I'd also like some clarification about what Padawanship actually is, since the movies established that one can be a Padawan learner well into being an adult (Obi-Wan), and while Anakin did get a Master at 9 years old, in TCW the man himself insinuates that Ahsoka at 14 is too young to be entering a Master-Padawanship.
So are both cases in this lineage really extreme outliers, in that both the master AND apprentice are too young/inexperienced to be having the roles they're given? What was Ahsoka's designation prior to being Anakin's Padawan? If Anakin was raised "normally", then that means he wouldn't have needed Obi-Wan as his Master at that age, and was 'integrated' into the Jedi system presumably like Ahsoka was.
#ifrit: 'i underestimated beyonce'#this is what Huyang meant when he said this lineage is unconventional#not really because freaking Darth Vader is part of it but because from Obi-Wan onwards it was exceptional case after exceptional case
