HEHE ANYTHING FOR YOU MY ANGELS... trans chung myung is like my number one, most well loved & personal, firmest hc evur.. no matter what he is always trans to me idk..he is like the most trans character ive ever seen its sooo real to me.. ive said it once ill say it again, chung myungs lore is literally impact by his transsexualism and im the only one who sees it.. if u get it u get it... a little cw for minor transphobia out of ignorance, not prejudice..⬇️

i always imagined that chung myung knew he was trans since he was very young, like 'beginning to comprehend words and what they mean' young.. he always got angry and aggressive when his sect siblings called him young lady or samae, sajeo, etc, lashing out even at elders to the point hed get in trouble over it... i think pretty quickly everyone figured out if they just 'humoured' him, he'd get over whatever phase he was in and stop being so troublesome, so they did.. at first they began using more masculine terms and honourifics in a 'wink wink nudge' indulgent kind of way but they noticed as he got older, he started inserting himself into more male dominated spaces, even going so far as to bathe and groom himself w the other male disciples

at first it kind of set off red flags for everyone who were still under the impression chung myung was still just going through his little 'phase' but i think chung mun was the first who stepped up and actually ASKED chung myung about it.. he pulls chung myung to the side one day and asks WHY chung myung keeps doing the things he does and chung myung frowns and says because im a boy sahyung..DUH.. chung myung explains the best he can but bc he doesnt really know how to articulate himself on these matters (doesnt know any other trans people or experiences outside of his own and cant put it into words properly) and bc chung mun is cis, chung mun is still a little confused but now he understands chung myung isnt like..joking about this, or going through some sort of phase.. he seemed genuinely put out and upset when implied chung mun didnt understand him so from that day forward chung mun very firmly introduces chung myung to everyone in the sect as their littlest brother and that was pretty much that..

it probably took some people a while to wrap their head around, but because i dont want anyone in mt hua to be transphobic LOL they all understand and accept chung myung as their new baby brother pretty quickly and soon they dont even bat an eye seeing him train topless or bathe w the rest of the guys, doing other guy dominated activities, etc.. when he got older it was just normalized that one of their brothers had boobs..literally nobody gaf theyre REAL trans allies.. mount hua most PROGRESSIVE MARTIAL ARTS SECT

also majorly hc chung myung does not have any bodily dysphoria/morphia and is perfectly fine w the way he looks, especially after he gets older and starts building lots of muscle, so he never undergoes any gender affirming surgeries but he does take wuxia testosterone pills.. cuz i think the idea of wuxia magic hormone pills is hilarious and awesome

ive also put some thought into whether cho sams body would be trans or cis, because either could be interesting.. i feel like if cho sam were cis it would actually invoke body image issues and dysphoria in chung myung, having been thrust into a body so unfamiliar & alien to him than the one he spent the most time living in and caring for.. i dont really think too much in depth about this tho so my thoughts on it are pretty vague.. is cho sam cis or trans? (shrugs) up to you!

so it depends on who you ask 😭

so lets start at the beginning .. in 2016 if misun had fans, she had fans because of HER like all her fans atp were only there for her. the other boys’ fans either didnt like her or didnt care, but generally didnt like her. it definitely took some time for it to settle in that she was staying lmao.

anyways nowadays … she has more stans that are also there for the other members, not just her. like they got into the group for all of them, not just one or two, yknow? its been 7 years, most knetz are over it and think its done and over. especially after 2020 when misun still didn’t graduate.

actually most people thought that if sm did get rid of the graduation system, they still would’ve kicked misun out and keep mark + 00 (since chenji would still be in dream)

Also i wanna say that yeah some of the reasons they ship misun with another member are like … ??? Personalities -

Donnie - He's very quiet (selectively mute). He only speaks when he really wants to. It's even rarer for him to do so w/ strangers. Probably speaks the most w/ April?

He cares about his family a lot, emotions are just ,, hard. And showing them is harder. He actually doesn't really mind physical touch? It's just. normal. to him. even though often times hes not the one who initiates it. He tends to just stand by and listen to what others want him to do. He protects, and he listens. Thats what he does best (which has led to a lot of self-dehumanization !)

