feel like im committing the biggest betrayal of all time, but im thinking i might change my main inquisitor from adaar to lavellan. i just think there's so much more to chew on lore-wise as an elf idk
#THAT SAID. one of my headcanons is that my warden intervenes at the temple of mythal and he drinks from the well#like he's following along as a bird or whatever and when they're discussing who's gonna drink he finally shifts back into a person#like 'wtf are you doing. an elf should do this'#so idk how i'll reconcile that. i just.......................there's so much in this game that's such a different vibe if you're an elf#like i just did jaws of hakkon and the arbor wilds so maybe im just being overwhelmed by interesting elf stuff#but. idk.#i was gonna be like 'i love my adaar :(' but ngl he's my least developed pc and ive just never been able to fully characterise him#he's cool and all i just...........dont know anything about him yknow?#like the whole point of origins is the origins so you get to know your pc and their background; and hawke is obviously the best developed p#this is largely an issue with the writing of dai; the inq just doesnt have much personality#like ok lbr dai is the easiest game to play with the whole 'all the pcs exist' kinda idea; the rest just werent at the conclave#idk......i need to think about it more. i just think it's cool and interesting for the person saving the world to be a qunari#maybe they'll make it interesting in da4. but i dont see a world in which elf isnt the most interesting pc in that too rip#personal
