you've always been secured about your relationship but with the way matsun was acting, you weren't so sure any more. how can you, when he doesn't even bother hiding the fact that he was avoiding you?

You weren't a possessive girlfriend nor were you a crazy psycho bitch who would glare at every girl who would get close to your boyfriend.

No, you were understanding. In fact, you were too understanding to the point that you refuse to confront your boyfriend despite several days of not eating lunch with you, only to find him having lunch with another girl just behind the school's gym.

Despite the countless doubts swimming inside your head, you forced yourself to be positive, to think that the interaction was only between two friends who would eat lunch together.

Eating lunches with your friends was pretty normal anyway, right? Everybody does it and so can Mattsun.

Throughout the whole day, your attention in class was at its lowest point. You were too distracted that one of your teachers even pointed it out, telling the whole room that you were somewhere up in space.

"Y/n-chan! You okay?" Oikawa asked as he came out of nowhere, his bag carelessly dangling on his side as he held a volleyball with his hand.

"Mhm, just not in the mood," you answered with a small smile.

Suddenly, Oikawa put an arm over your shoulder and leaned down beside your ear. "It's about Mattsun, isn't it? It's written all over your face, y/n-chan."

You didn't have the energy to deny so you only gave him a nod before sliding his arm off your shoulder dismissively. "It's just that he's been too busy lately. I mean, I'm not trying to eat up all his attention but I can't help but feel lonely, you know? He's my boyfriend yet he spends his time more with that girl from his class."

"Ooh, is our dear y/n-chan jealous?" he teased, poking your side which eventually made you gasp.

"So what if I am? I'm still his girlfriend," you said, crossing your arms over your chest.

As the two of you continued gossiping with random stuff that happened throughout your day, you both decided to get some icecream since it had almost been a week since you and oikawa catch up.

However, the moment you entered, the first person you saw was none other than your boyfriend who claimed that he was going to go home early because of some emergency. A chocolate icecream was placed on top of his table along with a strawberry one that obviously belonged to the person he was sitting with.

Mattsun's lips parted, looking like a deer suddenly caught in headlights, and the moment your feet moved to run away from the store, Matsukawa instantly stood up to chase you.

You only managed to run a few distance away from the icecream shop when a hand suddenly clasped around your wrist. You struggled against his hold, trying to take your hand back as the tears started streaming down your cheeks. "Let me go, Issei!"

"Love, please. Listen to me. It's a misunderstanding, okay? I wasn't-"

"Shut up, I don't wanna hear any of your excuses," you spat at him and forcefully pulled your wrist back, successfully this time. "I'm going home."

"I know you're mad and you probably want your space but, love, at least let me walk you home. You know how much I don't like the idea of you walking down the streets alone." Matsukawa looked at you with pleading eyes, his hand clenching and unclenching on his side at the fear of losing you.

You stared at his hand for a few moments before finally muttering a low "Fine."

The two of you walked quietly, a small distance between the both of you which you knew Matsukawa obviously hated. Everytime he would try to reach for your hand, you would take it away and pretend as if you were sctraching something or playing with the ends of your hair.

It was 10 minutes during your walk when he finally had enough of the looming silence. Without saying anything, he slid an arm over your waist and pulled you to him. "I wasn't cheating on you if that's what you're thinking," he immediately said as soon as you were wrapped around his arms.

You felt yourself relax a little upon hearing that but still, you were hurt by how cold he treated you. "Then why?" you asked, voice almost cracking as you held yourself back from crying, your hand fisting the back of his jacket tightly as if you didn't want to let go.

"I guess I really have to ruin the plan," Matsukawa muttered with a sigh. "She's actually my cousin and I asked for help since your birthday is coming up. I... don't know how to choose something a girl would like."

Oh no.

He didn't cheated on you. He wanted to buy you a gift.

And you ruined it.

On top of that, you basically accused your boyfriend of cheating on you when he only wanted to make you happy.

As if sensing the way your body suddenly became stiff, Matsukawa unwrapped his arms from around you. "Hey, love, it's okay. I understand where you were coming from."

