#pixel art#gurren lagann#ttgl#this gurren lagann escapes the bounds of the 64x64 canvases I've been using for these#it's an enjoyable size to work in- enough to fit details while still maintaining the fun of working within the restrictions of a small scal#but wow what a difference that extra leg room does make- this GL looks miles better than my first one#granted more practice could certainly be a part of that too#and also i think working on gurren and lagann separately helped me focus more on making sure they each looked right#alli.art
