HAAHEHH YEAH JIMMY GETS THE HEART LOCKET (completely ignores the effect of the heart locket n rubs my hands together) my main angst while making these is that there aren't enough perk slots to fully fit the entire character and it :pensive: pains me.

As for Joel, Sloppy would actually be a good choice for him- not because of the original intentions of the perk, which heavily implies that the killer's sadistic tendencies mangle the wound just to see them suffer; rather because Joel is unfamiliar with the heft of his weapon, the Goldilocks zone of force to put into a swing, the proper maintenance of a blade or arrow, dulling the blow significantly and lessening efficiency. It's an unpleasant experience for both sides of the fence, and I feel it would quite easily replace M&A >:) good choice dbdanon

I figured it out while making this. Ren is the perfect blend of Dwight and Jeff. I didn't even realise it until I was reviewing the build and saw that I had put two Jeff perks and two Dwight perks. so...> ?? ?

Breakdown just seems like a Ren perk, man. Like yeah he took a loss, but he got back at his enemy in an unconventional way, and looked badass while doing it. Sound familiar to s1?

Leader I feel is a byproduct of s1, but also is just attributed to Ren's like. General Vibes. You wanna do good by him, and he'll do the best he can to help you. this also feeds into Prove Thyself, because that's a lot of what he's doing in last life (or, at least, trying to)

And Aftercare, again, because he has a tendency to stick really close to the people he helps out. Whenever I get healed by someone running aftercare my first thought is 'I will die for you' so I feel it fits pretty well.

He's got a beefy medkit with speed and charge addons for Maximum Friendship All The Time. Additionally, you can stab the shit out of someone with medical scissors if you try hard enough. Do not underestimate.

When it comes to Martyn, meta or sub-meta perks just seem to... work. This is a well proven build that compliments most aggressive and SWF-type gameplay, which just so happens to be the best way to win the game.

Borrowed Time fits well with Martyn's main struggle in s1- that is, trying to save his allies against the most impossible odds, and constantly putting himself in danger for the sake of others. Most importantly, it means second chances, which both Martyn and Grian got a whole dosage of in s1.

Unbreakable is in the name, and another second chance perk. Martyn's loyalty and resolve is unbroken throughout season 1, and in Last Life we can see him pledging his loyalty once more to the people of the Southlands, choosing not to mock-run away with Mumbo's life. (Also, sans Big B, I'm pretty sure he was the last green life...?)

Sprint Burst is useful in just about any situation, and combines nicely with Adrenaline, which Martyn has in droves. We've seen in both s1 and s2 his willingness to leap into action, be it for his allies or enemies. It fits nicely.

The key is for finding friends, and has a pretty massive range for being just a broken key.

So, these I gave a short and a long answer for under cut, but forgot I’m on mobile and can’t do that. I can tag it “long post” but uhhh, sorry about this. Anyway, thats why Frank comes in two chunks. I wrote it expecting to be able to use a read more. :’-] also ya fine. And I hope you’re in bed 🤣 now. Okay so. Here’s my reasons:

For Michael, to start, Halloween is complicated af. You have to know what timeline people are talking about, because there are like 8+ and Michael has been written as a wildly different character by wildly different content creators, and I would not feel the same ways towards them all. They’re not the same character. When I talk about Michael, unless I’m going on about a specific other film, I mean either H20 canon, or DbD canon, which are in line with each other when it comes to characterization. (This also includes Halloween’s 1 & 2 in the H20 line, and Halloween 1 at least in DbD). In those timelines, Michael has like at best 2% agency and choice in his own life and what he becomes. That’s why I am sympathetic. I still root for Laurie to nail his ass to the wall of course, and everything he has done to hurt someone isn’t okay just because his life is unfair & awful & out of his control, but I still find him a very tragic character. He was canonically suffering violent psychosis his parents refused him treatment for, isolated with a monster as his doctor & only human contact for 15 years from age 6 on, overdosed on medications that when OD’d worsen psychosis symptoms and can cause permanent brain damage, and stuck like that until escaping briefly when he turned 21.

