one thing about wind breaker you should know is that it has some of the wisest kindest mentor characters in the storytelling-game who get to not only be part of the plot and character development but also get to show off their incredible maturity and how they got here and why the younger kids look up to them so much and THEN you read the manga and suddenly run into their character page and--wait a minute. EIGHTEEN?? these guys are only 18 years old?? not only are they not parent aged adults but theyre barely if not even junior level??? anyway i love all of them a normal amount and we should acknowledge that the upperclassmen are still (allowed to be) kids too despite their maturity
