There truly is not enough Mucinex in the world for me
#long covid#chronic illness#chronic pain#disability#actually disabled#cfs#chronic fаtiguе ѕуndrоmе#fibromyalgia#spoonie#me/cfs#cfs/me#pots#cpunk#cripplepunk#i will always be mad about getting covid#i wake up feeling my airways blocked by mucus#and think about how if it was a part of the night where my meds had me sleeping harder#i wouldn't be able to clear my airways and wouldn't wake up#that's pretty scary lowkey but yeah Mucinex helps enough where that's not gonna happen#thins the mucus and shit ugh it's still so nasty tho