In Halloween canon, Michael tells his parents he hears voices telling him to do bad things like hurt people, but they tell him he is imagining stuff, and ignore his attempts to get help. The voices say they will be quiet, which is what he desperately wants, if he kills his sister Judith. So he does, at age six. Scientifically speaking, that’s literally too young to really have a complete grasp on death and mortality itself, let alone complex ethics. He immediately goes to his parents after doing the deed, so they can do whatever they need to do. Instead of getting him help, he is sentenced to 15 years in a 1960s American sanitorium (hell), until he turns 21 and can be tried for murder as an adult (fucking ridiculous and unfair?? Tried as an adult is for like, upper teens who commit heinous murders. How tf you justify trying a six year old literally too young to really understand murder as an adult for murdering someone??). They give him to Dr. Sam Loomis, a fucking horrible person, who says he spends 8 years trying to help Michael (a fkn lie), but canonically by only a few months of meeting the kid is thoroughly convinced he is evil, the devil or a demon in human form, faking his psychosis and side effect symptoms (trauma induced mutism from killing his sister, onset of catatonia/motion loss symptoms, etc, all of which are common with his disorder & trauma), desperate to kill again, and an evil mastermind doing the devil’s work, and says so. Spends four hours every day accusing Michael as a six year old child on, of planning to do horrible things and faking his illness and being a demon and not a human, and Loomis, from age 6 to 21, is this kid’s only human contact. And the staff knew it and how wrong and disturbed Loomis was, but did nothing. So from age 6 to 21—barring one or two visits from his mom & Laurie before his dad beat 4 year old Laurie for saying Michael’s, who he hated after Judith’s death, name—until she trauma blocked out having had a brother or sister at all, and then both parents died in a car crash—his only human contact in complete isolation was an adult man who told him for four hours a day he was an evil lying demon faking his symptoms and plotting murder and not a human and promised he would kill Michael and stop him, from childhood on, and that was it. He was never given an understanding of what was medically wrong with him, or that anything was at all. He was threatened and abused and kept overdosed on drugs for 15 years since early childhood, and his only understanding of the world taught in that absolute isolation, was that he was a demon who wanted to get out and kill again. And the violent psychosis, telling him if he killed both sisters, they would go away and leave him in peace with no more constant noise. With no normal understanding of the world or people or life like he was owed ever given to him, no understanding at all of what you were going through or were aside from the promise drilled into your head you were a monster who wanted to kill every day for 15 years while drugged up? Like, I’m a firm believe people are responsible for their own actions, but in a case as extreme as that, honestly, how else was that ever going to even be able to end? You forget, as a child. Who you used to be. That’s beyond grooming even, it’s being grown in a lab for the sole purpose of someday walking out, taking a large kitchen knife, and killing Laurie Strode. And it’s tragic. It’s unfair. Halloween is a tragedy, not a horror film. It didn’t have to be that way. He wanted help. He asked for help. Loomis is directly and pretty much solely responsible for the lives lost in 1978. You know he won’t even call Michael “him”? The only human he contact he had since age six on called him “it.” And no one stopped any of that. And even then. Even then, even with all that. With the drugs, and the lab grown killer, and all of it? Michael is pretty much the single least sadistic slasher killer there /is/.

Everyone he kills in Halloween? He kills fast. It’s actually kind of boring if you’re expecting a scary slasher, because there’s no chase until Laurie. He just appears, runs you through, and you die. Very fast. And if there is any emotion expressed towards the act of killing or aftermath, it’s not pleasure or hate or happiness, it’s curiosity, because literally everything is something he wasn’t allowed to experience growing up and just has no practical experience with yet. And on top of all that, he also just doesn’t kill people he doesn’t have to. He kills one man for clothes, kills Annie to re-do Judith’s murder since it didn’t work the first time and he needs both sisters for the voices to stop, and he kills Bob and Lynda becuase they stumble onto where he is & are a threat to success. (This + Judith 15 years prior is all the deaths in Halloween period, btw). Michael routinely only kills his target, and anyone who is a threat to success. Literally doesn’t even jump out to kill Bob or attack until Bob opens the door to the closet he was hiding in, and he has been seen. Walks past a security guard and lets him go in H20 becuase he doesn’t see him, steals keys from a mom with her 4 year old kid and doesn’t even hurt them because they don’t see him really either, steals a knife from an old lady making a sandwich who is one foot away but looking the other direction, so he lets her go. Even with all the possible stakes against him, really, Michael is like, the least cruel and most sympathetic and merciful version of that lab grown killer possible, which can only be a testament to the person he was initially/still somehow has managed to keep faint traces of alive inside.

