hmmm. the scene right in front of my patio last night:

#this is a portland version of doxxing myself so i’ll prob take down or edit at some point but.#OH one of the cops talking to the gathered crowd after: ‘essentially it was a stolen vehicle’#so. a lot to chew on. there.#for whatever reason they did not turn the alarm off in the cop car that hit the gate until 20 minutes after#and this was i cannot be clearer happening directly in front of me. less than thirty feet. closest witness to the Event#my emotions about this are like…no i do not feel unsafe in anyway it was fine it wasn’t that stressful#however it WAS very interesting and also very funny#very 👮♀️ 👮♂️ 🤡 🤡 🤡#today the mood around my apt complex is Amused bordering on Thrilled#i would say my approximately third thought was. do u think they are ever going to get that gate fixed after this.#i live in the sort of neighborhood where you could say these things happen#me abt this post: its basically journalism
