Continuing my owl house dubs saga I FUCKING LOVE THE LATIN AMERICAN VERSION OF THE PRISON CELL SCENE IN ANY SPORT IN A STORM???? IT'S SO GOOD MAN. Skara sounds properly enraged, Gus sounds so genuinely hurt (his VA isn't my fav but he really kills it here) and while it might just be my imagination I think Patricio Lago gives Hunter a small thread of like. Uncertainty in his voice?? During this scene? Not much but just enough that it tells you he's confused and hurt by his friends reactions underneath all the bravado and brainwashed obliviousness. And ofc Willow (who's VA also isn't my fav, like Gus) is so so good in this scene. She's just heart broken that she messed up so bad. She wanted so badly for this to go well, and she feels like she's messed everything up. She's just half a witch Willow.

GOD, anyway, I am loving these other dubs this is so fun

#ramblings of a lunatic #this isn't particularly analytical so I'm not gonna maintag it #JUST KNOW that i am continuing my slowly watching toh in different dubs saga #idk i gotta knuckle down and get the last of my art exam prep done this week so i probably won't watch as many eps #also I'm just feeling a bit better this week which means i dont need mindless comfort media to soothe me lol #but like. idk I'll probably get back to my plot rewatch (in which i very very slowly watch clouds on the horizon through to ftf)#(i took a break to slowly rewatch asias. as in i watched it bit by bit over the course of multiple days. its been fun!)#but also it's not really that big a deal I'm just juggling ideas in the air