As for Laurie finding him redeemable, answer is threefold I guess, and I’ll start with the most important. 1: in Halloween canon, Laurie cares for Michael and is incredibly sad about what he turned into and wishes he could be different (once she remembers who he is). That’s established canon, not a choice of mine. In Halloween 2, she tries to talk him down before shooting him, and he hesitates when she says his name and lowers his weapon for a moment. In H20, she talks about him a lot & even asks her boyfriend (a psychologist) if he thinks something so traumatic can happen to someone that they can never recover, bc even though she hasn’t seen him in 20 years, he’s still on her heart. She hesitates to kill him once she has him helpless in the finale, and when he reaches out for her hand, she almost cries and starts to reach back because it’s what she has truly wanted for so long. 2: Michael & Laurie are siblings, and that’s a very important relationship to me. Obviously, there’s lines where you cross, it’s fkn over, but it is special, and I’m weak for it. They were both cheated of the good family life they could have had, and I like characters I care for getting recovery and rehabilitation, and I would like them to be able to recover and have whatever fragments of the lives they wanted which are still possible. And then 3: Laurie is his victim, but they’re also both victims of Loomis, and the system, and her parents, and if she does /wish/ for him to be okay and things to be like they were, which was canon before me, so she does, then I think them finding happiness and her relief and new hope in regained family and him redemption and rehabilitation through the quite literally only person he has /ever/ known who treated him well or like even a human at all & is still living, that’s so good. It’s sweet, and it makes sense. I like broken people putting the pieces together and finding ways to be okay. None of the shit that happened to either of them was okay, and Michael sure did fucking do it, but it’s about as “it’s complicated” as literally possible, and Laurie wants him to be her brother again, and Michael deserves a chance to experience personhood enough to want anything like that again too, and I think it’s sweet. To be able to find happiness and peace and a new life in that rubble. It shouldn’t be possible, because Halloween is a tragedy that never gets a happy ending, no matter how many timelines they create or versions they tell, but I wish it could have one. It needs one. At least one, among all the fated tragedies for those two cruelly cursed siblings. They both had their lives stolen. Michael by Loomis, and Laurie by Michael. And I want them to find those stolen lives again. And if they can do it together, that’s a very odd and unusual set of circumstances for that kind of thing, but it’s a very complete way to tell the story. He tried to kill her, but if she asked him to stop and he stopped, if he himself chose to change on his own, when it really, really mattered—decided that it was what he wanted more than all the things he was before, and she decided that was enough, and they could both have a future as family? I like that. It’s a happy ending stolen back.

Long Frank Answer, in case you /have/ read ILM & thus short answer did not answer your question: So. Again, for me, I always talk about Frank as in the version of him I myself write, and I wrote ILM before the archives retcon, and also just ignore them because they’re usually dumb and blatantly contradict well established and longstanding canon. Even then, I usually don’t like Frank though—didn’t like him when I started writing ILM. But Frank has very little established canon character. All there is for sure is he was a foster kid that went through some bad stuff, he met Julie and changed his mind about desperately trying to be homed somewhere other than with Clive bc he liked Julie a lot, he met Susie and Joey, they became a gang chilling in Ormond’s abandoned lodge, then tried to rob a store Joey was fired from, were surprised by a cleaner who grabbed Julie, and Frank impulse stabbed him, freaked, and ordered the others to finish it with him and be in it together. Then before they’d even really finished burying the body, they got snagged. That leaves a whole lot of personality and thoughts and motivations and future choices and person wildly undetermined. Writing, sometimes characters just do their own thing completely out of my control, and I have to adapt. Frank chose not to kill Meg at the end of Tenacity, Adrenaline, & Grit, which surprised me, because he’d been nothing but a dipshit asshole bastard till one minute ago, but I knew it was because he recognized what she’d tried to do at great pain to herself because she wouldn’t bow down and die, and he connected/empathized or sympathized on some level. He also couldn’t go through with killing Quentin immediately after being helped by him in Distortion/Iron Maiden. Neither was like, planned. It’s just who the character was. I was frustrated. I did not want to like or feel sympathy for Frank at all. Then in The Lost, Jeff just fkn hijacked the whole plot and added 20 pages not in the outline because he wanted to be kind to Frank & it’s not like I can stop characters when they do whatever they do. And while writing it, I got to know that the version of Frank Morrison in the world I was writing—which is always the version I refer to/think of him as & write now myself—was not somebody past saving. He’s a piece of shit and he’s done fucked up and inexcusable stuff, and he pays for it. In many ways, Frank gets away with a lot over the course of ILM, but it’s always because characters choose on their own to forgive him, not because they or he doesn’t think it was fucked. And Frank suffers—a lot—for his choices, and has to live through appropriate and large amounts of regret and remorse about stuff he did before the end. He gets the chance to make better choices several times, and mostly he doesn’t. He continues to fuck up. But right near the end, he makes a couple good decisions when it’s down to the wire, sees where his bad choices got him and what he has to live with, and then he does live with it. He almost dies, and then ends up falling on Jeff’s mercy, which he knows he doesn’t deserve and doesn’t expect to get, for a last chance to make it, and because Jeff is an ungodly kind and forgiving soul, he makes it.

