Equestrians need to shut the fuck up.

I am so tired of seeing equestrians shit on other sports. I hate it when people shit on horse riding, but what i hate more is equestrians being all 'horse riding is a sport' and then continuing to insult other sports. Like bitch what are you trying to prove? Are you an idiot or are you just behaving like one?

As an equestrian myself, i think that if we as riders do not want other people to disrespect our sport, we should not disrespect sports ourselves. Seriously, the toxic equestrians insult other sports, insult fellow riders, give normal equestrians that are actually nice a bad name because of it, and brag about money and being better then everybody and then question why equestrians are so hated!?

You smear your shit over everybody except yourself and if you get shit back you start whining like 'equestrians work so hard and do so much yet we always get hate boohoohoo 😭" if you didnt hate on others then maybe you wouldnt get hate yourself you dingus

Equestrianism isnt about money, its not about dominating an animal and it most definitely isnt about abuse wich a lot of people think. Equestrianism and horse riding is about teamwork and understanding each other. Yes, we as riders work a lot, but that gives us no right at all to attack other sports.

For example the whole football vs horse riding thing was 100% started by equestrians and them bragging over how football players just run after a ball and dont do as much as them and how they 'just' trip meanwhile they fall off horses so horse riding is better then football because injury risk is higher.

Equestrians that brag about the injury risks of riding and comparing it to football are so pathetic. Just because you get injured faster doesnt make your sport better. Football players are also very hard working people that did a lot to get where they are just like you. Don't hate on others because you get hated.

I have never seen equestrians have respects for car sports or footballers. I have never seen football players, motorcrossers, F1 drivers or monstertruck drivers shit on equestrians. But you know who i have seen shit on drivers and footballers? Yep, i think you know.

Point is, we as equestrians have created an image of horse riders being rich snobs that think we are better then everyone. That image did not appear out of thin air. We gave ourselves that reputation by being hypocritical snobs that look down on everybody but ourselves. We even bring each other down.

Its so sad what the equestrian community has become. I hate that we made it get to this point because fyi, equestrians did this themselves. Stop hating on other sports just because you ride a horse. Stop insulting motorcrossers just because you sit on an animal. Stop distespecting footballers because they get less injuries then you do. Injuries and death rates are not a flex btw, wtf is wrong with you.

Stop acting like youre better then other people and stay in your own lane if you have nothing but hate to say. Car sports and football are just as much of a sport as horse riding is and if you can't handle that, then stay in your saddle and shut up. Nobody needs your negativity.

Princess Anne and Sir Tim Laurence’s itinerary for their visit to Vancouver and Victoria, Canada on 3rd-5th May 2024

Below is everything they will be doing while on this official royal visit:

✨ Attend the commissioning ceremony for His Majesty’s Canadian Ship (HMCS) Max Bernays and sail overnight in the ship to Esquimalt

✨ When HMCS Max Bernays enters Esquimalt Harbour, they will receive a 21-Gun Salute from the Black Rock naval battery

✨ Visit the Military Family Resource Centre and meet with staff, board members and service members and their families

✨ Pay respects and lay a wreath at the God’s Acre Veteran’s Cemetery

✨ Visit the archives and collections space of the Maritime Museum of British Columbia, which was founded with an initial donation by Her Royal Highness’s late father, Prince Philip

✨ Visit the FED Urban Agriculture project to learn about local sustainable food practices

✨ Attend the Battle of the Atlantic Commemorative Service at the British Columbia Legislature and lay a wreath

✨ Visit the Royal Victoria Yacht Club and present prizes at the Spring Dinghies Regatta

✨ Visit the Victoria Therapeutic Riding Association and meet with staff, board members, clients, and their families. They will be given a tour of the stables and present prizes.

✨ Meet with Lieutenant Governor Janet Austin and various British Columbia community leaders

The visit by Princess Anne and Sir Tim is being hosted by the Royal Canadian Navy.

Specific dates and times have not been provided by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for safety reasons and so the Princess Royal can attend all her commitments while in town.
