Is there anything that can never be Yuri?

The inherent dichotomy between love and hate means that all negative emotions stem from positive ones, and vice versa. Hate can not be divorced from love. One fears death because they love being alive, for example.

You can look at something and think 'that could never be yuri,' but if you look deeper you'll find a way to relate it to women in love. A well practiced yuri fan will in fact be able to see yuri everywhere.