Frank isn’t a good person, and he does a lot of stuff that isn’t remotely okay or justified or excused, but he /is/ a kid—the upper end of it, but he’s not a full grown adult. He has every reason to believe nothing of himself or others, a fucked up childhood and life which isn’t his fault, and the Entity got all four Legion kids before they’d even had time to process the one and only violent crime they did (which was unplanned), and it is historically running a PHD in psychological warfare vs everyone. Absolutely none of that excuses or justifies him, but it is an explanation for some of it that is not as bad as say, doing that shit for fun or cruelty or hate or what have you, which makes him a bad person, but one with a lot more humanity left than say, Kenneth. Who is at -100 or something. If he’s still got a lot of humanity left, that means he could be redeemed, and he eventually chooses that path for himself and hits the appropriate “I did something horrible. Fuck. It was really bad. I should not have done it.” “I am really sorry I did this. I feel awful. I’m sorry.” “I cant change it, but I can try to do better and make whatever reparations I can.” “I want to be better, and I am going to try.” necessary stages of actually trying to improve. So, I like him. He did a lot of really awful shit that wasn’t okay, but he was never without sympathetic elements. He does love his friends and his girlfriend, he is a good boyfriend to Julie and selfless towards her and his crew (overall anyway—has even risked death for them very willingly, even the one who was fighting with/kinda hated him), will keep his word in deals and has some semblance of both sympathy and honor, feels guilt, is a kid, did not choose this life but was rather catapulted into it and too weak to climb out once he landed in the mud. All of that together makes him someone I feel sympathy towards and find quite redeemable, so long as he will decide he wants that, which, in ILM, he does. If you just meant Frank in general then idk how to answer because there’s not much established Frank period it’s kinda a shell like all original dead by daylight characters, and I have no thoughts on it by itself because it’s not a whole person, and so I really only think of Frank as ILM verse Frank now.

Today(Sunday) is the day in which I get the dumbest fucking teammates in DbD history. How any of these people are Red Ranks I got no clue. You gotta pip up to ascend in rank and if you’re barely getting 10K points every match, how you getting shit done?

Bill, ffs, you haven’t been Hooked or even Injured all match and you see the Killer tunneling me the moment I’m pulled off the Hook! Be a team player and take some agro! I’d already gotten hit with Borrowed Time active and obviously needed to heal up.

Then I got a slugging Michael who was so bad even as a Rank 1, that he needed NO-ED to get a down in the endgame. We wasted every one of his Tier 3s and lost him so many times. And then he slugged everyone and stood in the middle nodding his head like he’s good at the game. He got less than 8K pts and was 15K pts below the Survivor who had the least points.

Got a slugging Wraith who had Franklin’s Demise. My bright green and purple Feng Min managed to lose him in a Chase and I went back to where he made me drop my Med-Kit and then went to help the others up. I Healed myself while Jake(who had Deliverance and managed to get himself off his Hook) is looping the Killer at the shack. I then had to tap the other 2 to get them up. At the same time the last guy gets up, Jake pallet stuns the Killer and then Blinds him with an event Flashlight, and the Killer rage-quit. He’d been playing like a dick up until that moment, but couldn’t handle a stun and blind combo? 

