I think I'm doomed to be sad forever
#ive always been a sad person#things that dont normally phase people or that people can see as net positives despite the sad#unfailingly make me so desolate#my brain just offers up reasons to be grief-stricken no matter the stimulus#i thought earlier today 'oh gosh i almost broke that bowl unloading the dishwasher'#and my brain instantly jumped to#'oh my god what if something horrible happened to her and this small gift was all i had to remember her by and i carelessly broke it oh god#id be so agrieved i dont know how i could continue#and this thought pattern is just a regular thing that happens to me all the time#just making myself deeply miserable for no logical reason#please if you know why this happens let me know#this is no way to live
