#this game is just one big metaphor for having ocd I'm ngl#LIKE IM NOT EVEN JOKING WITH THIS 😭 like when I saw that post (still haven't read it yet but going to) I was like hmm#but the “rituals�� for smth to come true to prevent the “bad thing from happening”#“smth terrible will happen if you say this” a number of compulsions Siffrin does to calm himself down#literally TRAPPING YOURSELF IN YOUR OWN TIMELOOP TO PROLONG YOUR SUFFERING WITH NUMEROUS INTRUSIVE THOUGHTS#AKA THROUGH A “WISH” AKA AN OBSESSION THAT YOU WONT LET GO OF LIKE THIS IS JUST RUMINATION LMAO#And the thing that breaks the loop aka the “compulsion” is just fighting against looping itself#Seeing Sif eventually break down throughout act 5 (my fave act btw I love it when things go so wrong) and just not care anymore#about maintaining the compulsion of continuously looping back to get things right and have them be perfect#them fighting against a manifestation of those very thoughts they've been afraid of for so long??? like brilliant fr cause#that is the real true struggle of ocd is well “breaking that loop”#not even sure if this is intentional but regardless it really fits that criteria so well I might as well have been looking in a mirror lmao#oh time loop stories you never fail me#I love the subversion here ngl I am so here for it#I'll give my full thoughts once I try and get the rest of achievements and anything I might've missed#did I mention I love women#my posts