Leo - She always appears calm and put together, but shes always up to do something fun. In general, shes very charismatic. People love her charm. She bounces around a lot; shes not often in one place.

She loves dressing up (something she shares w/ Mikey)! She also loves ballet and gymnastics. Wanna blow something up? Shes up for it. Wanna go watch someone do something stupid? Always. Shes the "face" of the group, one of the most social, and the most charming. She uses it to her advantage . obvs :)

Mikey - Everyone loves Mikey. Hes the favorite. The sweetest, the kindest, the most loving. Hes actually a menace, but. yknow. its easy to not realize that when he looks how he does.

hes so sweet !! (he pushed someone into a ditch) So kind !! (he is pointing his middle fingers at u behind your back). He gets away w/ EVERYTHIIING. splinter insists hes not the favorite but that is a LIE. he does actually care abt his family (and his friends) ! and he is actually genuinely kind at times ! but. he is a troublemaker at heart (he gives raph heart attacks every other day).

Raph - he is a very tired teenage mom. very tired. he gets fed up quickly, and he has a habit of jumping to conclusions.

Hes impatient, grumbly, and snappy, but he gets very anxious very quickly (w/ mikey it is 10x worse). he tends to catastrophize, and he is Very protective and overbearing at times. he doesnt even realize hes doing it sometimes. Hes trying his best to be there and keep them safe, but his best isnt enough even if he wants it to be.

April - Shes fun and energetic !! she loves to join in on Adventures and bring trouble where she goes <3 she cares so. SO. much abt the turtles. theyre everything to her (lowkey she cares abt them more than her own family).

she can be a voice of reason, but most of the time she is Not. shes carefree and she loves to do anything and everything!! ... around the turtles, that is. Around her family, shes quiet. withdrawn. she has a very complicated relationship w/ her family, and thats caused many many issues w/herself. She sees the turtles as a chance to be free, but even then she uses a facade. Girlie is going through things.

Vibes -

Donnie - Chillest guy ever. can be intimidating due to,, lack of emotion and How Fucking Tall he is, but hes quiet and like. never aggressive. just a guy u can depend on tbh.

Leo - Shes like. So cool. Calm, charismatic, charming,, she attracts people like flies. shes got v good vibes :] coolest older sister ever.

Mikey - BABY. BABY BOY. he could not do anything wrong ever (ignore everything wrong hes done ever. heehee hoohoo). little sibling vibes to the max LITTLEST GUY...

Raph - have i mentioned Teenage Mom. hes so tired man. mikey keeps pulling on his leash :( (he had to put a harness on him).

April - the gifted child syndrome and the eldest sibling syndrome are strong in this one. oh ! but dont worry, shes very good at repressing it. yknow, for other peoples sake :)

Relationships -

Donnie - Close w/ Leo, eldest siblings (though leo is v close in age w/ raph). He lets mikey come into his room and do whatever as long as he doesnt touch anything super dangerous. He respects raph a lot for everything he does. Besties w/ April :) he loves her a lot. shes family

Leo - She admires Donnie a lot just for,,, who he is. hes dependable and she appreciates it. Mikey is her little brother !! she loves him!! she loves doing things w/ him - like clothes shopping. theyre v close! She makes fun of raph but she doesnt rlly mean it, she just thinks hes fun to annoy LOL. April is also her bestie!! she always loves being w/ april and she talks abt her (april) all the time (and later they become gfs)

Mikey - He rlly loves watching donnie work. its fascinating to him. Watches Donnie a Lot and admires him. he loves leo so much!! shes his big sister! she gave him her bow and goes shopping w/ him, and she taught him how to make bracelets :) thinks shes literally the best. so sweet w/ her. Hes the closest w/ raph, though. theyre almost always w/ each other. hes usually dragging raph to places (by force, typically). he is a menace when around raph bc 1. he knows raph hates it 2. he knows no one will believe raph >:)

Raph - Mutually respects Donnie. they understand each other. leo he bickers w/ a lot, since they have such different mindsets. he finds her annoying, but shes still someone he can trust when it really comes down to it. mikey is A MENACE and he HATES HIM. (its a lie. he loves mikey very much. and he cares for mikey so so much). mikey always gives him trouble everyday. no one else seems to understand how much trouble mikey causes, to his disdain. hes always w/ mikey because hes paranoid and afraid of letting smth happen to mikey. April is someone he tends to talk to a lot, and they exchange information a lot abt their siblings. They understand what its like to have younger siblings and have to worry about them.

