[ID: a one page story titled “The Lady Who Lives Down the Lane” from the above mentioned comic. In it, three children are all dressed up in some variant of a zombie Halloween costume. They're standing at a iron gate and are staring at a large, gothic house that has all the lights on. The girl tells them, “No one has ever seen her face and survived...” Her friend adds on, “I heard her father made her crazy and her hair turned white.” The third child, a boy dressed like a zombie football player with a fake popped out eye, is unimpressed by the rumors and says, “Big deal. My father makes me crazy too.” He unlocks the gate as the other boy gossips, “I heard she poked out her own eye!” The girl continues, “I heard it from my friend's sister's cousin's boyfriend that she can see the future. For reals.” The skeptical kid dismisses, “Yeah, right. Probably just some stingy old lady who doesn't want to give out candy. Well, I'm not afraid of her.”

The kid walks up to the door and rings the doorbell to reveal Rose Wilson dressed in her Ravager costume! The boy tells her trick or treat and Rose silently raises her hands to her mask. She hooks her finger underneath it and pushes it up to reveal her full face without the viewer seeing it. The child screams out in fear, dropping his candy bag and running away with his friends! But Rose simply picks up the candy and complacently smiles as she says to herself, “I love Halloween.” END ID]