You shook your head no and looked up at him with trembling lips. "It's not okay, Issei. I'm sorry. I just thought that I was going to lose you and I-"

You were silenced by the feeling of Matsukawa's lips on yours, his hand making it's way to your nape in order to guide you. At the feel of his lips moving against yours, your eyes fluttered close, savoring the feeling.

As he pulled away, he rested his forehead against yours, lips still hovering over your own as you both panted for air. "Fuck, I missed you," he whispered before giving your lips another peck. "It was my fault for acting cold towards you but please, the next time you feel insecure and need reassurance, please talk to me about it."

You nodded in response, still caught up with the kiss you both shared. With your arms still wrapped around his neck, fingers playing with the tips of his hair, you opened your eyes to stare at him. "I love you."

"And I love you too." Matsukawa pulled away and gently pat your hair down, chuckling at how it was slightly disheveled. "Sleep at my place tonight. Let's watch some shitty movies you love watching. It's weekend tomorrow anyway."

Smiling at him, you took his hand and interlocked your fingers together before answering, "I'd never say no to that."

danny phantom episode 4-7 Thoughts: (under a readmore because, these got kinda long!)

-the outfit danny had to buy for dash's party. CLASSIC 2000S i cannot stop laughing. And also showing up to the party and everyone is dressed like the trio is hilarious. and further proof that everyone looks good dressed goth.

-dash has a closet full of cute lil bear plushies?? LOVE that. adorable. also his response to danny trashing his room fighting a ghost was SO valid if somone BROKE MY BED IN HALF ID BE PISSED TOO.

-technus being like 'oh smart, u should be a tutor!' then later being like 'forget tutor, be a teacher!' :) supportive king <3 I also really like his upgraded suit/design. AND SPOCK CAMEO??? HELLO??

-the music in this show is super. its so funky. I looked it up and the guy who does it, guy moon (awesome name) also did music for other cartoons like fairly odd parents, barnyard, chalkzone, billy & mandy, AND some actual movies like FIGHT CLUB??? the whiplash I got from reading that)

-sam being rich explains a lot about her, actually.

How would the TF2 mercs react to having an s/o who is shy?

Heavy:

Oh god… They are too cute. Too cute for their own good.

Heavy makes sure that he talks nice and slow, giving reassuring looks and smiling occasionally.

Whenever the S/O fumbles with something in their hand or stumbles on their words Heavy just melts and smiles, patting their back or picks up whatever they dropped.

If the S/O is ever expected to do something on the spot, Heavy quietly whispers encouragements and maybe a thumbs up.

Heavy is 110% gentle and understanding. He is his S/O’s #1 fan.

If the S/O meets someone new, Heavy will do most of the talking but will also push his S/O to speak up more.

Heavy helps his S/O to open up more, sometimes pushing them a little too much. He only wants them to show their true potential that he knows they have.

But will never push them into a panic attack or have them in an overstimulating setting.

If he senses that his S/O is uncomfortable in a situation he will shut that down immediately.

Pretty much always has his strong arms around his S/O’s shoulders and waist.

Cute. But too introverted he thinks.

He was afraid that he scared his S/O before they got together, but once he found out that it was only shyness, he was relieved.

He loves his S/O dearly and will brag about them. (Idk guys, I just think Medic is a goofy and a tad crazy. I mean, have you read the comics? He’s a mad scientist, emphasize on mad.)

Will absolutely put his S/O on the spot he knew they could handle. It’ll start in front of a small crowd and once his S/O becomes more and more confident he’ll have them in front of bigger crowds.

Medic especially loves how his S/O blushes over everything. His heart just about bursts from his chest.

Hearing them giggle ever so softly makes him want to hug them and kiss them all over their face.

He is so proud whenever his S/O speaks up without him pushing them to.

He wraps an arm tightly around their waist in crowds or parties, making sure they know he’s there.

When he sees physical signs of discomfort he is by their side in a blink of an eye.

If it’s just a single person bothering them, Medic becomes a bit possessive and is all over his S/O to make the sorry loser back off.

Scout:

At first, he just thinks they don’t like him, or that they’re playing hard to get.

