Seeing as outcasts exists, it's kinda up in the air. Like one, being known as a monsterfucker is usually in jest and people just think you have a type or worse case, you got a fetish💀 which is what Wednesday's PR doesn't want her known for. They just twisted it into a fascination with actual monsters.

The more outcast inclined people in Wednesday's Fandom tend to think she simply has a type and it's just a running joke bc of what she writes. Kinda like how people hope she gets her own golden retriever werewolf Gf like Viper 🥺 bc clearly she's projecting her want /j

Anyways, as for if Wednesday reacts! She always hides a smile behind a mug when such talks happen, it's smug asf too. Like I got what you can't have <3

It's hard to be jealous when their relationship survived like 5-6 years of ldr so they trust each other a lot! She does tease Enid abt it tho, much to the werewolf's confusion.

Pushing that quickly aside, the outcasts racism thing isn't as bad here as it is in my streamer Wednesday au.

The forevermore series change the outcasts view from caution to intrigued, it's why endespair is such a niche streamer bc it's not everyday you see a supposed scary werewolf scream like a little girl and admire a woman.

Also seeing as imperial gold (ship name of helios and Viper) is literally Wenclair, yes Helios is a late bloomer and Viper is into the dark and macabre. It's why the show decides to go with Viper narrating some of helios' scenes and vice versa for that good contrast.

Helios is standing there, looking fucking enraptured with blow out eyes as Viper does idk, smth. I haven't figured out the plot of Lunal Curse other than the main points soooo, it's left vague on purpose.

Endespair doesn't accept fanmail, left over paranoia from the stalker in her junior year so isabelle can't send such things.

Wednesday doesn't at all feel obligated to pop into stream as Willa. They just work in the same room and if Enid wants to go stand up to bring her wife into a hug then that's their business as chat cries abt how single they're making them feel.

As for if Isabelle, I feel like. She'd be in denial? But then she realizes the scar Enid has isn't just effects but real and she goes, oh shit

Like just a little bit bc the way Endespair carries herself is alot more easily exagerrated compared to how Enid normally is. It doesn't help that Enid dyed her hair a little bit more saturated for Helios so they may look similar if you double take.

So she was like 'aha, totally a coincidence' but when she's watching a endespair stream, Mika will wonder where shes watching sin from.

As for the matching rings, I made Enid wear two rings just for that reason too! So in the end It just looks like they're wearing accessories, that's all. Gold rings for Enid bc the obvious is obvious and white gold for wednesday.

Enid cringes at the thought of seeing herself on screen. So she doesn't at all bring up her status as Sin on stream. Someone brings up that there's a werewolf acting with Wednesday Addams? Cringe, disgusting, hurling noises

She's her own hater and chat takes it as Enid being low key jealous that it's another werewolf and not her.

As for whether people recognize Enid from that werewolf interview, they recognize her as endespair than sin. The dorky ass clothes, known beanie and overall simp mannerisms clocked it to her Fandom.

Wenclair bts? You're so right, whenever they're outside of their room, they do alot of things. Like Wednesday chasing Enid who's wearing a bit too tight of a shirt with the smaller lady wearing a jacket that suspiciously is a bit too baggy.

Sometimes you can see Wednesday looking over papers and Enid is just leaning over her, practically caging the director in between her arms.

Inbetween breaks, if Enid is ever drinking smth, the cast kinda does a double take when Wednesday grabs the bottle and drinks from it. They didn't even looked shocked, like yeah this happens.

Idt Wednesday would ever lose her wallet, but that would definitely be one way to reveal the relationship

I think I better understand why the intersection of ppl who love succession and are also into asoiaf have such a dissonance abt asoiaf character arcs esp bc of that one line where jeremy strong talks abt the writer's take on human nature and how we keep repeating our mistakes and living on the same fault line and basically never affect any radical change within ourselves or outward or even any minor branching in our set of choices that isn't informed by what has always formed the crux of our personal morality and priorities–and that doesn't translate to asoiaf bc george martin's characters do a lot of things but they never really stagnate or live so within their societal confines that they come out unmarked or "the same" in terms of beliefs and future vision, or even something like their response to tragedy. asoiaf characters allow their experiences and current realities to form their paths, however bleak and impossible they seem (but they always always exist)–in a way that succession characters very seldom do. the linearity of these characters is never allowed to waver despite certain "out-there" choices being available to them at various points. and i used to rag on these people a lot but I do understand esp bc succession is so tightly written and empathetic toward the horrible human beings it revolves around that you start thinking this is really how parental or sibling conflicts and relationships are basically grown and expanded upon but it truly only applies to a certain type of person in a certain type of livelihood that no matter how fucked up your own relationships have been, is not real and is not the sum of your fears. succession's writing limits human potential ultimately but it also isn't incorrect and irrelevant, and simulatenously isn't a one for one for all eldest daughters and father-son pairs and brothers across real life and other literature. like the line "maybe the poison drips through" hits hard and voices all your fears but it's just that. a comment on a specific moment and upbringing that is hard hitting and vague enough to be web-weaved but that's not to say the rest of the show manages the same, or even warrants the same. this is maybe a high handed rant but the asoiaf fandom has loved to take from other sources and apply their own personal touch to these characters, a sort of desperate touch that takes away the truth of these characters and imbibes them with biased intimacy, which, all well and good-we all read fiction and we all know why we read it-but the scope of these books does not allow for the sort of constricted interiority that you are now expecting from martin and have seen in jesse armstrong's script nor the hopeless light with which the latter paints his character's diverging paths in the woods. anyways sorry but asoiaf fandom's looooong tendency to condescend re these topics has undone any sort of good faith conversations in recent years, and tbh most of it's also bc its been way too long since we've had new material that we've grown past the initial true approaches to this work and are now just joshing in the mudpit. and ig that's just the state of this fandom pending updates from notablog <3

