Might have to reread His Dark Materials again. If I do, I will 100% be working on Attack and Dethrone God WIP again
#Attack and Dethrone God#Barely have a plot idea for it except that it's inspired by FMA (oh also Genshin for some reason)#Set in an alt history where alchemy exists and Britain's mastery over it is what has fueled the British Empire and is part of what they're#Showing off in the 1851 Exhibition#And our main cast is made up of people from the 5 alchemical traditions (loosely defined)#each of whom represents a greek element humor zodiac sign and card suit (because I'm a little freak who got too into categorizing things)#(But wait D you say. Those are mostly divisible into four)#Yeah there's a fifth who's supine ophiuchus the joker the fool and a motherfucking homunculus#Because I love homunculi#And also love the idea of the team sweetheart being revealed as a double agent and betraying everyone at the end of book one#And then having to do a zuko book 3#And the real villain is Imperialism#Among other things#this is my plunny that will require many hours on JSTOR and in libraries