He and his S/O are just about polar opposites and everyone sees it. But, not him. (He probably doesn’t even know what that means)

He just adores his S/O, often translating what they’re saying if they whisper too quietly.

He’ll use some really corny pickup lines just to hear then giggle and possibly snort.

Scout will do just about anything for his S/O so they don’t have to overwork themselves, but will gladly encourage them to speak out a bit more.

If anyone gives the S/O any trouble or makes them nervous, Scout in there in a flash to defend them.

The S/O has no worries when they’re around Scout, he talks enough for the both of them.

And hell, Scout could practically read their mind and take words right out of their mouth.

Sometimes his S/O will never have to talk, Scout just doesn’t shut up.

And if people start saying things like “I’m sure S/O could have said that themselves.” or “Why don’t you give your S/O a chance to talk?” Scout will roll his eyes and take a step back for his S/O to speak.

But they don’t.

They stumbler over their words and their face grows red with embarrassment, apologizing over and over again and explaining that they’re just very shy.

Scout’s face contorts into a smug smile as he steps by his S/O’s side again, giving them a small peck on the cheek.

It’s never a dull moment with Scout, that’s for sure.

Sniper:

Sniper is a bit awkward himself, so it took awhile for him to figure out that someone had a crush on him.

Sniper and his S/O would spend quiet evenings in his camper, lounging around.

Neither of them likes talking to people that much, which is great.

They’ll take drives around Australia just to explore and have a change of scenery every once in awhile.

They are very comfortable with each other, Sniper would prefer to be with his S/O than to be alone. Which is a huge deal to him.

If they’re ever in huge crowds or at the base, they’ll be right next to each other at all times. Just chatting away or getting stuff done.

Sniper is a bit more talkative than his S/O, but he doesn’t mind. He’ll answer questions for them, but will happily sit back and have his S/O talk as well if they’d like.

The two of them don’t stay with a lot of people for long, Sniper gets overstimulated or annoyed and his S/O gets rather uncomfortable and antsy.

However, after awhile they both realize that sometimes you have to step into the spotlight on your own. Together they help each other little by little to embrace people.

Spy:

He’s had shy lovers for sure, but not THIS shy.

But god damn, they’re cute. He’s just gotta crack their shell.

At first, he slyly got around their shy barrier just to figure out who they really are, and he liked what he saw.

Spy would subtly have his S/O speak for themselves, it’d be so casual that nobody would even think that his S/O was awfully shy.

If his S/O gets anxious around his teammates, Spy is more than willing to lead them to his study.

He’d offer a glass of wine, or possibly water. Then they’d sit around and read a book or even chit chat about small things until his S/O feels like going back out there.

If Spy senses that his S/O is uncomfortable or if some poser is invading their personal space, he’s there in a second to protect them.

This happens especially during big events and parties. If his S/O wants to leave without a lot of attention, Spy skillfully whisks them away into the shadows.

Spy is very caring and gentle for sure.

Engineer:

Gives the sweetest words of encouragement. He is very genuine with his words and gives meaningful hugs.

He thinks his S/O is the most adorable thing in the world and will always push them to do their best.

Knows their limits and rarely ever goes past them and feels guilty when he does. It’s all in the best interest of his S/O of course.

Will become sickeningly affectionate towards his S/O, just because he adores the hell out of them and they deserve to know how much they mean to him.

Engie will start a conversation and invite his S/O into the mix, asking them a lot of questions and opinions, just to get them out there.

If they become a bit overwhelmed Engie will let them take a breather.

He will not by any means smother his S/O with too many public interactions but he likes seeing them coming out of their shell.

Demo:

At first, he’d be really intrigued by someone who was shy, because he knows deep down that they’ve got an interesting personality.

He’d be really friendly, showing you around and introducing his future S/O to people.

He’d show them the ropes and tells them the do’s and don’t’s, creating a comfortable environment for them.

If they need any help or if they accidentally cause trouble, Demo is right by their side and will always take the blame if no one knew who caused the trouble.

Once they start dating, however, he is so so happy.

Just absolutely ecstatic.

He’ll probably avoid going to crowded places for their first few dates, just staying home or going to the movies or even a walk in the park.

