THE BROTHERHOOD- 2001 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

After starting a new life at college, Chris is selected by members of the Doma Tau Omega fraternity to be a new pledge. After drinking some of the devils brew and talking it over with there leader Devon, he accepts. Devon bites him and turns him into a vampire. The brothers of Doma Tau Omega arent youre regular vampires. For example, they can go out in the sun as long as theyre wearing shades. This movie was insanely bad but pretty hilarious. The outdated fashion choices were very amusing. The dialogue and effects pretty bad also. Would certainly recommend this for fans of so bad theyre good movies. The vampires in this are so embarrassing its unbelievable. They are led by Devon, a total gimp who looks like someone put Spike in the microwave. This movie was also released under the name: "Ive been watching you". Was astounded to see this movie is one of six different "brotherhood" movies! This first movie seems to have little to no following so i dont know how thats possible. Also apparent from the start of this movie is very heavy gay undertones. All the guys in the fraternity seem gay also. This was a bit confusing as it was never confirmed, in fact theyre isnt so much as even a gay kiss anywhere in the movie. That didnt stop google from describing it as a gay porn film however.

This reminded me a bit of nightmare on elm street 2. Another horror film with a gay subtext that is clearly there, even if no guys are kissing. Overall, i thought this was a hilarious straight to video movie that is very easy to watch. Directed by David DeCoteau.