April - Donnie is HER BESTIEEE. she tells him everything !! she trusts him more than anyone (a title shared w/ Leo). shes almost always hanging around him if not w/ leo, and shes learned a lot abt donnies expressions and his characteristics. she knows a lot abt him. Leo !! leo is the best! theyre just girls who love each other a lot,,, platonically, of course, hahahaha. unless ... ? :) She tends to be similar to how Leo acts around mikey-- hes literally perfect 2 her. shes most calm w/ raph, and she knows he appreciates it. they sip tea together and talk abt everyday things

the part in the pacific rim au where daniel experiences max’s nightmare/trauma about his family

omg pacrim!!!

its a bit long so under the cut lol

“Neural handshake, initiated.”

The robotic voice is the last thing he hears before it feels like his brain is being sucked out of his skull, thrown backwards into the blue haze of the Headspace. [in pacrim the transition into the headspace is always rlly funny their faces look like theyre sucked inwards so just wanted to write that feeling] He spins through images, his own memories, squeals of children running through feels, his mother’s voice saying something muffled, his own pealing laughter. [wanted the feel of smashcut movie-isms here]

Already, it feels better than before, his vision clear when Daniel opens his eyes and looks around.

He’s standing in a room, darkened by nightfall. He can hear a faint sobbing noise, coming from somewhere, a darkened closet. [scene setting, wanted it to be pretty dreamlike. like, there are only specific details that daniel is catching. fuck the rest of the room lol.]

When Daniel looks to his right, in the real world, vision double-layered, he can see Max frozen looking into the distance.

“Max,” he shouts, voice echoing back in the dream and the pod, “Max, snap out of it.”

He’s unresponsive. 

Daniel walks carefully through the room in the Headspace. There’s another, hitching cry and he opens the door of the wardrobe to see a boy, clutching at a blanket and sobbing, round red cheeks and a scrap of pale blond hair. [hes a little guy 😭 the littlest guy]

“Mama!” He’s sobbing, tears coming too quickly for him to be able to see, soaking into the collar of his shirt, down his neck. Daniel watches as he wipes them away, futile, little chubby hands digging fists into his eyes. [that feeling kids get when they are literally overwhelmed by tears. no self soothing skills. hes been crying for so long his shirt is wet...]

“Hey, hey, Max.” Daniel drops to his knees and starts shushing him, like he did his nieces and nephews at home. [uncle daniel feature! also... lightly touching on like. he never gets to see the kids but he always is thinking about them...] “Hey, come on.” 

He lets him fall forward into his chest, little fists clutching at the grooves in his armour. [the contrast between his child hands, and the harsh lines of daniels armour-- the reminder he is here for a purpose]

“Shh, that’s alright, shh,” he murmurs. Daniel feels little-Max tense as the muffled sound of shouting comes from another room, distant in the house. Looking around, he’s starting to get an idea of where he is. [creeping suspicions, WHY hes upset, but daniel still doesn't want to assume anything. all he cares about is that max is upset, and theres danger]

“This isn’t real Max.” 

The best way to wake someone up from a drift-nightmare is to tell them, calmly. That’s what Sebastian had told him. [rlly wanted to emphasise the way seb was a mentor for him and even in their short time together they rlly connected. daniel saying 'thats my friend' abt him driving past 😭]

“Calm and collected, you don’t want to scare them more,” He’d said, gesturing into the air, “but you have to wake them up, quickly. Otherwise things can go very wrong. You just have to keep telling them until you can continue the handshake.”

It’s hard to not feel nervous though, when you’re confronted with the maybe 5 year old version of your teammate.

“I want my Mama,” he says tearfully into Daniel’s chest. There’s more shouting, a crash from somewhere, all muffled like the soundwaves are travelling through water.

“Yeah, yeah buddy,” Daniel nods, pats at his head and down his back. “It’s alright. This isn’t real, you just have to wake up, alright?” 

