this episode was so different from anything at all I could have ever expected

If this is the meaty plot they want to have for the new season I'm kinda here for it cause it feels like a return to the actual plot of previous seasons?!?! Like the empire was after Grogu. Where'd he come from??! Why?!? Why'd Moff want him so bad. The whole thing with Dr Pershing and shit like... bébé was an invaluable asset but I don't seem to remember like fuck all about his actual origins being revealed so I'm into it????

What's up with Elia like what's her long game? What the fuck is going on!?!??! With all that?

Gotta be honest man I would be far more interested in this overall tying back into Grogu and Din again rather than more Mandalorian religious squabbles...... like idk to me...... I enjoyed it when it was Din on the run with Grogu and keeping him safe from all the ppl after him and it was like where'd this lil green kid come from anyway? what are they testing him for?

The last bit just felt like unnecessary ~tension~ and trying to force something with Bø or whatever and like meh. I've been over that since they started it. Give me weird subplot that overall ties back into original plot over the other stuff any day.
