Okay first of all I won't reveal too much info about myself but to start off, I'm 23, male, junior lead in my job(game industry), funny, average looking guy, and a gamer ofcourse, now what I need advice is with a colleague of mine, i told you guys about my job position because the girl i like is under my team, i know that may sound weird but yes, this is like an employer trying to date his employee. The thing about me is that I'm great at working professionally, but as for dating.. not that much, havent had a serious relationship for an eternity now or in other words ive been single since the beginning of my life lol, off to the prob, first about the girl, she's 23, fresh grad, first work, broke up with her BF 3 years ago, a bully somewhat, cute, average girl. So basically i started training the said girl and at first it was all great, i was happy just teaching her how the work is done up to the point were she can work on her own without my guidance, her training with me lasted for 3 months and after that I felt a weird feeling, like im beginning to miss her endless questions, her jokes everything, so I did what my heart was telling me, I tried flirting her, making her laugh, sitting besides her at work if i can(during this time i wasnt promoted yet so i dont have my own desk yer) and after sometime, a lot of my other colleague started noticing this, and then a lot of gossip flew around the office up to the point were everyone seems to be pushing me to go and get her, so i did, i gave in, told her to go with me cause i wanted to buy a new shirt, she said yes and it was actually a suprise date. So anyway I dated her and told her I like her and wanted to know her better, she responded and said okay and warned me that she isnt ready for a relationship yet but she's open to be courted (that may sound old fashioned but here in our country we still believe in courting), now before you tell me that that answer from her is already a red flag, hear me out, im not dense, i know for a fact that that answer already means or may mean she's not interested but i didnt want to give up yet. So after that date we began texting and chatting, even play overwatch with her once in a while(it was one way of us bonding) and yes she's a gamer too, couldnt really plan dates since our work schedules was really off(her day offs would be my work days vice versa) but i still tried planning some if we both have the time. Moving forward, this lasted for like a week or so and after that the communication started to die, she wouldnt respond to any of my text or chat anymore, actually she will if its work related, like if I texted her hows her day off, she wouldnt reply at all, but i tested her out and sent another text saying, go check your email, i have sent you your assignment and she'll reply immediately, ill be able to text her from there but after a few replies she'll stop responding. I asked her if she's busy or something, she told me she isn't into texting too much(dont buy that though, see her often times texting with her friends), that she has a badminton training, she's with her ladyfriends, she's playing LOL, she left her phone, now I know you can see the pattern here, she has so many goddamn reasons >.
