Uhm. Just so y'all know a lot of states in the U.S. have write-in options for presidential elections. If you wanna vote, you don't HAVE to pick between one genocidal madman or the other genocidal madman 💀

#the voting system is a sham anyway but still #this is like the third time i've seen that well-intentioned but ill-advised australian post about “vote so hard against the other guy”#and like i don't wanna engage with it but i do think it's important for people to know their options #voting is important not because it effects elections (bc at this point it just doesn't)#but bc on a personal level you put somewhere *in writing* what your choice is #and to let the knowledge that your country ignored you radicalize you that it doesn't matter #the american imperialist machine puts up whoever the fuck it wants to put up with or without your input #in my personal humble onion anyway #marie speaks