“It is real.” Even as Max says it he seems to come back to himself, slowly, “my mama and my sister, they’re sad and I’m going to have to go away-“ [max's brain is going between being a kid and being himself, adult max, and so its like moments of illogical logic... still the thoughts of a kid but able to deliver it more and more like an adult, and he knows whats going on too that this isn't real]

He wails and Daniel bites back a curse, just puts his hands on his shoulders, smooths them down. 

“I’m sorry Max but this isn’t real. You have to wake up, and then everything will be fine.” 

He casts about for things to say and settles on- [daniel's child comforting skills/child rearing skills in videos are... um... i was rlly thinking about that one where he's just laughing at his nephew falling over lol so hes obviously feeling a bit ?!?!?! here]

“Come on, okay, just breathe with me, alright? In-“ he sucks in a deep breath, watches Max’s cheeks puff up [literally his round cheeks in baby pics] as he struggles to breathe in smoothly, chest hitching with hiccups. “-and out.” An exaggerated ‘whoosh’ out of his mouth that makes him giggle.

“Good job, in, and out.” Daniel moves into the wardrobe, and shuts the door on them, as if to protect them. [again, not talking about what is happening. they dont need to talk about whats happening. the only thing is max feeling more okay!] They repeat that, and then Daniel starts to feel the telltale tug in the bottom of his stomach that they were leaping through again, Max’s face going funny.

He gives his small, chubby hands [BABY MAX. AGAIN.] a squeeze before-

I CANNOT live a day with the worry of an argument it stresses me out so much

Alr not to vent but ive seen most ppl have this friend that they just cant say no to. Like its IMPOSSIBLE.

I have a friend like that, shes legit my closest friend. I have this trauma from like 3 years ago, she randomly just some day went "i dont wanna be friends with you anymore, r***a gives you too much attention." The girl i just metioned, my closest friend and i are a trio (theyre literally my closest friends). Back on topic HOW TF IS IT MY FAULT SHE GIVES ME TOO MUCH ATTENTION. But i was too distracted by the fact she didnt wanna be friends anymore that I didnt even realize how logicless it was. We had been friends for about 4 years back then (7 now) and i was DEVASTATED. No thats an understatement.

I was so sad that I went to my mum and cried to her for an hour straight.

After that she lowkey became controlling. Whenever i did something she didnt like, shed block me unannounced and wouldnt even tell me what pissed her off. Her anger issues are off the boundaries till today. She gets mad at the littlest of things. When i dont do something she wants she goes on to persuade me by telling me shed tell a certain someone my secrets or block me everywhere etc.

But till this day i cant unfriend her because first of all, im too scared to. Shed get all annoyed and talk behind my back shit. Secondly, forget the first one I just CANT. Whenever i wanna think of unfriending her i just get reminded of all the fun times we had all these years and end up with tears.

Besides all that, youd be surprised to believe she has been one of my best friends ever. Nobody would believe me. But in reality i love her too much to let go if

moonXhayden! a little curve ball there! hayden is sleepy and gentle, moon is more sneaky and playful! i feel like its a ship that really works when theyre spending down time together and relaxing! lots of good latenight talks about the universe! they would have the best cuddle pile! moon is a little cynical and pessimistic, hayden is on the 420 zaza all the time.

sunXstarri! starri is very entertaining and loves to put on a good theatrical show! i feel like sun would really hype her up! since her voicebox is broken, sun does a lot of the talking! he'll probably do a lot of talking for her if her siblings arent around (since they can hear her thoughts via hivemind). shes very playful and mischievous, sun's hesitance and rule following personality would keep her from causing too much trouble!

celia is a tough one! her personality is very highstrung, anxious, and neurotic because of her mommy issues! celia is too broken for a ship dynamic, unfortunately.

all jokes aside, sonnyXs.t.a.f.f. bots is a good ship. HOWEVER, bonnieXsonny is also a good one. high tension, enemies to lovers, teasing, bullying, fighting, and banter. they already hate eachother in the fic, so what if in another universe, that hate is actually repressed attraction theyre both too prideful to admit? theyre both love bugs. after all the rocky patches and mental gymnastics, i imagine them actually being very sweet and loving to eachother! because theyre very similar in different ways! haha!

I think kentas a little put off by the attention, like, he doesnt know what to do with it at first, but eventually starts searching for her approval. They definitely have the best relationship Junko has with any of Gingkas friends.

