Linda is one of Circe's top people to spar with. With Linda's perspective and insight, Circe can practice different tactics and maneuvers to use on bigger opponents on the battlefield. She trusts Linda's guidance and support and offers the same when needed.

Circe first met Linda off the field while on a UNSC ship. With Linda being so still and quiet Circe thought that the Mjolnir was empty, so she may have stared a bit too long out of curiosity. Needless to say, she was a tad embarrassed when she realized that the suit was in use.
