shadows of doubt is driving me insane. decided to take on some of the more difficult cases instead of rerolling, so all I have to go on to find people are their fingerprint and their height or eye colour. I've got almost all the employee records in the city as well as all the residential records, AND i've fingerprint checked all the mailboxes and doors in the city where residential records weren't available. ive literally resorted to accosting random people in the street like "I WILL GIVE YOU MONEY FOR YOUR NAME AND FINGERPRINTS"
