sometimes i forget that like. possession isn't a super common thing in other parts of the world
#thinks abt when an indonesian was talking abt possession stories on twitter and someone in the comments was like#'ARE YOU GUYS OK??'#bc it never struck me until then that not everyone has idk at least one acquaintance of an acquaintance who has gotten possessed#like it's not even just a seasian thing i'm sure it happens all over asia and africa and south america etc etc#i'm Sure it happens also in little pockets of like north america and europe but so uncommonly that people are surprised about it#no point to this it was just the first time i was someone whose response wasnt to talk about this other possession they heard of#and also bc my retreat is in a few weeks so. you know#skl.txt
