fuck passively sitting still, i wanna learn contortion
#this isn't exactly a sudden whim btw!#i actually got really flexible during lockdown period learning all sorts of things like#cartwheels#splits#handstands (can only hold myself for a second or so without support)#(managed walkovers a few times but for some reason that was a really scary thing for me)#aaand backbends#with the support of a wall i could easily manage to place my feet almost flat on my head with my chest on the ground#(tip: um do not do that shit on a hard floor cuz that it fucking hurts place smth soft underneath)#but then i stopped doing it and i can't even do a full split anymore#but im still young and i wanna regain my abilities and then some#soooo yeah...#mithi's own#musings from thy truly#contortion#gymnastics#flexibility#exercise