(character dynamics ask game) OUGH... these two... really really really good pair. fuck. admittely not one that has gotten a lot of screentime for me but the potential here is INSANE

6. what does A think B thinks of them? or, if asked to describe their relationship, how would they do it? are they right?

HMMM. well i think to start out with the easier one, palina probably assumes calaba thinks of her the same way the rest of the clan does: as a failure who's mostly still in her position out of a combination of nepotism and pity. calaba, as the oldest warden by a HUGE margin, is i think also the most conservative in terms of clan matters. if any of the wardens were going to get on palina's case about training growlithe, it would probably be either her or maybe gaeric. palina was also prrrobably one of the ones to first bridge the idea of trying to get the leaders to form a truce? which. i'm not really sure how calaba felt abt that, tbh. but to sum up, the vibe palina gets from calaba is "you are actively failing the pearl clan."

which... is not entirely incorrect, but it's not fully correct either. i think while calaba is frequently frustrated by palina (and. most of the other wardens tbh) she also feels a little bit of... hope? that she does not like to fully acknowledge, and certainly not voice, but. that maybe them being a little "softer" and more willing to collaborate and admit/allow weakness isn't such a terrible thing. maybe it'll make for a better world. if nobody comes along to take advantage of that all first, of course

otoh i think... calaba wonders a lot what palina thinks of her. like, palina obviously respects her, but they just think so differently like. conceptually. about everything. does she think she's ignorant? out of touch? has she done a good enough job actually teaching her everything she needs to know? i imagine since palina was also a candidate for leader those two must have had some sort of mentor figure dynamic going on, in the past if not currently. and i think palina wants calaba's approval, but also can't bring herself to be as strict with the other wardens and irida and growlithe as calaba wants her to be, and isn't fully willing to bend on that issue for her approval. it's a kind of very frustrating situation on both sides

10. how well does A think they know B? are they correct?

-as just mentioned i think calaba would have been a primary teacher to palina for a while, so i imagine she does know her very well, but like... a younger version of her. that perhaps has not been updated in a while. look, when you're almost 100, everyone looks like a little kid, alright. and she doesn't really feel like palina can have possibly changed enough to deserve revisiting her assumptions about her.

otoh palina would be unwilling to actually claim she knows calaba very well, but uh. that close contact learning each other goes both ways! while palina may not fully understand calaba internally, she can predict her pretty damn well.

13. if A needed help, how likely would they be to ask B for it?

ooh, thiiiis is a tough one... honestly i think they'd both be reluctant to. palina because she doesn't want to open up whatever inevitable lecture/argument/etc, calaba bc she doesn't want palina to think she needs it. yanno.

I can easily be summed up as a Tanjiro polycule enthusiast, but I'll pick a few to talk abt because I like rambling >:3c

My favorite is definitely InoTanZen! It's one of the few poly ships that I refuse to separate. They're nice as individual ships, but it just... doesn't feel complete without the third. The silliest part to imagine is that they would all have such different ideas of relationships:

Zenitsu has this fantasy-like idea of romance in his head. Inosuke has little to no concept of romance at all. And it's definitely the projection, but I always thought Tanjiro would probably be just as satisfied being best friends with someone as he would dating them. But that's just me! 😌

I like to think they learn from eachother in this way, yknow. like find ways to work with their differences. They always do!

I also like Aoi x Tanjiro! (Platonic or romantic) Probably my rarest kny pair. Not alot of screentime or anything rlly but they're just cute to think about. I most enjoy the dynamic of Tanjiro having someone to tell him to Sit The Fuck Down. He is so stupid and reckless!! and always getting himself hurt!! If anyone is going to scold him and actually get some words through his forehead, it's going to be the doctor who is forced to care for him afterwards. (Tbh same works with InoAoi, but I feel like she'd have to physically fist fight him first LMAO)

Also the height difference is so funny, how is shE THAT SMALL

I think Nezuko ships are adorable too!! and extremely underrated. like with Zenitsu or Genya or Inosuke, but at the same time: holy SHIT, that's an Aro Lesbian. so the ship I like most for her is with Kanao.

This specific sketch always stood out to me. Kanao very rarely goes out of her way to talk to people so I thought it was really sweet.