So I was doing a Breakout Build and ended up on Midwich. Dwight got downed on the first floor and I was on the second floor right above him. He had Aftercare and as I’d Rescued and Healed him earlier, we could see each other’s auras perfectly. So I followed him and the Killer from above and Jake took a Hit down below and then I could hear a Hook break which was Jake as well, which gave Dwight enough time to wiggle off! I can only imagine how that must have seemed to the Killer who downed him mere meters away and got in only one Hit. Turns out Dwight had Boil Over as well, so the time to wiggle was shortened and the wiggling was incredibly difficult too! XD

Bought Plague! She’s much harder to play than Spirit. Why do people say Spirit is the hardest to play when she really isn’t?

So I got downed while trying to pull a Kate off a Hook, and I crawled so far under the Hook the Killer couldn’t grab me so she’d walk to the other side and I’d crawl to the opposite while Recovering, and we did this like ten times before she got annoyed when she realized time was wasting and a Gen popped, leaving only 1 Gen left. So it seemed like 2 ppl were down and out right now so it was safe to leave. She walked away to go puke on someone, and I used Unbreakable to get up and then get Kate off the Hook! It was beautiful! Those last 2 dudes got the last Gen too.

Played all Spirit today(Monday) because I had a craving for good game-play after sucking at Plague yesterday.

Got some great 4Ks!

All maps today were MacMillan Estate maps somehow. And then one Autohaven map.

My last match of the night was a weird one. They were a tough group and good at looping, but I eventually got to kill off Jane. Now there was a Legacy Dwight in the lobby and he had a Flashlight. I got blinded so many times and it was annoying, but also funny. I Hook Meg, she gets Rescued immediately, and I go back to get the person who saved her. It’s Dwight! And he’s sandbagging her! He’s running ahead of her just enough to make it so she can’t use pallets or get around loops. I don’t tunnel the person just on the Hook so it was especially annoying for me while trying to get him, because he was using her as a shield. Meg didn’t have Decisive Strike either btw. So Meg and Claudette seem to conspire together and sandbag Dwight in return, cornering him against a wall while I was coming from the only other free direction, and I made sure to only hit him. They both teabagged him while I nodded madly. He was on death Hook and I had Meg and Claudette finish the Gens and point-farm to make up for Dwight wasting everyone’s time and being a douche.

Got a match against a Rank 2 Leatherface today(Tuesday) and I ran his ass around so good while playing Bill! We’re on the last Gen which is 3/4 of the way done, and the Hatch has spawned right beside the Gen in full view so we all know where it is. There’s only Jane and I left. I finally get downed for the first time and get Hooked. She saves me and I use her Borrowed Time to lead the Killer away so she can do that Gen. He must have cottoned on when we ended up in the far corner because he downed me and then ran all the way back. But I had Unbreakable and got myself up, Healed up, and then proceeded to fast-vault a pallet to draw his attention. Didn’t work. So I went back and he got Jane down and I saved her with my Borrowed Time and she led him to that same corner except she was on Death Hook, so he took the chance to Hook her on the other side of the map, thinking he’d make it to the Hatch in time. I was standing over the Hatch and he got in one swing before it opened, and I then Escaped!

Cross-Play can be enabled and disabled in your Options menu. Whining because you don’t want to play with people from other consoles or some shit, is stupid. YOU have chosen not to disable the experience so YOU agreed to go through with it.

Some Killers are such big babies. They make the choice to tunnel but then complain about the results. By tunneling 1 Survivor the whole match, you’ve decided to let the other 3 do whatever they want. And what they want is to Escape, so they’re going to do Gens since there’s nothing else for them to do in the meantime. You gave them the opportunity and are salty that they used it? So in 4 minutes, all 5 Gens get popped and you still haven’t Hit the Survivor you’ve been tunneling. And then you’re going to attack the person you tunneled by accusing them of being in a ‘tryhard swf fag group’ and claiming they’re too ‘sweaty’ and ‘need to go outside and get a life’. Just cuz you’re bad at micromanaging - and playing the game in general - doesn’t mean we’re sweaty. 3 people on 1 Gen will get that Gen done in like 35 seconds. If anyone had a toolbox it would have been even faster. The fact that it took 3 ppl 4 minutes to do all the Gens means they’re slow af. And the fact that you landed no hits in that time frame means you’re bad. Rank 3 my ass.

