Knowing myself as well as I do, instead of pretending I'm learning German to talk to people, my current goal is to get good enough at understanding it to listen to a specific weird crimes podcast. I don't know if this podcast is any good or anything. Combining 'i think this'll be funny' with maybe getting to hear an interesting story is just the only thing that makes my brain work right

#i SHOULD be learning Spanish for many reasons but listen. I'm not good at this.
