

Instead, you felt his hand against your face; you felt him pull you in until his arms were around you trembling body, his hand resting atop your head as you melted into him. Against your will you felt your body fall into rhythm with his breathing, your own slowing as your thoughts began to dissipate.

"I'm going to miss this," you whispered.

"Hmm?"

"The only time my head is quiet is when I'm with you."w You shook a little as you trailed off. "I'll find some other way to-"

"Y/n, stop." This time, his voice was firm, not unkind, but it made you flinch away nonetheless. "I'm sorry," he said quietly. "I didn't mean- I didn't mean to scare you. But I'm not leaving you; no one is."

You breath hitched again; your head was going a thousand miles an hour, your vision spinning with the weight of all that had happened. You shook your head, "you can't trust me anymore."

"How about," he smiled, tilting your head up, "you let me decide who I can trust. I know you, y/n. I've known and loved you for so long that I can't remember a life without you; and that doesn't change with Mori. You don't need our help; you don't need mine. You're incredible and strong and you fight for every day like it might be the last; but you don't have to do it alone anymore. You've never been alone y/n, never.

I'm on your side no matter what; even when you don't need me."

The morning that came over the skyline of the city was anything but perfect; you were cold and bruised and hurting; both of your souls felt as though they had been torn apart again; and yet you felt nothing if not safe. For once, you felt yourself go still in arms that held you with a softness that made the darkest places in you spill over with light.

The words of your reply were the first steps to healing;

"I think I'll always need you. And I'll love you for even longer."