Demo is severely conscious of his surroundings and gives his S/O a heads up if someone new wanted to talk to his S/O.

When his S/O starts to come out of their shell, Demo will start taking them out to more extravagant places and constantly praises them if they successfully order their food without stuttering or asks someone for directions.

Pyro:

Pyro has enough troubles with communication, but with the S/O in the mix, it becomes a lot more difficult to even begin to understand what they’re saying.

For a long time the team is convinced that the S/O is mute, but after they stuttered some words they are SHOOK.

However, the S/O can understand Pyro just fine and vice versa.

It’s almost as if they have some sort of secret language.

There’s not a whole lot of talking in the relationship anyway, they just like being together.

It’s very rare if they decide to go out for a night in the town since Pyro never actually takes off their suit.

However, this did some good because while they’re out, the S/O musters up all the courage they have and starts speaking to people. (Like, ordering food, asking how much something costs, asking people to move out of the way etc.)

Pyro claps everytime the S/O does something out of their comfort zone.

Perhaps they learn sign language too just to make things easier.

Soldier:

When Soldier addresses his crew, he’s loud, vulgar and rude, but to his S/O, he suddenly becomes the biggest and cuddliest teddy bear.

If his S/O tries to speak (which is usually in a whisper) Soldier will lean over and have them talk into his ear and he translates it back to his crew.

S/O: Since Sniper is feeling a little sick, why don’t we have Medic give him some medication?

Soldier: My sweetie plum says IF YOU’RE WHINING LIKE A BITCH OVER A LITTLE COLD THEN GET YOUR ASS INTO THE LAB FOR SOME GOD DAMN PILLS YOU MAGGOT

Everyone knows that’s not how the S/O really talks and easily forgives them because they know Soldier takes everything a bit too far.

His S/O still freaks out though, frantically apologizing and mumbling but Soldier wraps an arm around them and gives em a big ol’ kiss.

“Because of you, Sniper will be good as new! HUZZAH!” Soldier will always praise his S/O and legit thinks that they are some sort of genius. (It’s just common sense)

Because Soldier doesn’t like to go out into the world anyway, most dates will be in solitude.

Soldier is completely comfortable with his S/O and is so gentle and supportive, his S/O always gains confidence from him.

1. Name someone you’ve hurt. Do you regret what you’ve done?“Ophelia. Not directly but in many little ways that are starting to pile up. Every time I wasn’t there when something happens to her, every time she tells me she’s fine and I believed it. I regret every one of them every single day.” @opheliajcmes

2. Have you ever shown a bad side of yourself to someone you love?“Ha. Which bad side? Margot’s.. seen the bloodthirsty ugly one, Astor’s seen another, Mama and Papa, my brothers in the army, I’m sure there’ll be more but there aren’t a lot of people that I love to show.”

3. Name one of the traits you hate most about yourself, why do you hate it?“My loyalty. I don’t think it’s done me any good. Just hurts more.”

4. What’s personality trait you hate in one of your close friends.“That I feel as if Astor keeps secrets from me, which he’s entitled to because he has a lot of secrets to hold for one man, and that Morri’s somehow always always right. God damn it Morri.” @niosglayne @mementomorri

6. Have you ever felt so guilty you wanted to punish yourself? Why did you feel guilty?“When you’ve killed and hurt that many people, as human or vampire, it gets to you every day. That’s almost a dumb question to ask.”

7. Talk about one of your worst memories involving someone you love.“Seeing my mama cry. Whether it’s while we wait at night for papa to come home, or whether it was during my own funeral. I hated seeing her cry. I would say seeing my own funeral was the hardest. Fuck it’s the hardest thing ever. Every times she cries she’s always telling me it’ll be okay, even at the funeral. “It’ll be okay. You’ll still be happy.” Like she needed to hear it. I was like some helpless son that couldn’t help her stop crying, can’t even tell them that I wasn’t actually dead.”

8. Talk about one of your worst memories involving someone you hate.“My first so called leader after I turned. He was from the coven’s army. The first time I met him, everything still hurt. And every time I thought it stopped he brought it back. Something about teaching me fucking discipline. That turned vampires don’t know how to control themselves. Treated me like his bitch, like some shiny new toy he got for Christmas, like he could break me without any consequences, because he could.”

