typical raz and phoebe disagreement over how to handle a patient's mental health concern
#THEY ARE FRIENDS!!!! to clarify this is an exaggeration lol#but i think they both have different ways of traversing the mental world and helping their patients#phoebe is very much in to the therapist angle while raz is both a therapist and agent#so while phoebe likes to pinpoint *everything* and give her advice raz prefers to observe more of the landscape and interpret for himself#then offer his advice which sometimes clashes with phoebe as she's very punctual in learning the details directly from the patient rather#than the world around them because she doesn't want to leave things up to a wrong interpretation while also being aware the patient may lie#they're both trusting but not to a fault#raz#phoebe#still watching mk tournaments they're very fun and i was immediately reminded of them#thinking about gender headcanons too and while raz is a trans guy to me phoebe is nonbinary!#and phoebe uses any pronouns but will let friends and coworkers know what they're feeling for the day#adding my phoebe lore in the tags - her name came from their grandmother and they were very close! so she doesn't want to change it#phoebe also has a good dynamic with her parents too