Seungkwan huffs in annoyance at the way Junhui’s refusing to let go of you; honestly, is it too much that he wishes to discuss After School’s old comebacks with you, the one who seemingly just gets what he’s talking about?

“Personally, I like Because of You and Flashback more, but I get why you say Diva is superior,” you nod seriously, not minding Junhui the littlest bit.

“Are you not annoyed?” the younger guy asks instead; his lips are pursed to point at your boyfriend who’s hogging you from the side.

“He’s just being a baby because I refuse to talk to him,” you explain plainly as if Junhui’s not right beside you.

The said guy sits up with a pout, though his arms are still circling yours. “Then please talk to me?”

“Anyway, I really think at least Orange Caramel should have a comeback if it’s too hard for After School to do so,” you continue your talk from earlier, and Seungkwan scoffs in amusement at the way Junhui’s gaping at you, once again brushing him off. He wonders if this is something that you often do: riling Junhui up just for the sake of it.

Deciding it’s best to just go with you, Seungkwan nods in agreement. “Definitely. Though, they’re both just as hard, I think? Them being in different companies and all, it’s not going to be easy to find an agreement, let alone fitting in schedules.”

Junhui sulks again, but this time he decides he’s just going to fully hog you with both of his arms around your waist, his chin leans on your shoulder as he stares at Seungkwan in front of you.

Minghao passes by where you’re at on the floor, looking at the scene in front of him weirdly: you and Seungkwan excitedly sitting facing each other with Junhui hugging you from behind, somehow looking like the third-wheeler there.

“Why are you third-wheeling them?” he asks, sitting on the sofa behind you. He honestly has no idea why the lot of you are sitting on the floor.

“Me?” Seungkwan points at himself, confused.

“No,” Minghao turns to Junhui. “You.”

“She’s literally my girlfriend?”

“Well, she’s talking to Seungkwan, not you.”

The pout on his face gets bigger, just like his annoyance, so Junhui hugs you tighter as he noisily whispers in your ear. “Talk to me. Talk to me. Talk to meeeeeeeeee.”

You giggle from the ticklish way his breath fans your ear, moving away from him only to have Junhui pulls you closer.

“Why won’t you talk to me?” he says once more against your ear, turning your giggle into a full-blown laughter. “Talk to meeeee!”

Seungkwan gapes at the couple in front of him in disbelief, turning to Minghao only to find the guy having the same exact face a he is. Junhui doesn’t seem to care though, going further to tickle you from the side until you admit defeat and talk to him again.

Your laughter fills the dorm, and Seungkwan shakes his head in annoyance. “Why don’t you two moves to your room or something? There are people who are single here, hello?”

“Stop! Stop!” you say in between of laughter, trying to catch your breath as you try your best to pry his fingers off your body. “Please, I’ll stop ignoring you!”

Junhui immediately stops at that, eyes narrowed at you as if he’s doubting you. “Promise?”

“Promise,” you tell him as you exhale another breath to calm yourself down. “See? I’m not ignoring you.”

“Why did you even ignore me in the first place?”

“Just because.”

Your boyfriend scoffs, not believing what he has just heard. He’s about to tickle you again when Seungkwan stops him, his fingers wrapping his wrist tightly.

“Please stop hogging each other in our presence, please,” the youngest one says, not the least bit impressed.

“Kay, I’m taking her to my room, then,” Junhui shrugs and takes you by the hand as he pulls you with him. Obviously, he doesn’t care enough about the scandalized looks Seungkwan, Minghao, and you share.

okay first of all, he’s the type who rarely talks in general, however when he’s with you he actually manages to talk a lot more.

the whole shiratorizawa team was bamboozled when they realised that ushi was a completely different person around you- not just in the social sense, but he would every so often put his arm behind your back as a subtle reminder that he’s always there for you.

this man aint into the whole pda thing for reasons we will never understand (for all i know he probably doesnt even know what pda is) but he often does these little noticeable things to show he appreciates you.

also he has a habit of tensing up slightly before a match, especially when he knows you’re going to be watching because he doesn’t want to screw it up (even though he’s literally the ace he wants to play his best when ur there to support him)

dates with him are so mf classy- and let me tell u this man is a freaking gentleman. eating out in a restaurant? you best believe hes opening all the doors for you, taking off your jacket, paying for the meal etc etc.