a round head doesn't instantly make everything cute. there are many many details that the human eye perceives as cute, things that artists go to when they want their art to be seen as cute. from the color chosen to the way their eyes and mouths are drawn, to the very line work they’re using. yes, shapes count too, but this is not the case and we should get out of our tiny box and see the big picture. Their comics are not meant to be cute, actually much respect to them for being brave enough to approach well known subjects that are not explored. But that’s it. If YOU see it as cute then it’s your problem really. Art and fiction is prone to interpretation

Drawing a black character less than the color YOU think is good? Have you ever tried to color skin? There are so many ways to do it, there are so so many colors you combine and you play around with + lighting and shading that alters everything. and yeah maybe some people pick a different color, a lighter one, or a more yellow one than they should for asiatic people, or whatever. but these tones are NOT easy to get well (you can always put a brown color down and to call it a day, but maybe people won’t want that. They don’t want to be disrespectful, exactly cause there are predators like you that don’t know how to help, only how to fucking scream). Or maybe they simply don’t know how. Every artist has their own range of comfort zone, be it about subject - composition - colors - etc. I don’t do well with neon colors for example, it happens. Summary: You are a rather famous and popular streamer and you recently hit 10K followers on Twitch. Asking your fans what they want you to do to celebrate, you decided to finally do a livestream with your boyfriend Seokmin.

“What would you like me to do for 10K followers on Twitch?” That is what you asked on Twitter. You, wanting to celebrate this achievement, allowed your fans to decide. You became famous because of your bi-daily livestreams that shows you playing a variety of games likes GTA, Overwatch and Dead By Daylight. You also became popular because of your humour and the amount of interaction you do with your followers every stream.

Hundreds of replies later, you finally knew what to do to celebrate. “Results are in! Next Thursday, I will be playing DBD with my boyfriend! Thank you for all the requests btw!” You hit send and you watched as the stream of comments and replies started. You loved reading comments and interacting with your fans. They were the reason why you made it this far and became this famous. After replying to some comments, you switched off your computer and went to the kitchen to make yourself some dinner. Deciding to just make some ramen, you gathered the necessary ingredients and tools and got to work. During your ramen making, you heard light steps come from behind. Then you felt a pair of arms wrap around your midsection and a head on your right shoulder. “Can I get some of your ramen, babe?” asked Seokmin. You nodded. “I made extra, just for you.” “Thanks,” he said happily, kissing you on the cheek. You smiled shyly at the gesture of affection. Seokmin prepared the table and you brought the pot of ramen over. While eating quietly, you thought that you should ask the question now. “Hey, Minnie?” you asked. Said boy perked his head up, mouth filled with ramen. “Hm?” he asked. You chuckled at him, telling the boy to finish his mouthful first before talking. Once he finished his mouthful, he replied with a “What is it, Y/N?” “You know how I reached 10K followers on Twitch right?” He nodded. “You ran at me, screaming with excitement,” he added. You blushed out of embarrassment. “Yes,” you said, “And you also know how my followers are requesting what to do to celebrate right?” “Yes..” said Seokmin wearily, “I know that.” “Well, the most requested request was to play Dead by Daylight with you in a stream. Are you okay with doing that?” Seokmin smiled. “Of course I am,” he said happily, smiling his killer smile. “What is Dead by Daylight though?” Your eyes widened. Then a thought formed in your head. You smiled slightly at the thought. “It’s a game that is currently really popular. It’s really fun to play.” He nodded, continuing eating his food. “OK,” he said happily, “When are we livestreaming then?” “Thursday,” you said. “Then I will anticipate Thursday,” he said smiling. You smiled back. “So will I,” you thought. ~Skip to Thursday~

“3,2,1. Hello everyone and welcome to my 10K followers stream! As said on Twitter, we will be playing Dead By Daylight with a very special guest. Meet my wonderful boyfriend Seokmin!” You gestured towards Seokmin as he waved shyly with a bright smile on his face. “Hi Y/N’s viewers!” “Seokmin here does not know anything about Dead by Daylight so this will be his first encounter and experience with it here.” Seokmin nodded. “I’m excited to delve into this new game.” “We will be doing a game to Q&A system for this livestream. Oh, also, tweet me your questions for the Q&A so we can see them!”

