what the hell am i supposed to do with this thing tbh. i can’t keep training it upwards bc it’s already as tall as me if i took it off the crate. the four foot stakes i put in there when i repotted it last summer aren’t doing shit anymore. all the new growth is shoved in this corner by the plant light. can’t you just be beautiful without me doing anything to you

#i need to fertilize all my plants. once again ANOTHER SUMMER where i didn’t repot a single thing #last year i only did this monstera but it was a huge project lmao. i had to have people come over to help me #all my poor plants mouldering in their ancient dirt with no fertilizer. amazing they haven’t all died #this monstera within the past year has had some brand new sprouts from the soil which really shocked me bc i didn’t know they could do that #but they drop the bottom leaves as soon as they push out a new one. which certainly means SOMETHING #i keep thinking i should cut back the top; root in water; then plant in the same pot to make it look more lush #anyway. someone come over and help me fix my plants #photo record #chatpost