and most importantly, the main thing he cares about is you, so he’ll always be asking if you’re okay and comfortable with things (basically hes surprisingly good at communicating)

my man fucking adores the crap out of you. and hes not afraid to show it. yes, he’s literally into pda, doesnt matter where you are- he cant keep his hands off you. after all, you’re his paradise. you’re always either holding hands or he uses you as his lil resting pole (where he wraps his arms around you and just leans against you like a sloth). very very cuddly man. he loves showing you off to all his friends and gets excited over the littlest things about you. if you sneezed cutely- hes gonna be thinking about that the whole day. if you said a particular sentence in a cute way- hes gonna go rant to some stranger about how mf lucky he is to be dating you.

he is perceptive as fuck. he notices the small details- how your tone changes, your mood, the way you behave (no lie he truly is the guess monster) but hes very attentive, especially when it comes to you. knows when you’re sad and immediately comes up with a way to cheer you up. he can read you extremely well and always makes sure that you’re comfortable. (bit like ushi)

dates with this man are on another level. running through a parking lot at 3am type of shit. and yes, theyre so fucking fun- he knows exactly how to have a good time and this man seriously has a lot of energy (y’all would’ve just jumped into the ocean at 3am and he would still be ready to go on another adventure). he always finds the most random places to have a picnic- sometimes during the day it would be behind a random person’s shed (until the owner finds yall and u guys start running for ur lives). he always puts you first and makes sure that you’re happy and that you know how much you’re loved by him.

he loves having philosophical convos with you, even if it doesnt make sense. he will think of something ridiculous and come up with a theory on that- and if you match his vibe he will literally want to marry you right there.

its like. hard 2 tell cuz all grunts Look Like That but spectre in their grunt form is sort of more like the vague shape of a person? like in grunts eyes it would be like seeing a glowing figure whose features are difficult to comprehend and such

when they were living they didnt have much experience with fighting (honestly probably a little clueless in general), but they learned a lot just from trial and error with their new form

im still not sure in canon what determines if a grunt just goes to hell / the other place or becomes a ghost in canon, but in the spectre cases this was probably the result of some sort of experiment

speaking of, he has no memory of when he was alive Before this happened- he just knows his original body is gone and hes just Like This Now

also conveniently forgot their name too i totally am not using that as an advantage to not having to come up with one <3 ppl just refer to them as "the spectre" and it sticks for them they go "oh ok im spectre now i guess" (but they would probably be ok with any kinda nickname given to them)

as the spectre he feels "numb" and cant really feel anything, and forgets what things feel like, so when he gets a chance to actually touch things and stuff he gets kind of thrown off- especially with passive physical contact (his favorites texture is soft/fuzzy things whenever he gets to touch stuff again)

if the pain is ever too much when hes possessing a body hes just straight up like Yeah No Thanks and just gets out of there. let that guy deal with it

i like to think of this as a sort of "littlest hobo" situation just cuz of the spectres thing being possessing new bodies and getting caught up in madness/improbability A Lot- so theyre tossed from situation to situation quite often (they manage to get used to it and work against it but since you can never predict what the hells gonna happen in nevada...)

other than just accidentally wandering everywhere their main goal is to just find someone to help them and fix this, at least give them a permanent body

they dont really get the help theyre expecting, theyre hired to do a few missions for someone instead and in exchange they might get their best attempts at help (no <3)

despite all the shit they go through, theyre actually very chill and well-meaning outside of fighting and pretty polite. and very lost. and they probably have a few identity issues (they do sometimes snap / get annoyed / overwhelmed but they snap out of it pretty quick)

they just. really want to be on peoples good sides even if theyre clearly an enemy or just really want to kill them

