How do people write original things. How do you develop ocs. I don't know these guys. I don't care about these bitches.
#😭#i literally have 50k words written on them and i dont Like them#im going to start rewriting/revision soon but im just so discouraged#this has nothing to do with fanfic vs literary writing debate - its just personally i can write fanfiction endlessly#because i know the characters and i care#but i just... dont care about my ocs#i thought writing a whole fucking book about them would make me!!#but because i wasnt invested the book sucks ass asfcvvbb so i never got to that point#i am just. getting discouraged#i love writing and love exploring characters and expanding on detail and development#but i was never able to make ocs because i had no reason to be interested or invested#i havent made ocs since middle school and even those were a quick phase#kinda me rambling but kinda me asking if people have tips#how do you care about these bitches :(((#rose rambles#writing