You continued with your regular streaming procedure, answering a few fan questions, setting the game up and making sure that Seokmin is comfortable and is having fun. “Do you want us to be a survivor or the killer first?” you asked your followers. The comments flooded in and you read a few of them. “Wait, survivor? Killer? You never said that this was a horror game!” said Seokmin, wide eyed. You laughed loudly. After calming down, you replied,” The title is Dead by Daylight. The word “Dead” is in the title! What did you think this game was?” “I thought it was an adventure game like The Forest or something!” exclaimed Seokmin. You mentally facepalmed yourself.

“Whatever Seokmin,” you said, “You learned something today.” Seokmin pouted. You checked the comments once again and saw that majority wanted you to be the killer first. “For the first game, we will be a killer then,” you said. You then explained to Seokmin about the different killers, buffs etc. “Which killer is your favourite to use?” he asked. “I like Mike the best. I also like the Invisible one and the chainsaw one,” you replied. “Okay,” he said, “Let’s use Mike then!” You clicked on the killer, added the necessary buffs and joined a game.

“I’ll do most of the playing and you can just observe and help since this is your first game ever.” Seokmin nodded. The game started and you were off, looking to find and hang the 4 survivors.

Seokmin is surprisingly good at being the killer. An hour into the stream and he already tried all the killers and got an all kill for more than half of the games. Your followers started calling him many nicknames as well because of his surprising skill. The mini Q&A sessions were fun as well, you and Seokmin joking around and answering questions from your followers.

“We are now going to be survivors for the next hour or so,” you announced to the camera, “I’ll play the first game by myself then Seokmin can try after with my help.” You read some comments, explained to Seokmin about some rules and joined a lobby once again.

“Oh my fucking god!” yelled Seokmin, scared. Your character was on the ground. “I was so fucking far away from her? How?!?” You laughed at your boyfriend. “It’s the Huntress killer,” you said simply, “She can throw her hatchets at you!” “I know that,” he said, spamming the space bar cause he was on Stage 2 on the hook, “Me going on the floor just happened so suddenly!”

At that very moment, your character died. “Dammit, “ exclaimed Seokmin, “Playing against the Huntress is hard.” “You don’t say,” you said sarcastically. Seokmin turned to look at you. “You being sarcastic?” You shrugged.

“I’m going to go to the bathroom quickly. You can start a new game and play for a bit, “ you said, standing up. “Okay,” he said, turning towards the monitor, “Don’t fall into the toilet again.” You turned red from embarrassment. “THAT WAS ONE TIME!!” you yelled, smacking him on the back lightly. He laughed loudly as you pouted, the chair that he was sitting on turning to face towards you as well. He took your hand and kissed gently on your knuckles. “I know, “ he said softly, “But I will never let you down for that.” You just decided to dramatically storm out of the room, knowing that Seokmin knows that you are joking.

You peeked behind the door frame. Seokmin is wearing your headset and is currently working on a generator on Dead by Daylight. He is focused on his task and it seemed like he is tense. You looked at the camera on top of your monitor, signalling to your fans that you are going to do something. You quickly put on the wold mask that you were holding in your hand and got ready to scare the living shit out of your boyfriend. You quietly tiptoed towards him and raised your arms up, prepared to scare.

“BOO!” you yelled loudly. Seokmin got startled and messed up the generator, causing a loud boom. He quickly turned towards you and got even more scared at the wolf mask, falling off the chair and onto the floor. You took the mask off and continued laughing, not caring that your character is standing still and that the killer just hit her down. You helped Seokmin off, still laughing loudly.

“You absolute ass,” he said, fear still in his eyes, “What was that for?” “Telling everyone about me falling into the toilet, that’s why, ” you said. “I hate you so much,” he said. “No you don’t,” you said, sitting down in the chair, “You love me and my mischievous side.” “That’s true, “ he said, placing his arms on your shoulders. You smiled happily.

We can make this a weekly or monthly thing.” He nodded. “Let’s do that then,” he said, ‘but can you make dinner first?” You smiled up at him. “Of course,” you said, standing up.
