my inquisition replay has led me places i wouldn't go with a gun (<- just left hawke in the fade)
#this is NOT a canon worldstate btw good fucking god. but still#her saying 'sorry anders' as she's left behind.... varric asking 'where's hawke' once everyone has escaped the fade but she isn't there....#well what i if i jumped off a bridge!!#personal blah#when i played inquisition for the very first time my choice was alistair vs hawke and i saved alistair#(i think it's because for some stupid reason i made a 'canon' hawke who had like. fuckall to do with some of my usual canon choices?#she didn't have the impact she didn't have the RANGE)#but now that i've got a da2 playthrough done the way i always do it?#hitting ALL of those emotional beats that made me insane about that game in the first place years ago?#i'm going to save hawke over anyone and everyone else. she deserves to survive she deserves to be happy she deserves to LIVE <3#'dai is about the inquisition's fight to save the world' actually dai is about me making sure hawke survives another game alive & well