OUT OF PLACE AND NOT TOO IMPORTANT BUT I JST REALIZED I NEVER BROUGHT IT UP.. they are demiboy + panromantic and use they/he pronouns +] (all of the body-hopping prompts them to explore their gender a bit more and they decide on the label as the spectre)

they usually dont have a body of their own, obviously they more often posses one and use it to their advantage in the current situation, but sometimes they do posses a body and stay in it for a little longer (and in a happy ending, they keep one but are still separate from it and can leave it whenever they want)

those bodies dont have a 'host' though- they arent dead, its difficult for them to posses a dead body, but in a hc of mine Very New clones are not really living when they are first created, so theyre basically just like a free body for them (though of course pre-happy-ending they dont stay for long anyways)

so ,,, i used to collect littlest pet shop (mostly the 1st and 2nd gen ones bc yall i am old) and theyre long gone now but. these are some of the lps i remember playing with and giving distinct personalities growing up. most of them didnt have names at all so im just referring to them with numbers and pictures. also warning it gets pretty Dark bc weird kid culture but here we go;;;

the first is #11 and #86. they were my absolute FAVORITES, a mother and daughter duo, a lot of their stories revolved around the kitten getting lost and the mom having to get to her, or the kitten dying and the mom having a mental breakdown. 11 mostly acted as a single mom but sometimes id cycle out different potential dads, usually the dog lps bc i did Not care abt the actual scientific lack of interspecial breeding possibilities

“Paws off diary” Bull Terrier. ok this ones weird but he came in this lil electronic diary right (you can google how it looks to see what i mean) and there was this like, plastic bubble on top that he came in and you could stick him or any other lps in there and shut it securely cuz it was a diary so i. used it as like. a prison almost where id trap lps and the other characters had to ‘save’ them like they were rescuing a princess from a tower or smth. but it was usually just this lil guy. also he was given a name but i was kinda cheating skjdfsdf it was, “Max” bc that was always his name in the commercials for the diary--

#646 and #647, twin orphans separated at birth. did a lot of princess and the pauper esque ‘long lost siblings from different worlds’ reunion stories with these two

#94. so this one came with a head bandage and a little medical looking case to carry them in. i used the carry case as like an ‘ambulance’ or med helicopter to put ‘sick’ pets in and carry them to the hospital, and this pet had chronic illness so they were always the roommate patient at the lps hospital.

#10 and #142, the goldfish couldnt be taken out of the bowl if i remember correctly so. he felt sad and isolated but the seahorse was his best friend who was able to go anywhere so id stick him in the bowl with him a lot to hang out n make him feel better. solidarity

oh right! i suppose as the resident mlp mutual i should say what i think of pony life (this got long SO under the cut it goes)

honestly? i actually really like it, BECAUSE i think, now that the intention to create a big arching plot full of danger while including every new character is gone, the characters finally get a chance to develop by themselves, and i actually like much better how theyre written here.

theyre clearly different from their main show counterparts since this is an AU by word of god, but not so much that theyre not recognizable. what i like best is that they seem to have fixed some of the gaps the show used to have, specially when it comes to pinkies and rainbows characterization. twi, rarity, aj, i havent noticed much of a change. and i actually like fluttershy having a more pronounced “dark side” so to speak, because its clear that this isnt like bronies weird attempts at making the ponies edgy, more of her just getting more personality and agency, and in fact is actually making the bronies ive seen uncomfortable, bc shes not “uwu so soft and shy and fragile” anymore, which i think is epic.

speaking of making bronies uncomfortable i am loving this energy <333 because bronies are so fuming mad that of the three male characters so far (besides spike) the ponies have hung out with n tried to befriend all of them were assholes and they found out one of the new writers is clearly involved in sj so theyre all whining about how theyre being oppressed by the meaaan man hating writers of the show ndfkgjdsfkgdfjgi and i absolutely adore it bc literally all these episodes have done is tell stories about how girls shouldnt let a guy put them down or manipulate them in the name of a friendship or even possible relationship

which brings me around to also, ok so discord is here, are you guys like uhm <33 going to fix his character because ;)) we had a whole episode calling out a male character who was ultra manipulating fluttershy for her friendship just like discord has done so like~~ are you going to make discord better or will you let the hipocrisy continue? oh btw i hate that he doesnt look squishy, he looks almost the same as his fim counterpart except for some minor changes and its bullshit. he needs to look like he was dipped in a vat of littlest pet shop brand acid TM. i want to see his long snake body be reduced to half with a head too big and sparkly eyes taking up 70% of his face. otherwise whats the point.