10. Have you ever ruined something good? Like a friendship, a good day, a possession, something sacred?“My life? I had a good life, I worked so hard for it, and it was gone in less than a second. And I just continued to destroy it even further.”

11. Have you ever been abandoned? Why do you think you were left behind?“Of course I’ve been abandoned. In war, you get abandoned if you’re too weak, or you’re strong enough to handle yourself. I’ve been on both ends. That’s just how it is.”

12. Talk about a person you like that really hates you.“I’m.. not sure. I mean if I try hard enough, I could like Erik. But I know the other way around has no chance at all.” @felixxlada

13. Name a time you failed something and disappointed many people and/or embarrassed yourself.“Take your pick. The Chestertons.. probably disappointed the most people. I was supposed to protect them at all costs during their time with the Paris Coven. When we got attacked, I made the wrong call. One fucking wrong call and it practically slaughter the whole family. Can’t get anymore disappointing than that.”

14. What’s one of your most prized possessions that got destroyed or taken away?“My job. Ha, if you saw me then, when NASA had their own little initiation for new baby astronauts, I was definitely a lil bit of a crybaby that night, tearing up everytime it hit me about where I finally was. I couldn’t believe it. I couldn’t believe it for so long, and just when I started to convince myself that it was real, then.. it wasn’t anymore. So. that sucked.”

15. What’s one of your worst childhood memories?“You know how you get a letter from the army sometimes if your loved one dies. Well we’ve always written letter to papa, and we hope we’d never get one back. But there was this once. When I was willing to go to school for once, I came back to my mama holding a letter trying to  hold back the sobs. She refused to show me the letter but she hugged me and kept telling me it’s not over yet. I don’t think we got any sleep at all. Mama and I.. we just sat there. She was crying and so I cried too. Only when she finally cried herself to sleep I stole the telegram to read it, and god I wished I didn’t. Who could be so mean to say that he might be dying? He’s either dead or he’s not. And it was just that constant fear that he was, and the fear of having hope that he wasn’t. That was just the fucking worst.”

16. What’s a skill you’re trying to improve at even though you know you’re terrible?“Making my own decisions? I don’t know.”

17. Do you ever do things to hurt yourself? Talk about a time you have.“You know what they like to say, desperate times call for desperate measures, right? I was desperate enough to try and get myself out of that hell hole of the lycan-vampire war. That was before I even realised we healed so damn bloody fast. There was a knife there and I.. tried to end it myself. Guess my own body seemed reluctant to let me go. Didn’t get enough stabs even before they caught me.”

18. Talk about a traumatizing memory.“I killed my first man when I was 16. I couldn’t even remember the face or the name, only the fact that I made that body go cold. I was in the war, they had to pick me up because I couldn’t move, couldn’t even hold my gun any more. That was when the noises started. It started soft and mild but it was there, and it was bad enough for some dumb, hormonal teenager stuck in the middle of a war.”

19. Name someone you’ve failed. What did you do wrong? How do they feel about you now?“There’s a fucking buffet here, take your pick. I.. I wasn’t by Margot’s side when she needed me most. It’s worse just knowing that she was waiting and hoping for you to come, and maybe if I wasn’t so caught up in the fight, if I didn’t get shot.. I was a soldier once, built to be at the brunt of it but I should’ve told myself that I couldn’t save everybody. I knew that I couldn’t save everybody but my dumb self kept saying that I had to try, and I couldn’t save the one I absolutely had to. How does she feel about me? She’s fucking dead. And probably wished she had a better soldier.”

20. Name someone who’s failed you. What did they do wrong? How do you feel about them now?“It is cliche and pretentious to say I failed me? I don’t think anyone’s failed me before, I don’t exactly have very high expectations of anyone, but myself. My younger me would probably be slapping me upside down for the life I’m living right down, no likes and dislikes, no dreams, no ambition, I had so much of that before I didn’t think it was possible to even drain all of it away. I wouldn’t be able to dare face a younger me.”
